I had an appointment and waited 40 minutes to see the doctor. At that point, I left without seeing the Doctor. 40 mins after my appointment is unacceptable. They also charged my insurance for that visit. I wasn’t a no-show so that is insurance fraud. I am trying to get the charges reversed. At previous visits the Doctor was very condescending

Friendly staff, very helpful and Dr Kazi is a very knowledgeable MD and takes the time to talk with his Patients. He is the best!

They called me to ask if I would be willing to come in at 1 instead of my 3:40 appointment. I have been here an hour still no doctor. Mind you i am in the room. Guess this makes it Ok. Very unprofessional

Nadeem A Kazi MD, Greater Arizona Gastroenterology Associates, is brief, thorough and to the point, addressing the issue at hand. I first visited Dr Kazi for a colonoscopy in 2008 and again in 2017. Now he is treating me for hepatitis and liver disease. The Supporting Staff Members of Greater Arizona Gastroenterology Associates are all friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful.

I had an appointment, he was two hours behind and yet I still left his office on time. He rushed, did not care about professionalism, he had to make up for lost time. After going home and in the middle of the night I started bleeding from rectum, I thought it was from hemroids, I had to have 911 called, transported to hospital, was told if waited 30 more minutes I would have died. The Emergency room Dr made the statement that Dr Kazi had a bad reputation, and was not one to go to. A day later his office called me, I told her of the situation, and I had called a Mal-practice Attorney. To this day he has not called to make it right, or compensation . Not even I am sorry. He is a quack, and if your smart, find a better Dr. I have notified the VA to stop recommending him. He is only concerned about making money.It is now August, even after the VA contacted his office a few days ago, his attitude was that I should of read the paperwork. The day I went in for counseling, his office staff took my list of medications, and not once looked at it, only said stop blood thinners. I am not a doctor or Pharmacist so I do not know one pill from another. Office staff should have looked at my list of pills, highlighted and pointed out the ones not to take.The office staff, and assistance personal were very friendly, but lack professionalism, the Dr was cold, in a hurry and not really interested in my needs or concerns.

Waited for 3 hours in the waiting room. I was going in for a procedure so I was hungry ! They just forgot about me! Booo

Love the staff, but Dr. Nadeem A. Kazi is un-passionate about his patients. I was trying to get to the bottom of why I had inflammation in my stomach and he was very short and his attitude was like he didn’t care. Bottom line I did get an answer as to why I got it. The follow up appt was a waste of money, I could’ve just called and said I’m doing better instead of paying to tell him in person. Wouldn’t go here, he’s just a condescending jerk.

Took a friend there today. She had a 8:30 appointment and did not get in until after 10. We finally left there at 12. As her driver, I could not leave office. I have been going for colonoscopies for the last 20nyears and have never seen or had an experience as bad as this. They either need to hire more doctors or take far less patients. A bad review over something like this is unnecessary.

I dont give reviews as there are 2 sides to every story. However, in this case I am making an exception. Both my husband and myself went to Dr. Kazi. My husband who is a disabled Viet Nam vet went for a colonoscopy. I went for an endoscopy. What Dr. Kazi told my husband and I about his results and appointment was very different than the report that Dr Kazi submitted to the VA. In fact in the VA report there were out and out lies about the appointment. In regards to myself. Dr. Kazi maybe spent 2 minutes with me and i am not exaggerating! He said as he RAN out of the room its probably cancer,. Dr Kazi does not return phone calls, no follow up by him or his staff. During both of our appointments he complained that he doesnt make any money due to all those people who have medicare and are veterans. He was rude and insulting, l.

I have never left a negative review on anything in my life but I am literally so frustrated right now. I even read some of the negative reviews on kazi before I went and those made me nervous, but I figured it was just the internet being the internet. Nope. Waited almost 2 hours to be seen, which I totally understand, but then when he finally gets to me he was extremely rude, rushed, and kept interrupting me every single time I tried to say anything. He then proceeded to diagnose my abdominal pain as being a pinched nerve while barely knowing anything about my previous history and just told me to go back to a chiropractor. Ive gone to a chiropractor and physical therapist for many months at a time and have never had them diagnose me with a pinched nerve. He ran no tests nor recommended any. He just said I know exactly where your pain is and its a pinched nerve. Awesome. Thanks for constantly talking over me and not giving me any time to ask questions. The rudest, most demeaning doctor Ive ever encountered.

