Awesome deals and prices! Went there with a friend that introduced me to this dispensary and it’s now one of my favorites! I met the GM while i was there, i forgot her name but she was super nice and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that she went above and beyond to help us and wasn’t just trying to up sell us on products. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone! Today is the one year anniversary of The Vault. I moved here around the same time and new no one. When I walked into The Vault I iimmediately was greeted by Dina and Summer while smiles and the type of welcome that sets them apart from other shops. Not only do they have the best bud tenders but they are well educated to help the novice find what might be the best product for your needs. The best part is the adjacent lounge behind the vaulted door and you are now in a world you never no existed. A place for like minded people of all ages to enjoy a preroll, a dab or even the volcano while socially distancing, of course. Everything is sanitized after each use and they also are equipped with an air cleaner for maximum safety. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. I wish you Many more years of success.

You know, its time I give this place the review it deserves. Ive been coming here for about 3 months as a referral from a smart and reliable friend and I am so happy. The other day I was visiting family and realized just how much better the Vault Dispensary and lounge is than every other dispensaries Ive shopped at.Besides the gorgeous, friendly and knowledgeable girls behind the bar- Vault Dispensary only sells the best quality products. I dont know if they have someone who tests everything- but Ive never been disappointed. The one time I had a problem with a product, I had used most of it and they still did a switch out for a brand new & full size tank and I was not expecting that. I work in luxury hospitality & restaurants so I understand that the concept of the customer is always right can actually be quite detrimental to profits, so their faith, generosity and appreciation should no longer go unrecognized.The best weed place Ive purchased from in my 29 years of life in Palm Springs. I really LIKED this place .. but when you are VISUALLY posting a picture of a product with a certain price.. im expected to get that.. i STILL payed the price for something that wasnt visually there.. because i wanted to smoke really bad after long bad day... so then i showed them THEIR MISTAKE and error with my phone not even fighting their price but more so they can fix it and avoid this again... to a gentleman at front who physically took my phone with him before giving me the chance to even think why he took it.. took exactly a minute to bring it back without my permission. then came back out with A VERY RUDE!! WHITE OLDER ENTITLED LADY ... ( IM ASSUMING SHE WAS A MANAGER. AND I SAY ASSUMING BECAUSE SHE DIDNT EVEN INTRODUCE HERSELF TO ME ) .. SHE CAME OUT AND JUST RAISED HER VOICE WANTING TO KNOW WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM!!?? AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION .. AND ALL I GOT WAS GET YELLED AT .. STATING : ITS CLEARLY A MISTAKE! I was suffering from back pain for almost 3 months straight I was seeing a chiropractor every week and still had pain. I went in and asked Kelly what she recommended me and she said to defiantly try out the Papa & Barkley Tincture drops I bought them started using the product the same night! One week later my back was feeling sooo much better! Now my back pain is gone!! I have no back pain at allll I use the drops every night before bed! Ive been to several dispensary lounges in California, and I must say this place blows them all away! What a gem of a dispensary lounge! This place is dope! Great products with an amazing lounge! Any and every tool you may need to consume product purchased on site. Comfy, clean furniture surrounded by five or six TVs with a listed schedule of events, including NFL Sunday ticket and UFC fights. Touchtunes jukebox. Snacks and drinks available for purchase in the lounge, outside food and drink is ok to bring into the lounge. NO ALCOHOL KNUCKLEHEADS!!! The owner Rich has an innovative, game changing approach to the dispensary lounge! The GM Summer and her team of budtenders are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all of the products offered. Prices are suprisingly affordable for the amazing quality. If you dont check this place out, you are missing out!

I’ve been about three times now and have bought something almost every time I’ve been there except maybe once and I show the same ID everytime and I didn’t have a problem with anything before but today I went to go sit down while waiting laundry like I always do almost EVERY WEEK. And this time the security asked for my ID a second time because he didn’t think it was a scannable ID so he basically said it wasn’t real to my face and they tried to look it up but jokes them cause my name is in the system. And my ID was a matricula aka a Mexican ID so I’m not saying they were being lowkey racist but they were.
