This place was great to deal with. Parking was easy for me to get my straight truck into. Would definitely go back if I had too.

Not really sure how I feel about this place. I waited over an hour to been seen by a doctor. I should have went to my doctors office, would have been faster. The doctor who treated me was super nice and service from him was great. Next time I should set up the appointment online and just wait at home. I would suggest not doing a walk-in as you could be waiting for a while.

Always friendly and accurate. I trust their team completely. The wait time is sometimes a nightmare but what can you expect. The care is worth the wait. I get better treatment and more accurate diagnosis from here than at the hospital across the street. Nurses make you feel like you matter. And doctors make you a priority. They listen and they respond. Its also very clean inside. Im never afraid I just walked into a sick trap like I am at some places. Highly recommended for urgent care needs.

Dr. McFann is super nice! Like, seriously one of the nicest physicians I have ever met. Facility is clean.

Im very disappointed about this urgent care. My kids had appointments for there covid testing and they have been waiting for over 2 and half hours in the vehicle. This is very unacceptable

Ive been serviced by NextCare Casa Grande several times over the years and Ms Lori and the entire team are always thorough, kind and patient ❤

We waited three hours even after having an appointment “reservation” scheduled. 2 hours in the car and 1 hour in the office. After waiting an hour in the car the front desk finally called and asked if we still wanted to be seen? She seemed to downplay the reason I was bringing in my 16 month old son. I felt no need to explain to her why I felt the need to bring my son to the doctor. The front desk staff and nurse assistant were very rude and had no sympathy for the fact we waited that long while having an upset baby. The nurse assistant was disrespectful, when I asked what was going on and if we were going to be seen anytime soon. She replied with “no.” And I said no? And then she said “maybe in another 20 minutes.” I was very upset. The doctor Amanda was polite and got us out fast. I just feel the people who have made “reservations” should be put above walk-ins. We respect your time enough to do so and you should do the same with ours. Or at least call and let us know its going to be awhile before making us wait that long. To top it off when we left, all the patients in the lobby had been seen… there was only one patient above my 16month old, yet everyone else was gone when we were leaving. This was super frustrating and not okay. I will not be back.

Will never go back to this clinic and will be sure to go out of my way to let anyone and everyone know how bad the service is here. After scheduling an appointment for my 16 month old, we were asked to wait in the car till they were ready for us. WE WAITED FOR THREE HOURS. After the first two hours we decided to let our now fussy toddler cry in the waiting room. 20 minutes in the waiting room lady at the desk finally decided to put us in a room. My girlfriend was very frustrated and was going to go ask what was going on. When she opened the door another worker was walking by. My girlfriend explained to her that we had an appointment 2 1/2 hours prior to this point and asked if we would be seen anytime soon. The worker in the rudest way possible said “No.” and told us that they were backed up. No sympathy at all. The cherry on top was when we left, the packed waiting room of walk ins was empty. Doctor was nice but the other two workers don’t deserve to be in this field of work.

Upon first checking in I was a little hesitant (my foot was throbbing after being sliced open on some tile) but after being evaluated by her assistant Dr. Amanda Davis treated me with the utmost professionalism and care. I was impressed by how clean the facility was and how friendly and professional all of the staff were. Being new in town and not knowing what to expect after an unexpected accident, I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. Fair prices and great service. Highly recommend.

I went in and was afraid because of a spider bite. I had one before and it was pretty gruesome. After I saw the doctor and she was such a beautiful, kind, and caring one too, I felt better. After I took my meds and put the creme on, it went down and now it looks so much better. Thank you so much and I will be using this facility for future urgent care. Thanks again!😀

Had to take my son in for a physical. Even though I wasnt able to check in online, the wait wasnt long! The doctor was nice and quick and made sure my son understood what she needed him to do.

I went in for a test and everything went fine. The staff was very helpful and got it done in a timely manner. I was very satisfied.

They were pretty fast which was nice,and friendly people so Id go again I had a 1pm appointment and took my wife as a walk in and we were done by 1pm so its not so bad but I went in for covid testing and had a stye in my eye and they gave no medication whatsoever.

Dont adhere to appointments. When we came in for first appointment they told us it would be an hour and half before we were seen because they were busy. Second time we came in they opened early putting several walk-ins ahead of our scheduled appointment. If you are in a hurry this is not the place to go even with an appointment. Plan to fill out paperwork on every visit. Please read other reviews multiple complaints. Dont expect any contact from office as responses are all the same. They dont take reviews seriously. Many 5 star reviews seem fake.

