My mom had issues with her implants on Saturday and I must have called 5 different dental clinic (all closed at 4pm and couldnt see my mom). I called Cary Dental and they were open until 7pm and was able to see my mom. EVERYONE was super sweet and nice! I highly recommend this place! I cant say enough good things about this dental practice. I called them late on a Friday afternoon, as a new patient, with a broken tooth. It had just happened while at dinner. They were able to get me in first thing Saturday morning to assess the issue. The entire staff was very polite and professional. The practice is equipped with state of the art equipment and technology. I knew I was in good hands as my son had just seen them with an emergency and was very pleased. I left very pleased as well. Had a great visit today. The team was very warm and efficient. After filling out my paperwork, they swung into.action with x-rays and teeth cleaning, which was way overdue. Pratibha and Priya took good care of me and the importance of flossing was stressed. I walked out of there feeling nice and clean. What a wonderful addition to our healthcare services here in West Cary. Beautiful state of the art office conveniently located. Everyone was so attentive and caring and most importantly, highly skilled. Wonderful follow up as well!!!I went for a check up but my friend had a painful extraction that needed to be done. The staff was relentless in trying get a release from his primary care doctor who was on vacation. I mean TRULY CONCERNED the procedure be completed as soon as possible. Plus my friend was very apprehensive about having a tooth pulled. In the end it all came out fine and no kidding my friend was amazed at how fast and painlessly it was completed.Fantastic and highly recommended; you can do no better for dental care!

I am 74 and had 2 root canals today by dr prathibha in all my dentists visits ever this was the best experience I know I’m talking about root canals ! She was gentle informative and quite experienced. I cannot say enough good things about her I have more work to be done but I am not dreading it at all she even in my first visit told me the answer to a problem with my eyes and mouth that 3 other dentist and a dr had missed I feel safe and trust her judgement I had no pain whatsoever today and yes it is a Saturday and she came in so my daughter would not miss work !

Skillful, professional and friendly place to have your dental work done. Dr Prathi was very thorough in performing the root canal on two of my molars, going extra mile to ensure that the calcium in the canal was completed removed, even when that meant longer operation times and fewer patients to see. It has been 6 months since and just went back for another cleaning (all is well). Dr Prathi has certainly earned my trust and I will surely keep going back.

Both the dentist, Dr. Prathibha Mudalapuram (Dr. Prath) and her assistant were absolutely wonderful. Both funny and attentive and neither were condescending (Ive had some dentists like that). She did a wonderful and thorough job cleaning my teeth and was very honest about her concerns with them and how to help me have not only a better smile, but a better understanding as to what my teeth need. I have a filling appointment soon, and honestly, Im excited to go back! Oh, and the office is gorgeous and procedures (such as 1 filling, in my case) seem to be very affordable without taking out a loan or signing up for Care Credit.

Love this place for the whole family! Staff is so accommodating and friendly. The office is incredibly clean and beautiful. Our kids got Mickey Mouse toothbrushes and picked out a prize after their appointment. They also have weekend hours and are open late for those who need to come after work!

This is the most responsible and caring dental clinic that I’ve ever been with ever! My kid accidentally hit his front tooth on a Tuesday when they’re supposed be close on that day. However, after they heard my kid’s emergency, they were able to fit us in on that same day very quickly. And my kid got to see Dr. Prathi in time! I feel very moved that Dr. Prathi had to drive all the way to the clinic to take care of my kid. Both the staff and Dr. Prathi have been very caring for my family and me since day one when we moved to Cary two years ago. It has been a wonderful and grateful experience with Cary Dental Art! I live in NY and broke my tooth on a Saturday @ 6:30 pm. I called and they were kind enough to get staff back to the office to see me right away. Dr. Prathi was amazing. She informed me of everything I needed to know to tell them when I got home, which I thought was amazing because they knew I was not going to be a patient. Very good dental practice! Had an emergency toothache and was seen on Sunday! They took great care of me and were very professional and courteous durring the whole process! It’s hard for me to put my experience in words without feeling that I’m missing something.The most amazing experience of human compassion I have experienced in years!Of course as luck would have it I had a nagging wisdom tooth that became extremely painful on a Saturday night which became a full blown level 9 tooth ache by Sunday afternoon, being new to West Cary I didn’t have a dentist so I started to search and reading reviews on google when I came across Cary Dental Arts and specifically Dr Mudalapuram reviews which impressed me more than any other dentist in a several mile distance. So I called at 5 pm ish left a message and received a a call back within 5 mins truly not expecting a call back until Monday morning. At that point they were willing to come in at that time to see me. Myself feeling bad that it was Sunday and knowing that people have families I asked to be seen on Monday which is their day off but they said absolutely. Monday morning I was greeted by a staff of 3 and they were ready to tend to my needs. After waiting for my general practitioner to give clearance for extraction ( I have Parkinson’s and knee replacement) Dr Mudalpuram extracted my tooth with absolutely no pain and discomfort at all at that time or the days to follow.I have already recommended this office to my friends and family and recommend them to you for you will not have a better experience anywhere.Great fully,Stefan

This is an exceptional dental office with state of the art equipment. Dr. Mudalapuram is very detail oriented, explaining why and what is recommended in detail. Im also so pleased with the staff. The best cleaning Ive had in years. I have also had other work completed there, root canel, etc. She is very gentle explaining her process and findings along the way. I was extremely impressed with my entire experience during my first office visit today. Starting with Reddy on the phone who helped me navigate insurance questions.....I have never worked with anyone in any healthcare setting who was as patient centered as he was on the phone and I am a physician with over 30 years in the healthcare setting. Dr. Prath was also very patient and spent more time with me than I could realistically have expected. She explained everything in detail and gave me multiple suggestions for self care moving forward. Shaking the assistant was attentive and extremely engaged in her work. I left the office extremely please with the overall experience

I was in terrible pain and couldnt get a call back from my Durham endodontist; Dr. Prathi and Dr. Horalek saw me on a moments notice and dedicated hours of detective work to diagnosing my issue, talking through all my options with me in a level-headed, straightforward and unrushed way, and ultimately finding a way to treat me that same day so I wouldnt go home to spend the weekend in pain. The equipment is top of the line, the costs are very reasonable, and everyone there just seems like a great person. I really appreciate everyone at this office.

I went Cary Dental Arts since my filling has dropped. They put crown without any issue. The staff are friendly, smiling. Doctor explained the options, asked my opinion and worked in cooperation. The environment is clean, and taking patients one by one at a time most probably due to COVID-19. They give me appointment in the same day since my filling has dropped and the tooth roots were open. In addition, they have working with insurance so you get the best with reasonable price.
