They have a great selection and super friendly as well as knowledgeable staff. I have been coming to this shop for two plus years and I’ve only seen the individuals who are still there grow in knowledge about the products, and they make coming in feel like a comfortable and welcoming experience.

I went to this location for the first time with a friend to buy concentrates and flower, and also to enjoy their lounge. This spot is great! Everything was well organized and fairly priced. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Peaches! She was informative and gave us great customer service. WE WILL BE BACK!

Went to grab an 1/8 of flower on 4/20 since I was hoping for specials. I decided to get a bit more than what I came for. I had cash literally in my hand and realized I didn’t have enough once I got rang up at the register. I then gave the girl my card to pay for the rest. I was at that point told that there is an additional $3 fee for cards since she gave me the cash price. I’ve been coming here for a year about and this was new to me. I asked when that started and she told me about a week earlier. I said no prob, I’ll bring enough cash next time, but can you waive the fee this time since it’s the first I’m hearing of it? I watched her ask the manager and get shot down so I said thanks but no thanks. Tell me how an establishment that is doing just fine during the current pandemic and economic situation decided to randomly bump up the card fee $3 (while we are all being told to use cards rather than cash for safety) with no signs or notification anywhere. The only reason I was told is because the total differed from the total when she thought I was using cash. I don’t care if their processing company all of a sudden upped their fee right now-make that clear. Safe to say that anybody using card solely is not being told that. I sure didn’t see it posted anywhere-I looked hard when the tender was asking the manager for the fee to be waived this once. Pretty suspect if you ask me. Don’t get me wrong, 95% of staff is fantastic and friendly, I don’t get that vibe from management though. This was enough for me to never come back. Principals. I live right next door and I’ve spent some cash here. I’ll spend it elsewhere now.If someone from this establishment wants to check my legitimacy-look up my name in your system and you will see that I’ve put down serious cash.Dank DePot...more like Yank UrDough...

First, the products have all been excellent. The staff of women budtenders are excellent. The prices have been on time. Deliveries made on time. The Dank Depot has become my go to place. I highLy endorse and recommend this place.

Easily the dankest depot Ive ever been to. They always have so many dank memes in stock that I can buy for Christmas and for the grand kids. They are high on mountain dew 24/7 and they pass out which means they dont bother me and call me a boomer

Two weeks ago, this place decided to implement a $3 card charge fee--theres no signage stating this. I have been a regular customer for a long time, but this new policy is unconscionable during a economic crisis. I will no longer use this place--there are plenty of other dispensaries to do business with who dont rip-off their customers.

Great lounge for taste testing those new flowers you got and received a free dab rip off a nice bong. The prices are comparable to other places but if you consider thats there is a smoke shop right around the other side of the building and you can chill in the lounge after buying your flowers its a great opportunity to get super faded

The CHEERS (sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name...🎶🎹) of Cathedral City!!! My favorite dispensary hands up AND down! I love how the facility is spacious, bright and clean. The security officer is located in the main lobby and is always polite no matter which one is on duty. The budtenders are friendly, extremely patient, knowledgeable of their products/inventory and have always answered my questions about their products in great detail. They have even helped me to find products based on how Im feeling at the moment which is totally awesome. Fresh, packaged properly, wide variety, and priced right and veterans receive 10% off their purchase. Sweet!

I LOVE the Budtenders! They answer all of my questions, no matter how many I have, and they do it without a nasty attitude. They are all very knowledgeable about the different brands available and there are brochures located in the lobby that are filled with useful information such as dosage guidelines and different methods of medicating other than by flower. I am pleased with how clean, bright and spacious the facility is. It looks and feels like a legitimate dispensary. All of their products are encased in clear glass, up close and personal. They offer a good variety of PreRolls ( my fave) as well as flower and wax. Last but certainly not least, they dont make me feel as if Id just wasted their precious time if I dont purchase every product that I had a question about. Thank you to all in the Dank Depot Family.