Dr. Fleming was great! Took his time to hear my symptoms! Was there for a Covid test but tentatively listened to my me and changed my antibiotic and prescribed me a nebulizer! I am breathing better!

The medical staff are awesome always friendly. The front desk ladies are so rude, you can tell they talk about patients. Almost walked out because of there poor attitudes. Don’t worry about making an apt you will wait forever.

Absolutely do not go on a holiday! The B team they have there is horrid. Dont expect the b team Dr to follow their own records and give you your life saving medicine. Even if you explain it. If want a bottom barrel Dr with a superiority complex and a community college degree this is the place!

The Staff was very polite and helpful. Waiting time was a little longer but they had a laceration patient that needed care right away. To me Emergency patients are first to be cared for and we just need to be understanding and put ourselves in their case. Very Professional Staff and would go again. Excellent Service.

I made an appointment online and was called back within 10 minutes of my arrival. Dr. McFann was very caring and knowledgeable. She listened and answered questions. I have been to other Urgent Care locations in the area and prefer this location. The office is clean and I always receive good service.

I made an appointment day of for my 2 year old son. Was fast and didnt wait long in either the waiting room or when we got our room. Also the nurses were so nice and patient! They gave my son ice cream for being such a good boy! They really cared about his well-being also the lady in the front was so nice and made me less nervous while waiting to be called back! Highly recommended!

Awesome service. The provider that took care of my childs medical needs is a provider by the name of Amanda. She is a PA with clear knowledge. Very friendly and amazing with small children..from the front desk staff to the medical assistant that took us in. Very organized little clinic with all around great care and even better customer service.

I have always received stellar care at NextCare Casa Grande. Although things were markedly different for me today, due to the Covid-19 protocols, I still felt I received the BEST care possible & felt the PA who saw me went above & beyond my expectations in providing both diagnoses & a plan of action for the future.My only complaint was being asked to sit outside while I waited for triage & then an exam room. This is part of their Covid-19 protocols, but to be sitting outside in breezy 90+ degree temperatures, when I am extremely allergic, wasn’t appreciated by my eyes. I was masked, but my eyes were still exposed to allergens & even the PA commented about how red they were. Hopefully, this is an issue they will correct in the future. Regardless, I would highly recommend this office, especially if you’re able to book an online appointment ahead of time.

Dr. Lori McFann was very very good. I liked the way you got the information using my phone for ID and the insurance card. I also like the way you had me come in the back door to prevent spread of whatever I might have.Normally I pay during the visit. Somehow that got missed.

AMANDA was amazing! Im so thankful for her care!I was glad that I came in. Amanda was reassuring and made me feel so much better about what was going on.

Always have had good care and service with CG location. This visit had apt time and had to wait 30 min before being taken back for triage. I understand emergency visits come first. Then after 40 minutes after appointment time provider spent less then 5 minutes in the exam room with me. My cost for todays visit was $120. I guess my expectation was that provider would at least compete an exam. Sad because I have had such good experience in the past. The reason I did not see my own PCP is because he is out of the office with COVID.

When I arrived at 8am there was a group of people waiting to be let in the door. As we all went in the lobby Adreana very rudely yelled that she wasnt allowing any covid patients to be seen without an appointment. She shipped off a lady who said her child was not feeling well which could have meant anything. I signed in on a sticker and she proceeds to tell me to take a seat so I obliged. 2 other people walk up to the counter before she removes the sticker with my PERSONAL INFORMATION on it. She then asks me what Im being seen for VERY loudly in front of the whole lobby. I told her and she gave me my paperwork . While Im filling it out, she starts shouting across the lobby to another gentleman who brought his nephew in for potential allergies. She shipped him out as well because he might have covid. Once I bring my paperwork back up, she looks at it and tells me I cant be seen because I had checked off a covid symptom. She was very rude the whole time. As a former NextCare employee, her behavior was shocking to me. Ive never been treated so badly in any clinic.

