The state really needs to pay this place a visit.Im sure it has more than 1 violation. My loved one lays next to a moldy wall, they dont take care of hygiene needs on daily basis.Being charged lots of money for care home, and its far from being a care home. State should Send someone undercover as a patient see for yourself whats really going on!!!

We have family staying at this facility. Our family member appears well cared for and we notice the progress she is making. The staff is kind and have been available to provide us with updates when requested. The inside of the facility and rooms can be in better condition/updated, but they are clean.

I have a dear relative stuck at this place and can’t wait to get her out of there. No person should be treated this way.

If I could give this nursing home ZERO stars I would!! They almost killed my brother due to medical negligence and abuse. PLEASE do not send your loved ones here. They have county and state complaints/investigations, yes PLURAL, pending. They are taking full advantage of the pandemic since they are closed to visitors. Staff is unprofessional and needs training. They lack compassion & empathy. Leadership will not return your calls if you have concerns. Staff will lie to cover their *sses. Thank the Most High for witnesses, documentation & technology! If you choose to ignore this review, know that youve been warned!

I was abused and my meds were stolen

I can only simply state that I have PTSD as a result of my stay there. Aside from the actual physical therapy team the whole place was a nightmare. From vanishing paperwork to incorrect medication dosages. I was left on a spilled bed pan in my bed unable to help myself for 45 minutes with wounds from a major surgery that were not yet healed. The only CNA that came to help refused and walked out. The list goes on and I was only there for 60 days but during COVID I can only pray for the people left in that horrible place.

My mother was just there for almost 3 months after back surgery. She received the very best care from an outstanding team of people. Although it was late in the day, she was greeted warmly and professionally. Her physical needs were attended to promptly. It helped that she lucked out on a window bed so she could see the trees and squirrels outside. She received physical therapy 6 days a week and her ability to walk (albeit for short distances and slowly) is a testament to their ability. Each morning the head of admissions made the rounds for each patient and asked if anything was needed. The food was okay and occasionally good.As a family member, and due to geography, the only family member, it was such a relief to be able to relax and let the professionals at Windsor take care of my mother. I did not have to be constantly checking that she was getting care or getting the right care or solving problems or calling and politely harassing the staff.She was just released yesterday to an independent/assisted living place. Would like to thank Windsor for their considerable part in her success!

My mother resided at Windsor El Camino for over 2 years. What wonderful staff! Loving, kind and always helpful. She was a challenge, i know, they always tried to keep her happy. I really appreciated them.

They took my feedback off because Ive seen it all scabies , pulled my Moms hair by her ponytail ! Layed on bed no clothes on covered with bed pad freezing 🤬 They gave her a 10mg. Norco she was 75 lbs. or less ! It wasnt even on her chart so I stayed all night because she didnt respond. You have to go all hours of the night to see it all ! Ill be checking to see if they take this down 🤬

2 yrs ago 😄😄 my stay was very pleasant sure, at times mistakes are made. I understand that.but I had to stay in order to recover, and that I did, the staff was very pleasant, and so considerate my stay was great!! Keep up the good work .👌👍

I had a very good experience of patient care, from the administration all the way down the chain , my Lvns took proper care of me and my medical needs. my nurse was on top of me getting my meds properly, and attentive to any of my medical needs. The physical therapists were the best of the whole team, they all work with your specific needs that need addressed and make sure your not without. Thank you for being with me during my medical stay helping me recover.

I am but a neighbor of the Care center. However, I can atest to many of the previously described actions of the staff. Walking past the center it is not unusual to find several staff members resting on the entrance wall or in their cars. For a health facility it is amusing to find the very young staff smoking or vaping. This adds to any negative scents ruminating indoors. I too have overhead one say, Its time, should we go back? Yet, no one moved or responded. Thus, I can easily see them delaying a response to a patients call. Once a male staffer was resting in the passenger seat of his car, with the door wide open. This blocked passage for anyone wishing to use the sidewalk. In selfcentered, selfimportant manner he did not take into consideration that all those wanting to pass had to request his permission to pass or walk around his car into the street. Yes, with this type of manner, care is not even on his radar. Lastly, I overheard a phone conversation of one staffer describing the negative feelings for her current position and her positive prospects with an interview she had acquired. Time and time again such feelings are projected onto the helpless innocent, the patients.

