If I could put 0 star I will do, I’m here in the quest from 1:30 my appointment was on 1:45 and now it is 2:25 and I’m still waiting… I will never come back to this location.

This clinic took all the overflow from another Quest clinic across the street the closed unexpectedly. They handled the crisis with professional calm and excellent organization. I was seen within 25 minutes of my original appointment time. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

I wanted to thank the wonderful staff at this Quest location. I brought a wheelchair bound patient in today for blood work. The woman at the front desk was very professional, she turned out to be the one who did the blood draw, her name is Leah. I wanted to thank her! Leah went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the waiting room was taken care of. When it came time for the blood draw she went out of her way to make us comfortable and cared for, she had the highest degree of respect and compassion!Thank you!!!!!!!

I made a 0900 appointment. At 0930 I inquired to delay. Was told we busy you can come Saturday. But there is no time guarantee. So why fast and be told to come back. Second time this has happened, 6555 coyle.

Rude staff.....NEVER on time.....if we are late 10 minutes they cancel your appt, but will make you wait 30 mi utes or more if they are busy!

The guy at the front desk who also does labs is awesome. Very friendly and kind.

I wish I could give no stars. One of the ladies at the front desk wasnt even wearing a mask...SERIOUSLY?!?! Both ladies at the counter treated me coldly and they didnt even take my temperature or go over my billing information or test that I was taking. I had made it clear it was my first time testing with Quest but the technician kept talking really fast and was IMPATIENT with me when I asked him to repeat what he had said. For a doctors office, absolutely NO PROTOCOL WAS IN PLACE!!!! Unbelievable...

Zero starts- This place is such a disgrace. My mother had an appointment on Monday morning at 11:30, she arrived at 11:20 to make sure she has enough time for any paperwork or documents that require signature, etc. She walked in and spoke with John who told her she doesnt have an appointment. She showed him the appointment confirmation Code, her name, address, and ID and John sent her to another building which was not even related to what my mother needed. (she went it for a mammogram). my mother ended up going back to John 20 minutes later (after she walked to several different buildings) and told John the other locations do not take mammograms, this time John told her she is late for her appointment and has to come back another day!!!Extremely rude and unprofessional.My mom and I went back today, to the same location and again met John who told us we dont have an appointment- He was extremely rude and unprofessional.I asked for the manager, showed her the confirmation code, my mothers ID and proof of appointment. She apologized and said she is not sure why John behaves the way he does!!What medical professional treats its patients like this?? This man should be fired. He was extremely rude to my mother who does not speak perfect English. What a disgrace. I really hope he is replaced with someone with more care and passion about people.

The front desk staff had their mask hanging off their face, nose not covered at all. Its extremely unsafe and irresponsible for a medical office to not follow basic covid safety. Appointment times are also irrelevant here.

I really want to put zero stars but it would not let me. The front desk are rude they have personal conversations while you while in line as is your not trying to get back to work. I waited 4 hours.

Friendly and the girl that took my 15 vials of blood didnt leave a bruise. I always bruise with less vials taken than that. She fixed my insurance problem that Ive been trying to get taken care of too. She was awesome!

Walked in to have my blood draw this morning. Signed in and sat for 45 minutes. Over heard another waiting person told that they are not taking walk in visits. Prior to going in I checked the website as well as calling and no mention of appointment only anywhere. No note or information indicating appointment only at the door as well. WASTE OF MY TIME TODAY.

This place was fast and the woman that took my blood was the best. I didnt even feel it hardly when she poked me. Highly recommend.

No stars, horrible wait times, made an appointment and still sat in an empty waiting room for 30 minutes. Ive been getting my blood drawn monthly for 33 years and this is the worst place I have ever been to. I just got hung up on by their automated phone. Didnt even bother transferring me when it couldnt help me. This place is horrendous.

Make an appointment! I was a walk-in, arrived 50 minutes before another appt I had in the same building. It wasnt near enough. They hadnt even asked me for my insurance card yet. I had to go to the imaging appt. and come back, and then was put back at the bottom of the list. To be fair, the lady went ahead and took my insurance card when I got back, but it was a loooong afternoon. Everyone was friendly and nice, but the wait was a pain. Again, they take appointments now, which I didnt know.

I have been there twice and the wait times are 40+ mins the girls are nice but they are very short staffed so unless you have all day dont go!

I waited this morning for 1 1/2 hours and am still waiting!
