Older lady that worked on 2/2/21 should not be cutting hair in any capacity nor should she have charged my husband a penny. Pretty impressive butcher job. Wow!wish I could post a pic!

Alexandra (Alex) did a great job on a partial perm and trim on Aug 13, 2016. I would go back to her again- great service & price! Kathy Kramer Stephanie did great! Deb is also awesome!

Not sure what we were expecting at a Walmart salon. Came at 5:00 pm to get our son a simple, quick haircut. Gate/fence was closed with a sticky note posted that said “be back soon”. After sitting there for 15 minutes and then asking a Walmart customer service gal if she knew anything (she didn’t) we finally left. Poorly managed salon. I could have understood five minutes while someone uses the restroom, but that was clearly not the situation. Maybe have more than one stylist so they can have breaks? But when customers expect a business to be open during posted hours, it’s frustrating to get there and not have someone present.

It all depends on the stylist. Theres an Asian woman there I will never get another cut from. There is a great stylist though, a middle aged woman with short hair who knows her stuff and works fast while being freindly.

HK is wonderful, my hair cut is always great, and they are super reasonable in their prices, same cut at JC Pehheys is $45.00 plus tip, redicuously.😡

What has happened to this place the past few months?I have been trying to get a hair cut here 4 times the past two weeks and always greeted with the same situation. Either a stylist that is busy working with someone or no stylist at all. Sometimes I had to wait 3 or 4 minutes at the register just to get greeted and was met with I am busy until 3pm or I am free at 6pm. The issue is the lack of stylist here at this location.I am a guy that is simple and only looks for a trim 3 times a year. It shouldnt take more than 10 or 15 minutes to get my hair done so I have always been a walk in for this location since 2012. Even though I have been going here for 7 years I only recognize one veteran stylist that still works there today. I refuse to setup an appointment for a 10 min trim when I have walked in before and have stylist take me quickly.The issue today is that out of the four times I have been there the past two weeks, I have only seen one stylist working. I would get to the locations and have to wait to be greeted and be told that they are not free for another 4 -6 hours. Not only is this frustrating but they are no longer reliable.Even though I have been coming here 7 years. I am not a regular, just a returning customer that comes back a few times a year. Now with appointments for stylists, they get booked up all day with their regular customers and new or customers like me get pushed to the side. I understand building relationships but how is this expect to grow when the stylists are just focused on their same customers/appointments everyday and new customers are forced to make an appointment?I guess I just had to find someplace that doesnt take appointments and thank goodness SportsClips doesnt. You can actually walk in, as a first come first serve basis and get out of there as intended. Its kind of funny how I was taken care of on the way home from WalMart at 1245pm while I was told to wait until 6pm.... no thanks.There is no pattern for this at all either. I dare not check it out on the weekend because I know it will already be busy. When I went I went to check on a Friday (busy day) but only one worker was doing someone hair. I was there about 10 or 11am and told she was not done until 3pm.Are you telling me on a Friday afternoon you have one stylist doing all the cutting and no one else is in for 4 hours in the mean time to cut my hair?How can you afford to take care of one customer over a course of 4-5 hours? You would think you would have more staff but I guess one a day is all they need. I wish I didnt have to write this but I was so frustrated I had to vent.You can run your business the way you want to but I just cant put up with it anymore. At this point I can only give feedback and a review since at this point I am not even a regular and shouldnt care.

The hair cut was so bad they gave the cut for free!We asked for a kids cut and the lady cut her hair with out even wetting it first!!! And cut my child’s ends all jagged, the stylist even knew she did a chop job, she kept saying “ ya I see, I know”. I’m almost 100% postive the lady is NOT licensed. She didn’t hold her scissors correctly or anything.I asked for layers and she didn’t know how!!

My cousin got her haircut there and she did a ratchet job. She cuts like a Kindergartener and she was so so rude. This was the worst experience that I have ever had here. The lady that cut her hair should get her license taken away. Unbelievable! 😡

Stylist could vision the haircut i wanted she also told me she would keep my length and didnt and didnt barely touch my hair for almost 17 and an 8 dollar tip! I know its walmart but i was hoping for a good experience..

Thank goodness for HK! She fixed my hair after a new gal did terribly. I had 6.5 inches off and she cut it within 5 minutes. Doing what you would call a speed cut. She put it in 3 hair ties and just started cutting! I even asked after if it looked straight after, to which she said yes. I never got a mirror handed to me afterwards, so I didnt see the uneven cut until I was running other errands. I ended up paying over $40 for the worst haircut I have had. I wont go back unless HK is there. Sad to see Stephanie go!!
