First time at Family Dental. Im very please so far. Everyone was kind and caring, from beginning to end. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction.And no surprises. Dr D. Yang was very professional but no stiff shirt.

Very friendly and professional! Every staff person from the front office folks to Dr. Yang was pleasant and explained things thoroughly. I would highly recommend this office!

This is an amazing dentist. Dr. Yang and the whole Staff is incredible and I could not say enough nice things about them. Kylie was my hygienist and was great! I’ll give 3 stars mostly for staff friendliness and will dock it the other 2 stars since this place lacks the proper consultation when you get any service treatments. I went in today to get a cleaning and I love Whitney who is the dental hygienist - but I left today not knowing what my current dental health condition was and any improvements or concerns. Dental health is so important and when one gets good consultation during your service then you know you went to the right place. Needs improvement in this area.

Professional, Courteous, Clean..It didnt take long to be seen. Once I seen by the doctor, He went right to work. Excellent staff, that were knowledgeable about the process, as well with the assistance with the procedure. I will definitely be going back again. This time on a regular basis. If you want the best check them out.

I put off going to the dentist, as Im sure some parents do while making sure their children go instead. Dr. Yang and his team made me feel welcome and comfortable, and treatment was made painless for a root canal and crown. Grateful for their high level of care and professionalism.

Showed up several minutes early for a new patient appointment and parked in the parking lot as directed by a sign. Then phoned the number on the sign to let them know I had arrived for my appointment and was put into voicemail with a “we’ll call you back” message.Waited 10 minutes and after no response my husband phoned them and got the same recorded voicemail message. Waited five more minutes with still no response. Left them a second message to let them know we tried and we give up.After getting home found it really odd that we got a text asking for a survey about their services. Seems like this is a totally automated dentist with no actual people inside the building.

I always love going to THIS Dental office. I’m not sure I’ve ever loved any other dentist....The staff is friendly, sweet and very professional. Dr. Yang is young but very knowledgeable. He’s quick and doesn’t BS you about what’s going on in your mouth. They take images of tour teeth in various formats for thorough analysis. Pretty cool to see your teeth in the 3D image. My favorite here is Whitney, (sorry Dr. Yang) she’s a pro at cleaning teeth and is always in a fabulous mood. I look forward to my visits with her! Absolutely recommend to all.

Great dentist, very knowledgeable and friendly.The hygienist is not so good, she did not even clean my teeth, it was a cleaning appointment. Her name was Kylie. She was rushing me to take all the X-rays and has not done any cleaning, she ran out of alloyed time I assume. She referred me to an orthodontist for full mouth examination. She should have cleaned my teeth then refer for orthodontist.I called my insurance company to see what they charged, the bill was not there yet, I called the office and the person was telling me they billed for cleaning.I asked the billing specialist to call me tomorrow to make sure, if they charged for cleanings or anything else I might have to charge for fraud.My previous dentist was good, they clean properly my teeth and referred me to orthodontist or solutions for long term preventive measures of bone. My insurance changed, thus I had to select a different dentist. I might have to find another dentist or go back to my previous dentist and pay out of pocket.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with up to date equipment. They made me feel comfortable and didnt make me feel bad about the condition of my teeth and gums like some dentist have, instead they told me how to improve the heath of my teeth and gums and were very positive. I felt very welcome and was treated like a friend more than a patient.I am adding to my previous review. This is definitely my forever Dentist. The receptionists, hygienists, assistants and the dentist are top notch and it shows that they really care about you.

