First time visiting this location after many vacations to Palm Springs and the surrounding area and it won’t be my last. The security guard was very friendly and Emily was great! She was very knowledgeable about products and provided excellent customer service overall. Sweetest place to stop by! Go go go! I didn’t know what to expect and when at 8am on a Saturday. Not only did I have the sweetest chat with the budtender (remember to always tip them especially if you’re getting/looking through lots), and they even had all of my favorite brands of all different ways to consume flower there (especially if it’s for chronic pain) at great prices! I cannot wait to come back and support.

We usually get our sleep gummies at Dank Depot, but they were out, so I called around to see who else carried them. We decided to go with Libra because Roy was so helpful over the phone. He told us about the loyalty program and got us set up with that, he even offered to help walk me through it. I like Libra Cat City much more than the place next door. It was clean and well lit, and I didnt feel like we were in some shady place like a couple of the other dispensaries in town make you feel. 😅 Thank you Roy for being so kind and helpful. 💚

I come here for my anxiety medication. So, if Im walking in its because Im out, which means Im anxious. Anxious about people, anxious about myself, anxious about random things that probably wouldnt make any sense to the rest. Having said that, from the first time walking in here, I was completely centered and relaxed. Whew, what a relief! Everyone is down to earth, chill and all they want to do is make you, me, everyone happy! What a great environment it must be to work. Happy employees make happy customers. On another note, I prefer the flower. If I may provide some constructive criticism, most of the flower you offer is 1/8 and up. Not much variety for a G. I would suggest adding to your menu for all the people who are barely making ends meet. Especially now that California has become the worst state to live in for the population with an income under $50K. Just saying. Anyway, thanks guys for making me feel at ease. See you soon.
