Dont waste your money. This place is packed and hard to get a good workout in. Also canceled my membership at the end of their year September. They still charged me the yearly fee in October and would not give me my money back. Do not trust this business with access to your accounts! Go anywhere else Castle Rock!

This gym has one of the best trainers my husband and I have ever had. Frank is our biggest encourager and is awesome at what he does! Aside from our own personal goals, he is pretty much the main reason we keep coming back and why we signed up to be members a month or so ago.Thomas is awesome too-- always friendly and kind!

The gym has newer equipment that is always clean and in good working order. I never have a problem accessing the machine I want. The staff is always super welcoming and makes it a point to acknowledge you on your way out.

Horrible service! You unable to cancel the membership on online. When you register, they ask you do everything online. How can I cancel it when I move out the state? I need to fly back to the club house, I can’t change the club house through phone either. It’s unprofessional for the service with apps and many locations in US. Please make sure you read this message before you sign up.

The staff and facility are great! Gets little crowded once in awhile but overall worth the price. Love the manager! She is reasonable and super nice!

I am very impressed with this particular location because Kara the assistant manager has great people skills. Debbie and Kris work hard cleaning this location and several other locations in Colorado could take lessons from them. I changed my membership to this location because it is by far the best! There are two people that work overnight and they are hard workers and very nice. I understand Molly is the manager, who I have not met yet but I want to commend you on a job well done because what your employees do is a reflection of you. Please keep up the good work because cleanliness is so important as well as having personable staff!

Lacking free weight options but they do have some decent machines

It’s hard with a mask but going to the gym helps me feel good. Planet fitness has every piece of equipment you could need to do a great workout. Can’t wait to walk on a treadmill next to my workout partner. It’s not the same when she’s so far away. Lol

Signed up tonight. Spoke with Jack over the phone and met him when I went in. Jack went above and beyond to show me the facilty and the machines. Jack is professional, and an outstanding employee and PF is lucky to have him.

This location does an amazing job making sure everything is clean AT ALL TIMES! It is so affordable, super easy to get in and out and above all the massage chairs and beds are the best! This gym has been a life saver for me during Covid and I am thankful that the staff and other customers are very responsible when it comes to following the rules.

This is by far the cleanest gyms I’ve been to since gyms reopened. The staff is professional and always ensures that masks and the public are staying within guidelines. The staff is always cleaning and wiping equipment down. Good work! Applaud to a job well done.

Planet Fitness is always clean, has so many opportunities for working out, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It is also very reasonably priced with no binding contracts.

I like the fact that it is a simple gym, i.e not a lot of frills. I also like their mantra of “judgement free zone” and “you belong here” mentality.

A good Planet Fitness. Everything was very clean. A decent array of machines. Not the biggest as it only has one floor and the stretching area is compact. Their 360 area is nice and the black card amenities are up to par.

I really enjoy this gym. It has just about everything and I love the amenities. Love being able to tan at the place I work out at. The staff is really nice so far too. It is also very clean.

The gym is very clean. However I will refrain from any additional visit. I go in the morning and at least 9-12 people are not wearing their mask incorrectly or not at all - especially those on the treadmill and stair strippers. I looked at recent reviews and someone has a blind eye to the violations. You have a great facility but masks requirements are not enforced!!

I recently moved to Castle Rock and was pleasantly surprised by this facility. The equipment is always clean. Its never too crowded (despite COVID-19 regulations). Kara has been super nice and helpful and always has a wonderful attitude!

We finally got back in the gym and it was GREAT! They are doing awonderful job following all the guidelines.I was pleased that it was not overly crowded .Plenty of equipment available, and awesome to finish with the water massage!

Planet Fitness Castle Rock is always clean, friendly, welcoming, affordable, and never crowded. Unlike 24 Hour Fitness, reservations are not required right now adding to the convenience.

I appreciate the staffs friendliness and i see them cleaning all the time.. my only complaint is getting the equipment that breaks down, getting it repaired promptly.

I L-O-V-E the Castle Rock club. It’s clean, well organized, and has everything I need. The staff is my favorite part. They are so friendly and I feel like they actually take time to interact with members. One of them even noticed I used to get stickers every time I was in and would remind me if I started leaving without one. 10/10 would recommend.

Planet Fitness, particularly the Castle Rock, CO location, is very clean, well run, and has tons of equipment. The staff are extremely friendly, polite, like-able, and knowledgeable. Even the other gym-goers are courteous and down to earth. This really is a great place to work out. Its inviting, motivating, and comfortable... except the workouts which hurt like theyre supposed to!

This Planet Fitness is very clean and well managed. Staff is always friendly and constantly walk around cleaning and helping new members learn about the equipment. There is plenty of cardio equipment, but the free weight area is small and usually pretty crowded. Only reason for the 4 stars is the free weight area.