Dr. Yang, Kylie and Gabby were amazing. I was able to get my cleaning and treatment for cavities in one day. I recently had my first root canal and was total a mess about needing one. He numbed me up good, amazingly the only pain I experienced after the procedure was where the injection went in, nothing else! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Dated 06/21/21.. must read please..After they responded to my review I called them n spoke to a lady about my experince ( her name is Samantha) she asked all the details n made sure I am taking the deep cleaning again with other provider or not, they did contact to other provider n asked for invoices. ( I finished 2 sittings with them n have 3rd sitting for deep cleaning tomorrow) Samantha told me that she will talk to owner and let me know, what best they can do for me, after couple of conversations and 1 week later she told me owner said they cannot do anything, bcoz they gave 1 hr service to me, sorry for your experience, sometimes it happens..This is the best they did ...what I can say about them... they just nicely respond to reviews for public sake, but they dont do anything...this is what happened in the backend for me, very bad experience with treatment n people over there, they gave me 99$ worth of treatment .. butI donated $1300 for them..its just a rip-off..dont know how long they can run their business like this... very bad service..... .....Very bad experience... went for deep cleaning, which was Initially scheduled to be done in 2 appointments, but finished whole cleaning in little over 1 hour in 1 appt... the hygienist (lady) was rushing on everything and did very bad job..after over 2 months visited my artho ( different provider) to check my teeth for braces, he checked my teeth n recommended to go for deep cleaning again.. I was shocked...n they did too.. funny thing was just a week earlier I went to family dental for follow up after deep cleaning, the same hygienist checked my teeth n said looks clean n said I am doing great n maintain the same.God..don’t know what I can say.. can’t express my feelings in words..never recommend family dental to anybody for deep cleaning, it’s just a rip off..

Ive been going to this Dental clinic for 3 years and they are ABSOLUTELY the nicest and friendliest staff Ive encountered. Amy the head receptionist is on top of everything as far reminders. Whitney my regular Dental Hygienist is always of course always taking of my oral hygiene as well my questions and concerns and she always has an answer and solutions. Dr. Yang answers my major concerns and issues and always has the best advice. I LOVE this Dental Clinic and will always be a regular patient as long as possible!

If you’re looking for a good dentist, I highly recommend Family Dental of Cedar park. We have been going there for 7 years and have been through 3 different dentists. We did not like the last one bc he pushed unnecessary procedures on us and wasn’t friendly or nice to his staff. But Dr Yang is there now and he’s awesome! I went in for a cleaning today and I had 2 small cavities! (I blame covid for my excessive candy eating 😂) they were able to fill them right away and only took 10 minutes! Excellent covid protocols too. All the staff is also very welcoming and do a great job!

Cant say enough good things about Family Dental of Cedar Park. I had extensive dental work here. Teeth extractions, implants, denture work. Wow, do I have a wonderful smile now. Now for my experience at this dentist office. I will start with Amy at the front desk; truly professional and her kindness was astounding! Her attention to detail, it was a pleasure to see her every visit. What a true asset to this office. Then for Andrea the Dr.s assistant, the patience and genuine care was incomparable to any other experience Ive ever had. Her kindness and thoughtfulness was commendable. Then for the Doctor, Dr. Yang -impeccable, and I do mean impeccable. During teeth extraction he had a partner come from San Antonio, Dr. Moorehead, what a pleasure to have Dr. Moorehead there to assist in the surgery. Back to Dr. Yang, I had many appointments for this procedure. Dr. Yang always cared about my welfare. Dr. Yang really knows his profession and could answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend this office to anyone for any dental care. From teeth cleaning all the way to implants and dentures. If you choose this dentist you will be very pleased . Whitney, the dental hygienist is also five star. In summary, I really want to applaud Dr. Yang and his staff. Dr. Yang was exemplary and his staff are truly one of a kind in service and care.

I have an extraordinary fear of going to the dentist but these people were able to put me at ease very quickly. I will be returning for future work. I recently switched to Family Dental of Cedar Park after they got a new dentist, Dr. Yang. The office staff are super nice and they got me into my cleaning within minutes of my arrival. Whitney, the dental hygienist, was awesome and made me feel at ease. Dr. Yang patiently explained what he saw in my x-rays and provided clear options for treatment (cavity fillings). He even helped fix an old filling that needed attention! I highly recommend Dr. Yang and his staff!