The worst service ever! Yesenia called me on the phone to check what i just wrote on the link I was at home with my daughter, my husband and son outside the clinic, my 2 year old was feeling terrible and making a scandal i yelled in Spanish at my daughter and she refused service to my son which was there to get a COVID test my husband has cancer stage 4 and was urgent to get a rapid test so we can take different measurements of care at home I have fever and my daughter too because she was too sensitive and apparently doesnt speak Spanish she didn’t understand i was in a rush witht he mess my daughter was making because she was throwing up and she was laughing at me on the phone hope someone can pull up the call and listen to it this is outrageous i will find the way to make them get suspended or something playing with someone’s health is no fun to do!

Had an appointment had to wait over an hour to see the doctor and it wasnt even crowed. It a bit fustrating because you make appointments so you dont have to wait and you end up waiting anyways. I value places that respect your time and clearly this place doesnt.

Avoid this clinic. On Friday 7.9, I was there when they let an entire family in who had been exposed to covid. 3 adults and like 6 kids. Kids running around, climbing on chairs. I havent been exposed to anyone else with covid but am now extremely sick and missing work due to their negligence. I called and a manager was supposed to call back, but surprise I havent heard anything. They claim their policy is not to let people that have been exposed to covid in the waiting room, but they obviously dont follow any measures to keep their patients safe. Oh and I was wearing a mask and have been fully vaccinated.

Went in. Saw Amanda. Super awesome lady. Proscribed what was needed and Super positive. Really glad we went.

They had a good system and it worked. The wait was minimal because I filled out the paperwork and checked in online. The doctor and staff was very warm and professional.

I went in with something simple but I felt I was treated as importantly as the last person. Friendly staff! That is a big help by itself. Kind and patient. The Doctor I saw made me feel at ease and was quick and again, kind. I cant say enough good things. Keep up the great work!!

I have used Nexcare several times over the last multiple occasions. I have to say Ive always received excellent care, far better than any emergency room. Dont have any kind of wait. I make an appointment and my appointment is kept on time. I have been fortunate to have doctor McFan most of the time most of the time and she has been exceptionally kind, efficient, professional, and taken care of my needs well. She has also taken care of my elderly mother, when she was living, on multiple occasions and was always very kind to her. I will always remember that kindness. Mom really liked her and that was important to me when she was close to a 100. As a health care professional myself, it is important to feel comfortable with the person giving you care and that it is not always easy to find these days. With doctor McFann you knew she was listening to you as the whole patient and her her staff was exceptional in this role as well. Always, always, as a patient be sure your provider is listening to you as a whole patient, not as a focused problem. Kudos Dr. McFann and staff.

Got me in and out fast and accurate...Got my Covid-19 test in less than 30 minutes...and they were professional and courteous...The Doctor prescribed the right medication and i was back to work the next day...glad i decided to go here...👌🏾

I scheduled an appt. it went pretty smooth. It appeared clean, staff were helpful, one nurse was pretty cheerful. The Dr. was quick but asked a lot of questions.

I was very satisfied with my care. Staff identified themselves by name. The MA was very skilled at drawing my labs..I did not feel the needle and there is no bruise this morning at the site. The nurse (Mona) giving me an injection did an excellent job .. did not feel the needle , only a soreness at the site after I arrived home. Dr. McFann was a good listener and was not hurried during her exam. She also checked on me after my injection.

Staff is great! And the doctor is amazing! My kids like her a lot ♥️

I had an appointment scheduled for 1:40, and got there 4 minutes late. I got stuck behind 5 walk ins and didnt get any explanation or anything. Whats the point of making an appointment if I get moved down the line and hour later? Not cool, I realize I was a little late, but bad customer service.

You have to make an appointment for the next day. Its an Urgent Care, not a doctors office. I went to Banner Urgent Care less than a half mile away to be seen.

Would of been better if they had actually scheduled me ,I called the night before to make the appointment but when I got there my appointment wasn’t set up, the ladies were quick about the paper work and I didn’t wait long to go back.I was seen fairly quickly by the doctor and she was attentive and courteous,so were the nurses!

This clinic is outstanding. The staff is wonderful. Sweet sweet nurse Mona was a delight. Doctor Davis and Doctor McFann, are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. My daughter and I are visiting from out of state. It is comforting to have such great care away from home. Thank you so much!

I was in and out pretty fast for a walkin. I needed to get tested for Covid and they had me pull around back and took me in that way. They did the rapid test. I was very happy with them .

We went for a school physical. It was quick and the staff was friendly.

Profession, efficient. Whole appointment was fast and staff was very helpful! Covid procedures were simple and safe, I appreciate them for taking so much effort and showing that they care for us all and our safety during the pandemic.