You get so much for your money here and the staff is so nice. No clue why you would ever join a stuffy fitness studio for $100mo or more when you can get the same if not better personal time here for $10 or $20mo plus tanning beds, red light therapy and hydro massage chairs. Yes....one on one training is included. This place is a no brainer in my opinion!

Reeks of sexism here. Staff walked by 3 female patrons who’s mask had fallen off their noses (saying nothing) to me (male) who had unintentionally had my mask slip down and instructed me to lift my mask up over my nose.

Really impressed with this gym. Ive been a regular gym-goer for over 30 years, tried the other options in Castle Rock and found them lacking. PF staff are really good, the gym is clean, the equipment is plentiful and the amenities are top notch.

Just joined this gym after years of not working out. The prices are amazing. No frills just working out. Locker rooms are amazing. Employees are about the best young customer service reps Ive encountered. Tons of equipment with limited free weights.

Love the location, ample parking. The facility - gym floor, restrooms, etc are clean, maybe more attention to showers. They have very affordable membership rates, including the Black card membership. They have small lockers right near check-in with built-in number locks to place small bags and valuables. There are bigger lockers available in respective locker restrooms. They also have group fitness classes which are included in membership dues. Also, they have accessories to purchase- earphones, backpacks, locks, etc. Friendly staff, but they do mostly have a very blah look on their face; and then sometimes they are just standing around talking with each other.

The facility is very clean with a continued emphases on disinfecting. Well managed and organized with a variety of members and level of fitness.

Very clean and friendly, I enjoy coming here. I love the no judgement motto and it certainly feels that way. I often wonder if sanitized wipes would be better and less wasteful than the paper towels.For 10 bucks a month that you can cancel at any time, it is certainly worth it. I do wish there was a steam room or sauna, but thats not a deal breaker for me

As a business owner, I have to answer my phone when it rings. Don’t do that here!!! I got lectured by the manager who has given me the side eye both times I’ve been in this gym. I’m sorry I can warm up with your heaviest weights and I’m a white male in a cutoff t-shirt. I definitely feel like I was discriminated against- to come after me for taking a phone call on the back row of treadmills with nobody near me but my wife is just ridiculous. We will take our business elsewhere.

Random charges, unclean equipment no one is even trying to get members to respect the rules or clean after themselves. come if you want corona the guys using all 4 machines at the front of the gym will give it to you. not even gonna start on how a member got my home info either.

First day open, and I have to say I am pretty impressed. Lots of equipment to choose from and staff was very welcoming. 4 different tanning rooms and multiple hydro massage chairs to choose from. Really stoked that this is so close to home and will be cancelling my other gym membership. Only downside is they need heavier weights.

I love Planet Fitness Castle Rock. I am a 50+ woman who had never stepped into a gym before as I thought that it wasn’t for me. I thought it would be full of grunting, sweaty workout buffs and I would feel out of place. Oh how wrong I was. I summoned up the courage to go in for a tour and the minute I walked in the door and had a tour led by Lilli I knew I could start my fitness journey there. I had a free workout plan made by Christian, that gave me a goal and a plan to follow, such a big help From the lovely greeting when you walk in the door, clean facilities and always machines available to when you get a cheery bye on your way out. It’s definitely my new happy place!

Good prices for use on ALOT of equipment. Pleasant staff,good quality and clean equipment. Large changing rooms and lockers. Bathrooms clean and separate prep for day area ie makeup. Handicap friendly. I have not experienced trainers or classes but word of mouth says good things. Owner typically present if staff cant answer questions. Has come A LONG WAY since the 1st opened End of 2019.

Best gym for the money! New equipment and wide veriety, open 24 hours, a separate area for stretching, a 30 minute workout area and plenty of free weight machines too. Staff are all very friendly, and even at peak times it never seems crowded. So glad I joined and highly recommend Plant Fitness Castle Rock.

Along with that, the facility is great! Never have an issue parking, finding equipment, all interactions with staff are positive and friendly. It’s a great local gym for all. This is great! Glad to see a new gym in Castle Rock with new equipment and I’m sure will be much cleaner with friendlier and more helpful staff than the other places. Also glad the people that can’t read won’t be here because of the hours too!!

If you plan on tanning I would pick another gym, it is always something at this place. First time going there after working out I go to the front desk and ask if I turn the tanning bed on in the room or do they do it at the desk? I’m told you do it so I go in the room and get in the bed and press the power button and nothing happens, we’ll come to find out they do it so I go back to the front desk and have them turn it on. Then today I’m two minutes into my tan and the bulbs turn off so once again I go to the front desk and they tell me it looks like it was turned off by you so I can’t restart the bed. I would think if you have one employee in the location they should be able to override things like this, right? They have to set it up for you and the employee could see that I didn’t tan and something happened so why wouldn’t the owner give the employee the power to help a customer. I have been a manager in customer service for 16 years and this is not on the employee this is all about management and ownership!

You can two hours in there and you dont even notice. I love this place