I absolutely loved my experience at this place. The staff was very friendly and cooperative and the dentist was skilled and efficient. The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming, too! I came in today with a very painful impacted wisdom tooth. Everyone was super helpful and empathetic. I called before coming in and Amy took my insurance information prior to my arrival. Courtney helped me with some paperwork during my visit. Dr. Yang was really knowledgeable and answered all my of questions. Dr. Yang put me at ease during my three hour ordeal. I had had poor dental experiences in the past, so I was apprehensive about today’s procedure. His craftsmanship impressed me, and everyone in the office seemed to be quite caring.I hope the final appointment in three weeks goes as well. It is a very important one.

I used to love this place because I loved my hygienist and dentist. But after today I wish I had the option of no stars to give this place since they decided to not to let me know my dentist was no longer there. And when I asked why I was not told the response I received was that it would be a lot of work to call that many people. I won’t be coming back to this place because I feel that you don’t care enough about the patients.

Dr Yang and Whitney, the hygienist, are great, but the two in the front office should be fired. We had an appointment a week ago and got an email confirming our appointments. When we arrived, we were told we had been assigned a new dentist, Dr Yang--we should have been informed of this before our arrival--and that our appointments had been cancelled because we had not confirmed. We had received nothing telling us to confirm. We had 2 active emails and my wifes cell on file at the office. Yes, we did eliminate our land line and got a new number for my cell, but there were still 3 ways to contact us. I was very angry about this, but we rescheduled. When we arrived for our appointment this morning, I told the 2 in the front office that I had checked deleted emails and verified we had received nothing telling us to confirm. The one who had cancelled us, turn her back and walked away. The other person said she did not want to discuss any of this and returned to her desk. We have been patients of this practice for 4 + years, never missed an appointment, and always paid what we owed immediately. The two in the front office should be fired!!

Everyone is wonderful, caring and kind from when you walk in the door to check in until you are booking your next appointment at checkout. I required some extensive dental work at two separate appointments. I had to call back with questions/concerns and was able to speak with the DENTIST both times! How often does that ever happen. I would recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Madden was great! Over the weekend I had a broken filling and was able to get in first thing Monday morning and see them. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They were short staffed that day, so I was there for longer than I would have liked to have been- but Dr. Madden did all he could to get my tooth fixed and my temporary crown set up as quickly as possible.Edit: Dr. Yang is the doctor who now works out of this office- and he is amazing as well! The staff are still great, and I am very happy with all the work theyve done to help me take care of my teeth!

I have had extensive work done over the past couple of months. I have been pleased with everyone in the office and the services provided. I think one of the best parts of my experience is my dentist calling the day after a major procedure to check on me. That personal touch let me know that I made the right choice in dentists.

From start to finish it was a very positive experience. The women at the front desk are friendly and helpful.... The dental assistant who took care of me was great....Eva, I believe. Amy from the front desk, who took me back to the procedure room gave me a blanket because it was chilly. The xrays were quick and painless with the most modern of equipment. I cant say enough about Dr. Manning.....he was very kind and gentle and obviously cares about how you feel . He even called me the next morning to see how I was. Dr. Manning and Eva were a great team . I had a very difficult extraction....and they could not have been more caring and careful. I felt very safe and would go back to them for any problem I have in the future. Thanks to everyone there for the excellent care. It is a nice office with really nice people. It was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist.

I came in for a cleaning and the dental teck noticed a crack in one of my teeth. Awesome observation.I needed a mouth guard. I have had a wonderfully caring experience with staff and Dr. Madden. The staff are attentive and timely with scheduling my appointments and meticulously identifying insurance responsibilities, as well as out of pocket costs. Dr. Madden is a constant trusted professional that has beautifully changed my smile and the health of my mouth and gums. I wish they were closer to Pflugerville!

Came in as new patient as a result of an advertisement for $59 exam and cleaning I received in the mail from Family Dental of CP. After x ray and exam I was informed a cleaning would costs $765 (was charged $40). Asked to find out how much my insurance would cover and was told I would hear back the next day. 9 days later, I have never heard back from anyone. Very disappointed and now looking for another dentist.

