Fit4mom Castle Rock is a community of amazing women & kiddos! I love that I get a great workout while my son is watching and learning. We both benefit from the social aspects. Plus, everyone is a mom and understands the joys and struggles of mom life!

I absolutely love this group! I tried my first class when my daughter was 3 months old and immediately joined. I love being able to get out of the house and workout without having to worry about childcare. Love the classes, play dates, mom nights out, and general support. Great group of ladies and classes are really supportive to all fitness levels. First class is free!

I have been going to stroller strides and fit4baby for about a year now and I love it! You get in a great workout while meeting new mom friends.My son also gets some time around other kiddos and we both get out of the house.

Called the number and was told I had the wrong number. Was trying to get a present for my wife but was told I had the wrong number. Either the number on google was wrong or I was told otherwise due to me being a man. Not sure.
