Dr byrum is rude and she made sure I felt unwelcome in the clinic yesterday. I have issues with change and I will go to an adult clinic from now on since I was scolded about continuing with sun life peds. The rest of the staff was amazing and always are. My mom worked there for lots of years and she views them all as family...

Receptionists are always friendly, and we love Dr. Abad ! She always greets us with a smile and is always smiling. She truly cares about her small patients and listens to any and all of our concerns as parents. She is amazing !

The front office staff is always helpful and friendly! This was our first experience with Dr. Nader and it was a very positive experience. He verbally walked us through each part of the exam, what he was checking and his findings. He was very thorough and pleasant.

Switched my children to Sun Life Pediatrics a couple of years back - Originally patients of Dr. Schnee. I have to say this was one of my best decisions! Dr. Abad is amazing and the Medical Assistants and Phlebotomists are always friendly and thorough. Also, the Front Desk Staff is so welcoming.

The dr we had is a half fast rude dr. She has destroyed my family and I will never forgive her for this.

Absolutely love it here!!!! Practitioners are amazing as well as the MA’s! Everyone is super nice and courteous. The girls at the front desk are even more amazing, super polite and always remember my kids! Completely treat us like family!!!

Long wait and horrible experience, son went in with a high fever and the doctor brushed it off like nothing was wrong. We spoke maybe a total of 2 minutes and she just said give him children’s Tylenol. Will make the hour drive to the valley in the future for pediatric care.

Dr. Liao is such an awesome doctor. Shes so good with my baby. Her bedside manner and professionalism is great. Im so glad to have found her!

My daughter was super nervous about getting her shots, the assistant went above and beyond. She gave my daughter a trolls gift afterwards for being so good!

Took my child for a Covid test. Left us out waiting in the car for 30 minutes after phone check in. If I did not call them back to see what was going on, we would have been waiting all evening due to “miscommunication” between nurses, for they did not even check us in the receptionist said. Told us they were coming out, left us there for another 15 minutes. I had to take my child elsewhere to get his Covid test...

Dr.Abad is awkward so amazing and nice. The medical assistant always do such a great job. My kids love going to the doctors and getting their vaccines because of the staff there.

Loved sun life for children’s when Dr.T was there, the staff has always been great but we got a new dr Melissa something and she is always rude and touched my sons private without gloves she could care less about her patients.

Every time I go they say there’s nothing wrong with my child even tho the has a very bad fever vomiting diarrhea don’t go here!!!!

Appointment at 10:45, called back 11:20, it’s 12 and I still have not been seen yet. Was told only one person ahead of us. What’s the point of an appointment??? Annoying. Nobody wants to be at a drs office all day.

I will be moving my children to another clinic!! The staff a joke! I called since Thursday asking for paper work they agreed to give me never got a call back. Friday I called again I asked for it again they finally agreed to have it ready, well unfortunately I am a business owner one of my employees walked out so I wasn’t able to pick paper work. I called and asked if they can it emailed to me, the said no so then what’s the purpose of you asking my email every appt! Any how I asked them to fax it to OfficeMax here in town (CG) well guess what!? I went they had nothing for me!!I was needing that paper work to show the owner of the home I’m living in at the moment my son has led due to her old paint that is chipping, full of mold! Now when they come in from Glendale what am I going to show them besides the house!!Thank goodness I have a lawyer on this case already I will be asking what is it I need to do besides post a review.Years of attending SunLife just finished yesterday. They overbook. Apt was an hour ago still have not been seen. They assumed I had Ahcccs. My Family has PRIVATE Insurance!!!!Update: besides that day all my other childrens visits have been great! I will continue to keep this as the place I bring all 4 of my children to for their care!Update: Ran into other issues so actually switched about a year ago to a different pediatricians office.

First visit, just moved to the area. The doctor was quick to blame me and question me without knowing me or my child. She was nice to my son but was very quick to judge me and was rude at times, a bad attitude. She also disagreed with my son continuing his talent as a dancer and actor. She felt it was bad for his mental health, and felt he should quit and felt he should not be on social media. The councler She brought in to talk to us didnt seem to know much he just acted dumb and asked what do you mean repeatedly. I felt he was quite annoying and not understanding at all. Not a good experience on my sons first visit. Although I gave them 2 stars for treating my son for his stomach bug. We will not return here, no thank you. Its obvious they dont have knowledge of normal child developement everythings the parents fault.

This place has so regard for blended families!!!! They feel the need to chastise those not equal to their standard. Dr. James is awesome but not worth the bs that the company gives!!!!

Long wait for no reason . you make a appointment in advance and your still waiting a hour and half if not longer . All in all the staff is great.

Generally staff were rude and untactful. Treated me like i was ignorant and did not care for my child since i had not been taking him there regularly.

Overbooking appointments. Waited an hour and a half for an appointment made weeks in advance. What is the point of appointments? Some people do have things to do so they schedule a specific time to do them, they have no regard for patients time.
