Went here because its close to work and I needed to establish with a new dentist as my last one couldnt seem to find time in their schedule for routine appointments.I am so glad I came here! While its only my first visit, I already feel like my care is the focus. Staff was all welcoming and friendly.

Dr. Stapleton is absolutely wonderful. She is so kind and lets you know whats going on from the start. I plan to stay with her for a long as I have teeth!

I began seeing Dr. Stapleton in late 2017. She seemed very pleasant and explained all procedures sufficiently. In 2018, I lost yet another tooth to gum disease and decided to let Dr. Stapleton do an implant for me. Of course, this is a long process - there are several steps, and then there is healing until the the next step. I also had to save the money for my share. I had dental insurance at the time, but they only paid half, so my share was over $2,000. It took me almost a year to actually get the implant. I made payments at certain appointments. I thought that I would be making my last payment when I actually received the tooth - but the office manager gave me a REALLY hard time about not paying in full at the visit prior to the last one. In fact, she berated me so badly, I eventually agreed to use HER computer to log into my bank website and transfer money out of my savings to pay. I was humiliated and embarrassed - she did this right in the lobby/waiting room. This person was named Ashleigh and she was horrid. Did I fill out the survey afterward and relate how awful this was? Yes - I did. Did Dr. Stapleton ever call me about it to apologize? No - she did not. I still had at least two more visits to finish my implant, so I did have to return - but it dawned on me that this Ashleigh person was probably the office manager and it was SHE who read my comments on the survey and probably never relayed the issue to Dr. Stapleton. I did return once in early 2019 for a cleaning - but I just couldnt get past the humiliating experience. I now have dental insurance again and sadly, I am looking for another dentist because of the bad experience. In regard to the implant, Dr. Stapleton seemed knowledgeable and Ive had no issues with the tooth at all. And I think Ashleigh is gone - she isnt on the website anymore but Im not taking the chance.

Our 1.5 year old daughter had her first dentist visit. She loved it. They had Cocomelon playing on the TV in the room when we arrived. Dr. Stapleton and the hygienist made it a fun and relaxing experience for her. My husband and I both see Dr. Stapleton and I highly recommend her for adults and young kids alike. :)

Normally I only rate cool bars and restaurants that I go to. IMHO...this place isn’t much different in a sense. I get exactly what I wanted with great service and wonderful conversations with really nice people. If you are apprehensive about going to the dentist...then this is your place!

I had my teeth cleaned by Robin and a cavity filled by Dr. Pinnix. They wereboth very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a positive experience.

This was my first time visiting Stapleton Dentistry. From the time I called to schedule my appointment to the end of my visit, I had great customer service. I was very pleased hygienist, she was very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions during my appointment and very calming as she performed the service on my teeth. Afterwards the dentist came in and she took time to explain to me what was going on with my teeth and procedures that were priority.I am big in customer service and I’m glad I found a dentist that performs quality work and provided top notch service.

Stapleton Dentistry is the best in the Raleigh area and beyond. I’ve been going there almost 6 years and have never looked back. Dr. Stapleton is extraordinary at what she does. When I had 4 cavities from an 8 week hospital stay, she took great care in filling my extremely large cavities, and saved me from having a root canal. I went for a cleaning yesterday and the staff and receptionists were great. If you’re looking for a dentist, look no further!

My dental hygienist was thorough and offered understandable explanations for the issues I was experiencing. The dentist was very kind and caring and I felt comfortable under her care. I also really appreciate that this business is LGBTQ+ friendly and asks patients what their pronouns are during the intake process.

I had a great experience. I had really bad anxiety walking in because I knew I needed work done on my teeth and I already don’t enjoy going to the dentist that much. I had a very welcoming greeting when I arrived and I didn’t have to wait at all. They took me back as soon as I got there. The dental assistant/hygienist answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable during the process. The doctor came in and was just as sweet. I’m glad to be a patient at Stapleton and I will definitely stick with them.

I had a filling done to 2 teeth at the same time and less than a year later I go to a different dentist and they find out that I still have cavity under the new filling. now the insurance is refusing to pay for the new filling because the insurance considered the second filling unnecessary. when a dentist does a bad job, the cost is double on the patient

I moved to Cary from Ohio and needed to find a new dentist. I looked a a number of websites and called a couple places to get info. From my first call to Stapleton Dentistry, they were friendly and answered all my questions. I went today for a cleaning and new crown and everyone was very friendly, explained everything well, listened to my questions and concerns. I loved their ability to do crowns same day! Their membership program was affordable and gives me peace of mind about potential issues that may come up. I highly recommend them.