Wonderful individuals working in the office. The only problem with this Dental Office is that I was referred to another Dental Office by them that was out of network. I had to pay 4 times as much money out off pocket because of the mistake. Next time I will know to check to insure that the other Dental Office Im being referred to is in network.

Family Dental of Cedar Park was the only dentist office open, it seems, in the Austin area between Christmas and New Years. I found this practice from an emergency referral service. My regular dentist had a family emergency. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff, the medical equipment is state of the art and I was impressed with the dentist, Dr. Trevor J. Madden, who diagnosed that I did indeed need a root canal. If I didn’t like my current dentist, I would switch in a New York minute.

I would never recommend Family Dental of Cedar Park to anyone. Dr. Santana told a family member that they needed a enormous amount of work done. She then convinced them to move forward with it. After the first appointment it became clear that she did not know what she was doing. This individual was in tremendous pain, and the filling areas in the front did not match their teeth. We then went to two other dentist for a second and third opinion. Both looked at the X-Rays and said that there was work done that was unnecessary, and that most was not done to the standard a patient should expect by any means. Now they are trying to bill us for work that was never done. They are not worthy of being allowed to business anywhere!!!!!

Dr. Madden and his staff is amazing. Only way to describe his service is that he is an AWESOME and CARING dentist. My entire family uses his service and many of my friends. The best service I have EVER received. He has left me with a beautiful smile. I had not smiled in a long time my teeth were so bad and now I cant stop smiling. I get many compliments now on my teeth. I cant stop thanking him and his staff..They are like family now. I had 6 root canals done at same time I did not have to take any medication afterwards no pain what so ever. EVERYONE at Family Dental of Cedar Park were very welcoming and kind. My 9 year old had no fears or worries at all during her visit. She asked if we could please come to this dentist all of the time. My daughter actually ended up having an issue that only a specialized pediatric dentist should handle, but Dr. Madden made sure he took all pictures and x-rays necessary to be very clear and certain of that diagnosis. But, on the same note, they did NOT in anyway build up charges against me for all of those x-rays and pictures. It was still the price quoted on the phone prior to our appointment using one of their amazing online coupons. We will most certainly be back!

Whitney Morgan is the best! Everyone Ive been to before her just did a routine cleaning and told me everything was ok when it was clearly not the case and my gums are no longer irritated. Highly recommend!

Went for a 6 month cleaning and they insisted I have x-rays annually. I don’t need annual x-rays and I think this is simply an insurance cash grab. They were nice but rufused a simple cleaning without x-rays. I will be taking my dental needs elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I paid major money to these people for periodontal cleaning after being shown x-rays and explained that I had bone loss and needed the procedure to prevent it from getting worse. I was also told that I needed a couple crowns. I had to miss the 6-month followup and ended up going to my wifes dentist later on because they could do same-day crowns. They told me my bones looked great and I had no bone loss and couldnt understand why another dentist told me I needed periodontal cleaning or crowns. I just assumed dentists were ethical and care about their patients. I guess some just see it as a business.

I always had a great experience at this practice. I am veeeeeery nervous for dental work and have had a LOT of it over the years but this staff was always friendly and made me feel like it was okay to be nervous. Better even, I had a crown that they replaced that fell out. I wasnt able to go back to them and had to go to another doctor for the replacement and this office, without any contract to do so for me-refunded me what I had to pay at their office to help with the cost of what I paid for the replacement. I was shocked and know several other dental offices that would not do the same. Its good people running a good business. I felt inclined to share.

Dr. Hardenberg was very pleasant and considerate of my limitations ($). First time a dentist ever showed me my x-rays - that meant a lot to me. The new customer promotion was a blessing for me since I couldnt afford to have any dental cleaning or work done since 2013. Im a retired 4th Grade teacher living on a very tight fixed income. The office staff were polite and helpful. I especially appreciated being given the opportunity to sign up for Vantage One. Think I have a new dental home. Thanks.
