The entire staff was sincerely kind, and didnt rush me in and out of my appointment. All were easy to talk to. I appreciate that when something is needed like a specific x-ray, etc. My dental hygienist double checked to make sure it was covered by my insurance and what my responsibility would be before going forward.

Dr Ghai has always been so kind and friendly to my whole family. She is thorough and careful to catch any issues, as well as keeping watch on teeth that may present issues later down the line. She is gentle during any procedures and makes sure that we are completely comfortable during each visit. My family has been seeing her for 8 years and plan to go to her for years to come.

I went in for a tooth extraction & all the staff were very friendly. From setting the appointment to my arrival, everyone that I came in contact with made sure I was well taken care of. Also, during my procedure they made sure I was comfortable at all times!

So glad I contacted them about getting a cleaning ASAP! I had reached out to to two other practices that were recommended. One never got back to me and the other had a wait of 2.5 months. The doctor is a wonderful and she makes sure the client is happy with the work. I had a couple crowns done at her office and she did a great job. I have been with her for the past 5years. Her team are Are caring and wonderful people. They feel like family. Also I feel comfortable and ease when I am sitting in the dental chair.

Going to the dentist can be a scary thing during this pandemic. I’ve gone to Crescent Dental for many years, and know Dr. Ghai to be smart, experienced, caring, and careful. I’ve been in twice recently, once for an exam and cleaning, and once for a filling. This took a little soul searching on my part, because I’m over 60 and very careful myself when it comes to coronavirus, but I’m glad I went. Dr. Ghai caught a small problem before it became a big one. My adult son went in early June, and he had a good experience as well. I trust Dr. Ghai with my health and the health of my family, and I’m happy to endorse her.

Nicest group of people I know! I dont feel that Dr Ghai does any unnecessary work. I have some complications and I am confident in her advice and process.The staff is super nice and gives several ways to confirm appointments. As my schedule changes often, they work with me to reschedule and even call me when there is a cancellation to see if I am interested in picking up the time.

First time at this dentist and told I had 8 cavities--Never in my life have I had 8 cavities at one time, even as a child. Had not been to a dentist in about 5 years so I thought maybe could be true. Didnt have anything done at that time--too expensive even with insurance. This past July found new dentist and no cavities, just filling needed to be redone and fluoride treatment. REALLY? What happened to the so-called 8 cavities. Crescent Dental told my husband he had 7 cavities, a crown and the list goes on and on. Estimate was over $2,000. New dentist this month, 1 root canal and deep cleaning--NO CROWN!! REALLY??? What happened to the 7 cavities?Total cost $285.00 . Finding a new and reputable dentist saved us lots of pain in the mouth and the wallet. My advise is to FIND a different dentist before considering Crescent Dental.UPDATE: Saw response from dental practice. WOW! Sounds like a standard response to negative reviews--cant find you in our system. We were patients in Raleigh practice before closing and maintaining Cary location. But I can understand why this statement would be made--dont want to lose potential patients to scam....

I live in North Raleigh so visiting my dentist us a big ordeal traffic-wise. That said, while driving on the way, I always tell myself that I have to find a dentist closer to home so I dont have to deal with the traffic. But when I walk in her office and am greeted by Dr. Ghai and her staff; I end up changing my mind.They are everything that I never had in a dentist since I moved here (she is the 3rd Ive had since moving here in 2005). She is thoughtful, thorough and she doesnt shame you if your teeth are not in the best of shape every time you come. She and her staff treat my current issues and explain what I can do to avoid future problems from occurring againShe is cognizant of health issues and if you happen to get anxious at her office, she will address that as well.Never before has a dentist given me a blanket when I was cold. And my shaking had nothing to do with the temperature, but it really helped.When and if you do go, dont rush them. They are careful and exact. They have a system that works so dont go in there with your stopwatch timing everything and throwing them off. Trust their system because they truly know exactly what they are doing.