They really took the time to ensure that I was using my dental insurance efficiently in order to save me the most money. I appreciate this! The procedures were quick and comparatively painless and the office is updated and comfortable. Yesterday, I had to have 2 fillings (I was a little nervous). I have been to many dental offices from Cary all the way to Benson, as Ive lived in NC for 15 years now. Dr.Pinnix made sure I was comfortable the whole time, she was very gentle, and I was shocked at how relaxing it was! I can tell shes not only passionate about what she does, but shes excellent at it as well. I love this office, everyone is friendly and Im happy that this is my new dental office. I have been a patient since 2011 and very disappointed in myself for waiting so long to write a review about this practice. Dr. Stapleton and her team from the front desk to the treatment rooms are all always warm, welcoming, sweet and fun. Yes FUN at the dentist office. Most know me but name or by face which is pretty cool and will ask about my life, upcoming plans, etc that they will remember 6mths later to circle up on whatever we talked about or vice versa. I have dealt with several front desk receptionists and dental hygienists in the 9yrs coming here so kudos to all you ladies for your customer service! I dealt with 1 male dentist there after the practice expanded and remembered not liking that experience at all and ensured to let the ladies upfront know I would only like to be scheduled for appmts with Dr. Stapleton moving forward. Needless to say they made that happen every time since then and I dont even think he is practicing there anymore tbh. Everything is a quick and happy fix with them and I appreciate their service and energy even at 7am. Thanks all! 😊

Ive been going to Stapleton Dentistry for since July 2020 and so far I have been happy with the service that I have received. The only suggestions so far that I have is that Dr. Stapleton needs to spend more time with the patient and explaining her procedures that she wants to perform and future dental needs. She seems to be always in a hurry and forgets to see the patient after a dental cleaning. Also charges are explained over the phone and then they are higher at your visit at the office.

The best Dentistry I have ever been to, the staff were some of the most friendly and considerate people I’ve ever met. The establishment was spotless and very clean. Dr. Stapleton makes sure that you as the patient are comfortable and informed of everything that is going on. I have not been a Raleigh resident for very long and was nervous to go to a new dentist but choosing this dentistry was the best decision I could’ve made! I look forward to coming back.

Dr. Stapleton and her staff are amazing! I’ve been a happy patient of hers for the past five years. I moved almost thirty minutes away (I used to only be five minutes away) and will not change my dentist even if I was an hour away. The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful when it comes to understanding treatments and cleaning needs. I had a lot of work that needed to be done when I first came to their office and was given a very comprehensive breakdown of all of the treatments and services I would need with the pricing broken down simply and transparently. I referred my wife who thoroughly enjoyed her first visit as well. If you are in the market for a new dentist, look no further!

Excellent care and service. A filling fell out and they were able to see me the same day even though I was a new patient. They gave me a treatment plan (yes, I had been too busy to go see a dentist) and explained what needed to be done first and what could wait. I was having anxiety attacks when I got to the back! I was traumatizes by the last dentist and haven’t been in years because of what happened to me with the last dentist!Courtney didn’t get ugly with me at all, especially once the tears came flying down! Instead she comfort me and explain everything she was going to do, how they operate, and that she’s here for me! Then Dr. Stapleton came in and restated all Courtney said and that she can fix what’s going on in my mouth!The only reason I didn’t give a five star is because I’ve not had procedures done yet and my mind is still in the no stage! 😫😢😂I can say this..I’m trusting this entire team with my dental care, because they showed me a new side to the dentist office and experience!Thank youMs Edwards

I sat on this review for a long time...and two years later, I still stand by it. I cannot recommend these dental services to others.First of all, it confounds me that the dentists do not perform all the services themselves. My dentist simply drilled my cavities and left to let the dental assistant fill it. Then later returned to simply set it. I find this disconcerting and extremely impersonal. The dental technician seemed extremely ill trained as she struggled for 20-30 min trying to get a band around my tooth, causing extreme pain and discomfort.The second visit, was the worst yet. The dentist gave me a standard numbing shot and struck a nerve in my lower face that left me temporarily with blurry vision for three hours. The dentist simply told me to wait and didnt even bother to pay for an Uber or anything.Finally, the pain. I felt severe tooth pain for about a month after these procedures. Something that is extremely concerning for routine dental work that I have had prior. I had to follow up with another dentist as an emergency who found leftover composite embedded in my gum from the work Stapleton Dentistry did. When I returned to the dentist at Stapletons, I was simply greeted with an unprofessional Aw, Im sorry and a protruding bottom lip. I was baffled at the lack of bedside manner and professionalism.All in all, the experience here was abhorrent and I truly recommend new patients seek out more personalize and mindful care. My experience there honestly left me with anxiety and distress.

Keep searching. Unless youre comfortable with a dentist who degrades employees in front of you, keep searching. Dr. Stapleton has no problem berating employees in front of other staff and patients. Its quite embarrassing. During my visit she was talking loudly from the room I was in to a staff member in another room about another patient. It seemed very unprofessional and made my visit very unpleasant. She also seemed very distracted.

I’m not usually one to post reviews but after another A++ cleaning today I couldn’t resist. Always a great experience when I stop in for my scheduled visit to see Dr. Stapleton and her amazing staff. It’s a great feeling knowing that my hygienist (Courtney), dentist (Dr. Stapleton), dental assistant (Karen) and front desk (Tayler) are all the best at what they do. Hands down the best practice around.

Unfortunately I feel like this office has gone downhill. The customer service that I once received isnt what it used to be. The response time when trying to schedule an appointment needs improvement. Just not the personal touch I was used to receiving. Ive noticed A LOT of staff turnover in this office.
