One star is generous at best. What a joke. Staff is rude. Dont try calling ...on hold for 10 min and then got hung up on. Every month it is another problem that of course couldnt possibly be due to any fault on their end. Yeah right. Thank God Im not waiting on heart medicine or else Id be dead before they were able to do their job... Correctly and/or in a timely manner. Was notified that my rxxwas out of stock and that they would let me know when their special order came in. That was 4 days ago. Not a word heard from them still. Finally was able to speak with staff person. An was told I would havw to wait until monday. Go somewhere else...anywhere else. This store doesnt care

I have waited on hold four times for +20 minutes trying to contact the pharmacy, but I could never get anyone to answer the phone. I once had to physically go into the pharmacy to get my questions answered, and while I was there, I swear I could hear the phone ringing in the background the entire time. I recently had to have CVS customer service call on my behalf time to get someone to answer. I just dont understand why I have to go to such great lengths to reach this pharmacy. Walgreens pharmacy is able to answer the phone within 10 seconds of calling.

The staff are so kind, caring and friendly. The pharmacist there is always helpful and he makes sure that you understand your medications. I would recommend this CVS to anyone! Love them.

SPENT 27 MINUTES ON HOLD AND NEVER HEARD FROM A HUMAN BEING. EITHER HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO ANSWER PHONE CALLS OR REDUCE THE NUMBER OF INCOMING LINES. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS.

Staff is extremely slow, front counter employees are rude and unprofessional. Act as if they are doing YOU a favor. Customer service is horrible.

Id like to give them a higher rating but they are absurdly slow. The staff does their job but thats it. Takes 2 hours for prescriptions to be filled and even going through the drive through for pick up often takes 20 minutes if there are 3 or 4 cars.

The reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is this CVS is consistently bad. Thats the only thing I can say is consistent; its bad....lol

While the staff was friendly. They failed repeatedly to meet times they promised on prescriptions to be filled. When we called in to file a complaint we were hung up on more than once. Switched to Walgreens and have been happy since.

Do yourself a favor switch to Walgreens. No customer service skills at all. Over all unpleasant experience.