Crescent Dental has been working on me for over 3 years. I went there after not seeing a dentist for 30 years. They where very nice and patient with me and didn’t make me feel ashamed about the condition my teeth. They went right to work and have put them in a lot better condition. My wife went to this dentist after just moving to the area. After a cleaning, stated she had 7 cavities! Given past experience, this seemed incredibly high: but still had most filled. I was skeptical given my bad experience at a prior dentist of recommending things not necessarily needed. Seemed excessive. Still, one of the few in town that had Saturday openings. She stayed with them for a bit.Fast forward to now, as she needs a cleaning and final filling... Upon the arrival of Hurricane Matthew, decided to cancel appointment. Because it wasnt past 24 hours- shes charged $100 cancellation fee. No consideration given the inclement weather. Wow, amazing. I was skeptical at first but now were done. Stay away, seems more interested in making a buck than your health.

Dr. Ghai and Heather are amazing. They are friendly, well-educated in their fields and fantastic at making you feel comfortable. They are also fast, which is a huge bonus!

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to in my life. I found them while I was in college and they had a deal going on for a free teeth whitening kit when you schedule a cleaning. I thought what a great deal and scheduled my appointment. They stated I had 4 cavities that must be filled before they were able to fit me for custom teeth whitening trays. Being young and naive I went ahead and got them filled, even though I have had no problems with cavities prior to this. The teeth whitening trays they gave me are the worst quality I have ever used - they were rock hard, did not fit correctly and are now cracked because of the low quality plastic they used. Stay far far away. This dentist preys on naive people and will recommend unnecessary dental work just to make a buck.

Dr. Ghai is the best dentist I’ve ever had and the staff that surrounds her is compassionate and skilled in their respective roles. Dr. Ghai is very thorough and regularly checks to see how I am doing while dental work is performed no matter the magnitude of what I’m having done. Most dentists drill fast and are rushed to get to the next patient, but Dr. Ghai takes a gradual approach and focuses on getting it right, all while making sure her patients are well-informed and comfortable throughout the visit. She is an honest professional and an expert in her role. I will be a happy patient for years to come!

Dr Ghai and her staff are amazing.. i was so scared to begin with when they recommended a SRP (deep cleaning) but they made me so comfortable. i had three sessions to get my Teeth cleaned in last 2 Weeks and the my experience has been Great. They are patient and tell you all details upfront. Dr GHAI is very nice and so is PAM (Front Desk). I am not afraid anymore to go to this place again....

Lets face it, going to the dentist is not fun! But Ive never felt so comfortable. Everyone is so friendly and cheerful. I make jokes with them, and they poke fun at me. Its a very friendly environment, minus all the needles going into my mouth, but you cant do anything about that. Its just a little pinch right?

Very practical and simple 123 , very easy to deal with , very welcoming both the reception and the doctor , very cooperative with me and my kids .

It took four months to get a four tooth partial bridge. While the prep work was very good, payment was required before the work was completed and I felt like I was only seen after that when there was a cancellation or no one else needing to be seen. I had to call to get an appointment for the final fitting. I was told they would call me when it came in but after three weeks I called them.

Ive been a regular patient with Crescent for about 3 years now. From Susanne at the front desk to Dr. Ghai and everyone else in between I feel Ive been traited fairly and with a smiling face. They really seem to care about your overall health and build a regimen around your needs - being a Type 1 diabetic I have a more diligent schedule which requires a few more visits. They now have text messages sent to my phone to remind me of my appointment which is nice and helps minimize playing phone tag to confirm etc. Fees are clearly explained and broken down prior to the work if needed. Ive had extractions, a new crown, a root canal, cleanings, deep cleanings, xrays done here so they seem to be nearly full service. If I had kids id trust them to their staff and cant forget about the goodie bags at the end of my visit!! I miss the location on Wade ave. which was directly on my way to work in RTP. Saturday hours are nice as well. The Cary location is a little out of the way but being in a strip mall with a food lion isnt the worst thing in the world!

Crescent dental has helped so much. I knew I had a lot of work that needed done coming to them from the beginning and theyve been nothing but inviting and friendly. Theyve helped me get a lot of things taken care of.

Absolutely the worst dentist. Said I had periodontal disease and 6 cavities. Blamed my TMJ. Said my teeth were so bad, theyd have to charge extra to clean and had to do a second cleaning appointment. Luckily I didnt believe her and went back to my old dentist in NJ and he couldnt find a single thing she mentioned in my visit. A real low life scammer!! Beware!