Made an appt at 10 this morning for 120 appt. Didnt get seen until after 2. I believe that if you make an appt you should be seen within 15 mins of your scheduled appt. The walk in should be seen after scheduled appts.

Staff was all very helpful and tried to get us in quick, the person I was most impressed with was Mona! I love honesty and straight up people and she was one! After sitting in my car crying because they refused to test my babies, she reassured me they were allowed to be tested for Covid just like everyone else! Loved her! She deserves lots of kudos!!!!

I wrote something earlier, I should not have posted. I reversed my decision based on the fact, i was not thinking clearly. I was worried and didnt want to deal with the consequences or results. I find that NextCare was only watching out for my own health and taking proper precautions. For myself and all those around me. They did the right thing, and I do appreciate the work they did and going out of their way to help me find out what was going on with my health. The healthcare providers have been sticking their heads out for us and risking their own lives for us since the Covid started. Thank you for taking care of me and going that extra mile!

Was checked in by front desk, she was thorough and made sure all my demographics where up to date. Then I was brought to the back to be triaged by Mona, who from the scale up until all my information was obtained gave attitude and only somewhat changed the way she spoke to me after I asked for her name. Further more once in the room I could hear her talking about me and how I asked her her name to which she told other staff yeah I told her Im Mona, if she wants to file a complaint she can . To me this is extremely unprofessional, I am personally in the medical field and I would never treat my patients in this fashion. I can only hope that she doesnt treat all patients this way. I will always recommend Nextcare because I know the providers always provide thorough and excellent care, however I do feel that staff should be educated about patient care.

Tried to charge an outrageous about just to be seen all because Im from out of town

Very caring, competent, thorough and quick. They had great communication all during my visit. The doctor was super! I came as a walk in and, though there were many people ahead of me, I was out of there in an hour and a half. Sometimes it takes me that long at my regular doctor and 10 times that long at the ER!

They were busy and there was a long wait. I had to sit outside because I dont drive. When they saw how cold I was, they put me in a room, gave me a blanket and were very caring. I still had to wait, but at least I was warm. The Dr was very thorough and kind.

This location is so busy! But each patient is treated with respect & dignity! The staff go out of their way to keep everyone safe from Covid & other illness. With so many Covid tests required the NextCare team has made many changes to accommodate needs while maintaining cleanliness & organization.Thank you!

They were really good taking care of me cause I was having problems breathing and they did ekg and chest X-rays right away.

We had an appointment with nextcare for 4pm and already had the forms filled out prior to arriving at 3:30pm. We called like instructed instead of walking inside at 3:30 pm and was told to stay in the car. As we sat in the car we watched 5 other people walk into the lobby before 4pm. Around 4:15 we received a call and were asked the basic questions like have you had a fever and were you exposed to covid. After answering the questions we were told to pull around to the back of the building and someone would come and get us. We parked and waited, and waited, and waited. Around 5:30pm we called to see if they had forgotten about us and we were told that we were next in line and that the provider ran into an emergency. So we waited again. Around 5:50pm one of the nextcare poeple came out and took the poeple from the car next to us which means they lied about us being next. We left without seeing anyone at 6pm. On line registration didnt work, getting there on time didnt work, their back door medicine didnt work. Having only one provider who probably isnt even a real doctor didnt work. And in the end we sat waiting for two and a half hours and all we got from nextcare was lied to. I wouldnt recomend going to the Casa Grande nextcare office to anyone, they are incompetent.

Showed up 15 mins prior to 1040am appointment for testing. Called the number posted outside the lobby. At my appointment time of 1040 got a call to drive to back of facility and wait. At 1125 decided to call and ask how much more time it would be. Was told very firmly that I need to be patient and just wait. How about just explaining that appointments Do not matter; And that it’s a first come first service operation.Practitioner was friendly. Hopefully test is accurate and quick.Just asking myself why NexCare takes appointments.

I am a provider and was notified a friend had Covid-19. The next day I got checked out in less than 45 minutes. This included phone calls and going to the back area. In 10 minutes I was in a room. I was tested and instructed to wait for result. About 15 minutes later, met the physician and I was negative. Thank you for a great experience with you staff. I am from California and our urgent care takes about 2 hours.

Even though I had an unpleasant procedure ( Clovis nasal swab) done the level of care was excellent & the staff professional, but relatable.
