Held forever on behalf of mutual patient visiting from Arizona. After third call, I told pharmacy I couldnt hold any longer. Before I could tell them that I too was calling from a busy pharmacy regarding one of their own, I was told to either hold or call back, they didnt have time. Wow...thats a first in 30 years of pharmacy....

I am very ill and needed my prescription transfer over the the young lady on the phone was so rude and hung up on me mid sentence. I felt like such and inconvenience and that my health was not a concern for.

Worst fry’s pharmacy I have ever been too. Extremely slow and incompetent.

Be prepared to make AT LEAST two trips for a prescription, sometimes up to four.On a friendly scale of 1-10 I would give them a 3. You may be called that your prescription is ready for pickup only to find that that it is not and you have to make two more trips to finally get what you need.Sometimes they are out, or a prescription dropped off in the early morning is still not done by 6 pm and you have to wait another 15 min, unless you want to come back.Overall rating: 2 (two) out of 10.

Worst website ever. Tried to find Frys pharmacy hours. Should be on the face page with other basic pertinent info. Negotiating 7 clicks later with several false paths I accidentally found a page that listed the Frys Pharmacy hours. I literally have no idea how I got there. Intuitive this is not. The Computer Classes I took I can remember my teacher emphasizing that the sites we created must be negotiable. He kept harping on we know where everything is thats easy but to remember to write it from a perspective of s first time visitor. Can they negotiate the site? I know my teacher would have given me a D or failed me if I made a site this poorly planned out and lacking of information on the face page.Additionlly I have read Klaus Volks review. While this is not EVERY visit. I have encountered similar trials and tribulations here. I suspect because perhaps it is a training store? I dont know if it is. I DO know they seem to have a few people that last and the bulk are rotated out of this store regularly. So every other month I see new faces for a few months then gone. I may start looking for a store where I see the same people every time. Too high a turnover begets mistakes.

You people who give a low rating with no reason are just plain stupid. I am a diabetic on multiple meds and this place has always taken care of me.

First time in a fry’s. Clean and nice layout. Seemed busy as it was a sunday afternoon. Talked to a staff to ask where item was and they walked me to location.

This is the happiest I’ve been with a pharmacy in literally YEARS! As someone who’s prescribed meds monthly, a good pharmacy and/or pharmacist is a critical part of my healthcare. I’ve typically used Wal-Mart or CVS in the past, but wasn’t thrilled with either of them (especially Wal-mart but that’s a whole other thing). I love THIS particular Fry’s pharmacy for many reasons, including: A SUPER friendly staff, knowledgeable pharmacists, late drive-thru hours, quickly-filled prescriptions, easily managed auto-refills, and great prices. I’m currently without health insurance and take expensive meds, but one of the pharm techs informed me about a discount for unemployed people so now I can easily afford my medicine!

I havent had any issues at this pharmacy. The staff seems nice enough. :)
