Tina did an AMAZING job with my hair and makeup for my wedding. She was so great during the trial run at tweaking things to make sure I was 100% happy with the look. I loved how she made the makeup look great for photos without it looking caked on up close, and she did a wonderful job on my bridesmaids as well. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for great hair and makeup services!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The stylist Captivate Beauty sent was not a professional. She left me with 3 buns on the back of my head and asked me if I was happy. At that point it was clear she didnt know how to do hair, see the attached picture. She also didnt know how to apply makeup. All of the makeup used was from the drugstore. I cant believe I paid what I did for someone to apply $5 mascara. I was left in tears on what was supposed to be the happiest day of my life. I was lucky my mother and photographer were able to think on their toes to save my day. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Shauna did a fantastic job. She was easy to work with and was very relaxed helping to keep us relaxed as well. We had 4 hair and 6 makeup services. The bride was very happy and looked great. I had makeup done and it lasted over 12 hours and looked great.

ZERO STARS!!! Hair stylist was a no show for my daughters wedding. 8 girls waiting to get hair done!! We had to make alternate plans for hair with only a couple hours before pictures. Glad we didnt pre-pay. The make up artist arrived early, and did a great job. She should find someone else to work for!

Tried to walk in. They claimed they were booked solid for the day. Couldnt fit a trim in their schedule even though there was plenty of seats open and one customer being worked on. Would not recommend.

WOW! The Captivate Beauty team was absolutely incredible to work with. I had contacted a number of hair and makeup providers for my wedding. I had conference calls with each to get to know them to ensure our personalities matched and provide them with more details about my day. Aleigha and I clicked immediately. She truly cared about all of the details for my day and took the time to understand what I was hoping to achieve for a look for my big day. Aleigha has a calm, comfortable and caregiving demeanor and puts her heart into her work. It truly shows in the outcome. I did two hair trials with her prior to my wedding as I changed my mind on my look. She was candid with feedback and helped me to achieve the perfect, flawless look for my day! I was so happy with how everything turned out as were my four bridesmaids, my mom and the mother of the groom. Aleigha and Tina arrived early on the day, were well organized, provided a calmness in all the craziness and created a look that matched everyone in the wedding party. Wow wow wow! Bailey TRANSFORMED us. We looked so unlike ourselves but like glam versions of ourselves! I truly believe we all looked so beautiful because of Baileys work on our hair and makeup. We dont get dolled up often, but I would certainly hire Bailey again in a heartbeat!

After showing them pictures of my dream hair and makeup styles, Aleigha and Megan did mine even BETTER. I didnt even do a trial with them, and they made me look and feel more beautiful than ever before. They are also cute, fun, and friendly! I loved that they traveled to our venue. I have used this salon for many years for both cut and color services and hair extensions. Aleigha is amazing and takes a lot of time and care working with her customers. She makes you feel like you’re friends and coming to a community. The salon is an amazing facility and so welcoming!

They advertise as following public health protocols, and even include postings on the door and the like. I almost brought my unvaccinated kid in, but, luckily, I went in myself first. They do not wear masks and are not vaccinated. It is a small space with a lot of adults. They said the mask mandate has been lifted, even though CO has not lifted the mandate. Thanks a lot, CR/DougCo leadership! I went to two other CR small businesses in the past couple of days, and they are still respectfully following basic public health protocols. Kids aged as young as 6 are getting long symptoms after even an asymptomatic COVID infection at fairly high rates.Im a father of three, with a stay at home mom, and my main job is two-fold: (1) protect my family, and (2) provide for my family. So, it was pretty annoying to me that a business would advertise as respecting public health, but then not follow protocol.You might get a great haircut, I dont know, but you might get COVID, too, so be careful, parents with unvaccinated kids!

Captivate Beauty did such a great job on my wedding hair and makeup (as well as my mom’s and my bridesmaids). I’ve had my makeup done professionally only a few times before and never liked it because I never ended up looking like myself…. until I worked with Captivate. Our stylist, Tina, asked exactly how I usually do my makeup and what I was looking for on my wedding day. She made me look like an enhanced version of myself, which is exactly what I wanted! And, she was super fun and easy to work with. Could not recommend more highly.

Aleigha and her team are amazing! I visited her shop in Castle Rock for my hair and makeup trial about a month prior to our wedding. She tried a couple different hairstyles (one down and one up) and took pictures of hair and makeup for me to take home and mull over. Her communication leading up to our big day was phenomenal! I sent her a some minor adjustments that I wanted to make for the wedding day and she seemed to know exactly what I wanted.The day of our wedding, Aleigha and a member of her team arrived early and got right to work. (We had a 10 am wedding, so it was an early start for all of us!) They made the morning really seamless and effortless. Before I knew it, my four bridesmaids, the flower girl, my mother, and I all looked stunning! (My hair and makeup turned out so much better than I had imagined!) And Aleigha her teammate were packed up and ready to head out the door, a few minutes ahead of schedule! It was a fantastic experience in all. I had never felt more beautiful (or bridal)! My husband, along with our guests, was very impressed! Thank you, Aleigha! You played a big part in making our day the best ever.

Randy is so amazing he really went out of his way when cutting and styling my hair and even gave me a few tips when I style it at home. He has such a great personality and there was never an awkward moment. I highly recommend him.

This salon does a great load of work at great quality in a very short amount of time. I went in with my father and brother to get haircuts and we were out in a flash and I was incredibly satisfied with my haircut. They put in a great deal of effort to be fast, efficient, and friendly. It’s being a while that I want to change my hairstyle. I had my hair red colored for a long time. I was looking for a balayage to help disguise the grays that I have on my front line hair. Vanessa was able to manage to bleach the red color away without frying my hair and cut it the way I wanted. I’m very pleased with my new hairstylist!