A long wait, but speaking to patients in the room they were all willing to wait for him. He is a very nice doctor, listens to the patient and answers questions you ask (which is probably why there is the long wait) does not rush through the appointment.

Extremely pleased with Dr Kazi. No waiting, given plenty of time, compassionate, great skills, and personable. Very friendly and welcoming office staff. Been a patient for many years.

My son has ulcerative colitis and is a regular at Dr. Kazis. He is awesome. However, I mostly wanted to write about his front desk people, they are so nice and caring. They really make us feel like they care about any issues that come up. This is so refreshing when you have a chronic illness with so many questions, fears, and concerns that can come up.

My only problem with him is that he keeps you waiting and is in to big a hurry after your procedures to tell you much of anything. As a doctor I liked him and had both a Colonascopy & Endoscopy with no problem. Didnt even feel a thing.His staff was friendly and helpful.

This is the worst docotor ever!I went to get a endoscopy and he literally tried to put that scope down my throat WITHOUT sedation...NONE!!The 2 nurses were holding me down, one on each arm. I had bruises. I basiclly fought them off and told this so called doctor to leave me alone gave him a piece of my mind amd ran out.Called the hospital and left messages. Casa Grande Hospital NEVER called me back!This doc has the worst bedside manner too. Making that 45 minute drive to Chandler to EAST VALLEY GASTROINTESTINAL is worth it!#

Excellent visit, even though we had to wait an hour. I was going to get up and leave, and write a bad review for the wait, but glad I didnt. Dr. Kazi was approachable and knowledgeable..... and had a sense of humor which I find to be an important characteristic of someone who has confidence and a personality. His staff was caring and compassionate and detailed the instructions for my procedure. And the reason for the one hour wait? Dr. Kazi was called into the hospital earlier in the day for an emergency surgery and still came back to the office to cover all his appointments. Remember folks, he is the only gastro doc in CG and is in high demand so the next time you have to wait a little bit, just get over it.

Extremely Rude. During my 20 minute visit he gave me a lecture for 15 minutes about my pain medicine and he told me to lose weight so that would help with my burning pain. The only thing he did was listen to my chest and back and press on my stomach. He just said I had gastro acid reflux disease without doing any tests to see if there was anything else going on. Very Rude. Very Unenthical. Wish I could give no stars but it wont.

Its 1620 and you are scheduled to be open till 1700. WHERE IS EVERYONE? How do you expect to get payments from your patients if your not OPEN as scheduled? To make matters worse, you just came off a 4 day weekend and still cant work a full day!!!

Horrible! Had to wait and hour in the lobby. But he did nothing and told me stuff that I could just google. I get really bad chest pressure pain from my reflux and I asked him what I should do to releave it and he told me to walk it off. What?! Horrible. Won’t go back

Awful just awful. I would not take my dog to him. He insisted that I had some cancer he HURT MY THROAT AND IT TOOK A COUPLE OF WEEKS FOR IT TO HEAL. HE WAS UPSET BECAUSE I WOULDNT LET HIM DO THE COLONOSCOPY. NO WAY ONE END WAS ENOUGH PERIOD. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN FOR TESTING, THERE ARE SOME REALLY GOOD GASTROENTEROLOGISTS OUT THERE. I HAD MINE A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO THEY GAVE ME SOMETHING AND I DIDNT EVEN FEEL ANYTHING THE DOCTOR WAS WONDERFUL AND I GO BACK FOR MY COLONOSCOPY NEXT WEEK. AND NO CANCER FOUND SO FAR.

I went in for a consultation for a Colonoscopy today. My appointment was at 12:50pm. I got there early, 15 minutes at least. Waited in the waiting room until 1:10pm. Called and went to check my vitals. Taken to the room, sat there for 45 minutes waiting for Dr Kazi to arrive. He apologized because he was at the hospital and had forgot his pager. What does that have to due with being almost a hour late for an appointment!!

I would not give him a second of my time nor a star but this wont let u comment without but to the point this Dr sucks so bad that if he died every one would be better off he is rude very late for appointments and will ask u for money to try his products that dont work