Admitting staff very rude. Refused to accept patient who was returning after being discharged from a hospital. Claimed that the transport company was patient dumping. The care center did not officially notify that the patient will no longer be accepted. The patient asked if he could have his belongings back. The staff ignored the request. The staff threatened the transport company that they will be calling the local police and reporting illegal patient dumping.The patient was taken away to avoid further drama. Later the patients relative spoke to the administration of Windsor. The patient was allowed back into the Windsor El Camino Care Center. It is sad that patients are being treated this way.

The staff was very unprofessional patients push the call button and they dont come my mom is a fall risk and needed to go to the restroom and they took there time and she almost had a few accidents on her self the facility was very nasty and dirty my mom was admitted at about noon on 12/2/2018 to room 604 A and when i went to see her the bedding was dirty with hair on it the floor was sticky and dirty with red and black stuff on the floor I was told by Pryoti that housekeeping was gone for the day and it may have to the next day to be cleaned up the bathroom smelled like urine they had previous patient info still posted in the room posted on the door which is a HIPAA violation. Housekeeping came but said he had to clock out due to the supervisor getting upset for not clocking out on time it wasnt his side to clean but he mopped my my room floor anyways. There was a dinner plate in her room that was dated 11/30/2018 for a patient that was supposed to be in the other bed but the bed was made and no other patient was in the room so that plate sat there for 2 days with the patients name on the paper on the plate another HIPAA violation today is now the 12/2/2018 the milk was curdled they stated that there was supposed to be someone on that side for dinner but the date was wrong the wall next to the bathroom had fecal matter on it. Just nasty dirty I dont know how people leave their loved ones in that filthy non compliant facility. I have pictures to prove all my statements are true. I discharged my mother at 8:45 pm from that facility the same day she was admitted im sorry that my mom had to spend one minute in that filty nasty dirty place my heart hurts that I allowed my mom to be placed there without touring it first. I spoke to some patients and they also stated it was disgusting and they reported that facility to the ombudsmen. The health department needs to shut that place down. The patients rights are not posted at all on the walls.

They don’t really care. You will wait for a CNA for more than 1/2 an hour and you will end up picking your loved ones yourself and get them ready for lunch. They are under staffed, 2 CNA that really watches about 20 patients. Some CNA will just tell the RN that they don’t want to go help a patient. Plus lots of racial discrimination. They will not have 2 minutes to help you but chat with their own race patients for a while. CNA in this facility needs to be replaced or reminded of their purpose frequently. Thumps down for this SNF.

Horrible facility and treatment service. Food is dry and old. The staff is extremely rude. They had a patient died in a room across from Mr for weeks because the family refuse to accept he was died..I was sent to this horrible facility for Rehabilitation I ask to transfer to another facility because it was dirty ,worn down those pictures are props I was waiting to go to my appointment they set a bed in the hallway then took the picture mmmm that false advertising I told them. I was on a special diet the kitchen refuse to honor the diet it was a no salt/diabetic..

They didnt get my meds corrrct, takes 30-45 minutes to answer the need request light, food arrives cold and they had me down for the wrong diet plan, they dont follow through and some of the nurses and CNAs are bullies.

I cannot believe it I just delivered the food there but the smell was horrible how they call hospital that place

This is a really sad place, the rooms are barebones, no chairs for the guests, I was there for about 3 hours visiting a patient and not once did anyone check on her, so sad

Their admission office is incompetent. They kept saying insurance wont cover but my insurance rep contacted them and said we have coverage. I dont know why they cannot get right information. Very very incompetent

This place is so dirty and it smells horrible they have spiderwebs on the windows I would hate to put my loved one in a place like that the staff are rude and you dont feel like they care nobody smiles around there they must hate their job . Very unprofessional