Kinsey was so friendly, thoughtful and professional. She listened to what I wanted for my hair and helped me get the look I was going for. I am fairly new to CR and have only had my hair cut once by another place and I received a very bad haircut. So I have been waiting for my hair to grow out to get it fixed. Brittany did a really boy’s fade. It seems to be her “thing”. I have struggled to find someone who could cut my son’s straight hair well and she did a great job.I also went to Randy for highlights and WOW his attention to detail and skill are amazing. Had a great experience at Captivate Salon. Hair stylist, Shauna, did a superb job on my hair, and it was my first visit to her and the salon since moving to Colorado in October of 2019. Hadn’t been to any hair salons until today. I’m very happy I went to this salon and will go again in the near future to have Shauna work on my hair.

I have had a terrible time finding someone that can do a good boys haircut for a reasonable price. Randy did a great job with my boys hair and was nice to them while he did it. They got me in when i wantes. Love that theyre local!

Aleigha did an incredible job doing my hair and makeup for my wedding day. Due to my schedule, I couldnt do a trial, but I sent her some pictures and she immediately knew what I wanted. Hailey did a great job on my hair and was very nice, as was everyone!The salon itself really needs a makeover, especially since the prices are more in line with a high end salon.I will recommend it, but with the caveat that it’s better than it looks.

I worked with Chaundra for my wedding in December. She was fantastic! During our makeup trial, she listened to what it was I wanted, and was able to do my makeup in a way that was uniquely me. I didnt feel as though I couldnt recognize myself. She also had very good insight on how to create the look I wanted. Overall, excellent service and very professional.

McKinsey did such a great job on my hair. She explained the different products and offered suggestions for my flat/thin hair. She listened to what I wanted and checked in with me throughout to make sure we were going in the right direction with my cut instead. The salon was really cute and clean, staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Love my hair! :)

Easy to make appointment. First time there with extraordinary covid circumstances but felt totally comfortable. McKinsey picked up on needs despite no good example of what I needed. Good job. Will see her again.

My entire experience with the Captivate team was excellent. 100% would work with them again. I worked with them for my wedding. Communication came early and often (and online), there was zero confusion. I worked with Annette for my hair and makeup; she was absolutely amazing. She took time to get to know me and find out what I was looking for at the trial, she took good notes and remembered everything we had discussed by the time my big day rolled around. I didnt really know what I wanted make-up wise initially, and she really took the time to help me through it.On my actual wedding day Annette and Aleigha arrived early, and well-prepared. I loved how patient they were with everyone in my bridal party, and how knowledgeable they were about everything. I have never felt more beautiful, and I was so impressed with how my wedding party looked!

Floyd’s 99 messed my hair up completely and I thought it couldn’t be fixed but I saw a flyer for Captivate and I sent a text asking for a haircut, after 30 minutes with Brianna and a little advice for hair growth with future appointments .. my confidence is back. I am SO happy with my choice to use Captivate for my wedding. I got married on June 23rd and Bailey and Megan came to my house the morning of to do my hair and makeup, my moms hair and makeup, and my 7 bridesmaids hair. Everyone turned out absolutely beautiful and was done in record time (yes all 9 ladies)! Megan did my moms hair and makeup and I could tell she looked and felt beautiful. Bailey did my hair and makeup and she was so wonderful and professional. During our trial a couple of weeks beforehand, Bailey was so kind and accommodating, wanting to make sure my hair and makeup were just as I wanted them so she knew exactly what to do for the day of. She always responded to emails and took really good care of me and my girls through the whole process. My hair turned out exactly like I had envisioned from the pictures I showed her. I would definitely recommend Captivate to any bride wanting to feel beautiful on her wedding day.

I met Aleigha at a styled shoot, and was so impressed with her work that I decided to use Captivate for my own wedding hair and makeup.I opted not to have a trial, and I didnt really have much of an idea of what I wanted, but figured, the stylist could advise me day-of, and whats the worst that could happen? My biggest concern was that when I have had my makeup done in the past, I wound up looking way overdone, and not even recognizing myself in the mirror. I expressed that to my stylist, Bailey, and she assured me that she would make me look like an enhanced version of myself. That is exactly what she did, and the results were INCREDIBLE! My now-husband told me all night how amazing he thought I looked. My makeup lasted all night without running or smearing or getting shiny, it photographed perfectly, and looked even better than I had hoped for.Side note: I had arranged for hair and makeup for myself, my mother in-law, and hair for my mother. When Bailey arrived, we were in the middle of a doggy health emergency with my pup. It set our schedule back a bit, and my mom wasnt able to get her hair done because she was at the vet with my dog. Bailey was patient, kind, and flexible with us, and I really appreciated that.Captivate really does have the best team, and I would not hesitate to use them again for anything and everything. Ill be recommending them to every single engaged couple I meet.

She didn’t finish my haircut and left me with a trainee so she could go home. To make things worse, the AC must have been broken that day so it was incredibly hot and I felt super sick during and afterwards with a haircut that wasn’t even. Never went back.

I hired Captivate Beauty based on my wedding planners preferred vendor’s list. Being a destination wedding for me, it was difficult searching for a hair and make-up stylist when all you could do is judge their work via website and social media. Fast-forward to the week of our wedding, I met Aleigha for the first time for our bridal hair/make-up trial. I was so impressed by her passion, professionalism, and customer focus. She was also so incredibly sweet and so easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable letting her know if I wanted something with my makeup changed. On the day of our wedding, I changed my mind a bit with the look of my makeup and hair, but she never hesitated to do everything she could to ensure I was 100% happy (as well as my bridesmaids!)
