I came in to my appointment late because I had a prior appointment for an X-ray, I tried my best to get there as soon as I could. the room only had one person waiting with an appointment and I was willing to wait Over an hour. I waited for thirty mins, I had been fasting and had a really long day. Not to mention these appointments are always booked don’t fit in w my work schedule. After waiting 30 mins , they come out and tell me they can’t squeeze me in even though there’s only 1 person in the lobby and the time was 3:15. My lab test was simple and fast and the person telling me to leave was rude about it. I was respectful and explained my situation and they still told me to leave. I’m never the type to complain even when there’s bad service but this one was frustrating. The worker was Asian, didn’t get his name.

I would give them 0 star for their unprofessional work! Schedule appointment and waited almost hour and eventually two people wasn’t be able to do their job! Rude and unprofessional and just scared my 4 years old child and gave him a pain! Would NEVER go again to this location!

Terrible 😞 service my husband went there with my kid, one of the lab lady was screaming at my husband in front of everyone because she got mad because my husband went there at 3:20 and she said they close at 4:00 pm - She was screaming like she had some kind of demons inside of her she was saying - “SO YOU ARE ASKING US TO WORK OVER TIME FOR YOUR KID “ WE DONT GET PAY OVERTIME!! . We don’t understand why she got so upset if my husband was there before 4:00pm. My son was so scare, of seeing her screaming like crazy, she was so unprofessional, rude, and no compassion at all. I hope she can get an advice from her supervisor to act more professional, specially when she is around kids, nobody deserve to be treated like that.

45min after my appointment i was finnaly seen. Then a male at the desk made me reach for my licence as he pulled it back out of my reach three times!

Normally dont get blood work done here, accidentally booked this location. Receptionist was nice was quick and the lady that took my blood was great, i didnt feel a thing. In and out. Just make sure you have an appointment.

I came in for a blood draw early in the morning. Everything was done fairly quickly. I was done within half an hour.

Receptions are very rude.

In june 2020 staff were really busy but were patient enough to take my walk in doctors lab requests for my medical problems. Thank you

Always make an appointment! Id never been when it was that busy but today their computers were down and it was over an hour wait without an appointment. Those with appointments have priority so youll likely be waiting for a long time without one. Even with appointments Im not seen quite on time but its not usually very long. I will say they can be a bit short sometimes but if youre nice that disappears. There is one woman who doesnt do the best job drawing blood but luckily Ive only had her once. Parking isnt ideal, it can get super packed easily with Camellia Womens Health in two neighboring buildings.

My experience was rather pleasant. Staff were kind, helpful and smiley despite a screaming child in the background which is a feat in itself! I even witnessed the special care they took to help an elderly woman set up an appointment who had vision problems. I know thats what is to be expected, but lets face it, it often doesnt. The worst part is that I didnt get in exactly at my appointment time, but they still got me asap and took good care of me despite that I have somewhat of a phobia.

I Mary took care of me, she was very smooth with her job yet had a beautiful personality. Wait time was approximately an hour. She didn’t even leave a mark from where she withdrew the blood

Got in and out pretty quick the staff however shocked me with her rude remark (he barely spoke English) to a man for giving his kids candy at 9am. He sat there clearly embarrased after. Def wont come back here.

There was a problem with my insurance, the lady in back took time to call and got it figured out. The lady at the front desk with short reddish hair was super nice. Ive been to this location multiple times & every time is super quick.

I just wanna say that the laboratory is great but this time I took my 8 months baby for labs and Jhoan (girl who attend to us) was very rude, talking very bad and nothing gentle.. I don’t like her.. so this time was horrible for me and my baby.

This location did not accept my insurance, but other Quest locations always accepts. Front desk, sent me next door another blood work clinic without checking my insurance. I think, they are just playing a game and sending patients to friends clinic, just using Quest patients. Quest needs to replace entire stuff in this location if they care business at all!

I walked in and noticed there was no electronic sign in so I went to the desk and looked for a sign in paper. The woman at the counter said, rather rudely, do you have a question?. I said I needed to sign in. She shoved the clipboard towards me. Then I waited 45 minutes and was never acknowledged. During this time, the woman that was behind the counter used the restroom and came out still wearing gloves and then proceeded to touch items I assume were supposed to be sterile. Ended up leaving right then.

I had an appointment at 7:15 am, got there early at 7am. I was seem at 7:15 am. The lady that took my blood did a fabulous job! No brusing and one stick. Explaned everything to me and if I had questions she answered them.

The worst experience that I ever had!!! The workers are super slow. You can definitely tell they are getting pay by hours not by how many people they help! Ive been waiting for almost 2 hours and there were only 4 people in front of me!

I arrived at 1200 PM and was told the wait would be no more than 10-15 minutes. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude not only to myself but to others waiting for their bloodwork as well. Needless to say its been over an hour and I still havent been called back. The receptionist took my paperwork so Im stuck waiting regardless. Dont come to this quest. Go somewhere else.

The blond lady kicked two of my sons out because they were playing with another little boy who was acting like a zombie. My sons screamed and ran away so she told us we had to wait out in the California summer heat until we could be called. The other little boy was not kicked out. I have been to this place before with my three sons and the African American lady is always very polite. But I will never come here again because of that blond lady at the front.

Business hours begin at 0730. They let you in at 0730 but check people in for 30 minutes before they begin drawing labs. So you sit and wait while they get people who came in 15 minutes after you checked in and then they begin to call people back, so your wait time is extended.Also, one lab was pending a MD order and despite the fact they were using the same tube of blood that they were drawing anyway for another lab, they wouldnt allow for the pending lab to be run later in the morning upon receiving the official order. They would already have the tube of blood from the other lab and they can run multiple tests off one tube of blood. I know this because Im a RN and I send off one tube of blood for multiple tests everyday. Instead, they made me wait even longer.They also stopped running a H. Pylori tests, which is inconvenient because its a very common test.So my first experience there was disappointing. I dont recommend the place.

If you dont have an appointment, you gonna waist about 2 hours of your life by waiting in the line, so just make an appointment !

Poor customer service. Even though you have a appointment they never even bother to look at the list untill 1/2 hour after the appointment was.women up front was more interested in working on fax machine instead of getting people in.

They are not professional at all. They prick my 2 year old son four time to draw the blood. And then one of the assistant said i just draw on first time. What the hell with the first assistant. Really bad experience

This is the worse place I have ever been for blood work. Its worse then the DMV. I will never come back here again!!!!!!!!
