Awful experience. The work process is extremely inefficient. No supervisor/leadership to speak of. They had my elderly mother waiting in a wheelchair for an hour, AFTER her 11am appointment. Thats inexcusable.

The worse lab i experience lab tech are Lazy people, i have an 7 am appointment i wait almost 1 hour i just go home. Don’t want to come here anymore. Hire more people Quest. Horrible lab.

Saturday morning, I took my 8 yr old son, who is terrified of needles, for lab work. After checking in on the tablet, we waited no more than 5 min before he was called. The lady was PHENOMENAL!! She was calming & compassionate with a gentle touch. Before he realized it, he was done. We were on our way home within 15-20 min after checking in.

Very unprofessional inconsiderate rude I was late for my appointment the guy says more than 15mins but I was 10min late I couldnt find the building the office was empty told me walk-in hours are between 6:30am-7am but when you call it doesnt say that I believe I was the wrong skin color it took so much for me to get ready for that appointment Im very disappointed customer service sucks

Its fairly convenient to go here since it opens early and near where I live. The staff members who do the lab test and really friendly. You would feel at ease with them and theyll take care of you. However the past two visits I had wasnt as good with the front staff member who was calling the patients was somewhat not friendly. She seemed so tired at a very early hour in the morning. All she need to do is ask for peoples health insurance and ask if theyre fasting. The past receptionists there are more polite.If youll have lab tests here, I suggest you get in very early at 6:30am to 7:30am (or at the very late afternoon at 4pm)where people are still not coming in. It will be a long wait if youll be there by 8am. Forget being done in an hour.

My son has labs drawn every month; use to be 2X a month, and the staff at this particular Quest are very friendly, professional& personable. This hasn’t been the case at all locations. It’s also pretty fast service....no waiting for long periods of time.

I was so sick for the past few months, have to do my labs every couple of weeks, and every time had to wait for 2 hours, even drop off - 30 minutes. Front desk girls are very rode. I cant make appointment because dont know when doctor wants them done, so while person waits for 2 hours, there are constantly appointment people come in.WHY CAN QUEST HAS 2 DIFFERENT LINES, ONE SHOULD TAKE CARE APPOINTMENTS, AND 2ND REST OF US, so very sick clients wont pass out in the waiting room.

Similar to a fast food experience ... not the best atmosphere, service, cleanliness, consistently of product or training but usually gets the job done. Have had several wrong orders, inexplicable delay of service, screaming, coughing, sneezing babies as well as snarky employees. Sick patients should be separated from non contagious patients, especially those with compromised immune systems. One series of my tests were sent to the wrong doctor. This caused a cascade of problems, delay of treatment and possible permanent damage. When you come in patients are required to check in on A singular small tablet..(filthy, many smudges and fingerprints...I have to wear a blue glove and/or disinfect it before touching that petri dish of festering creapy crawly germs.) Yes, singular as opposed to the original 3 maybe 4. This leads to an impatient line of confused elderly, often Russian speaking patients. I have not noticed a translator for non-English speakers and had to use my sparse knowledge of Russian to help them more than once....Wish Dignity Health would stop spending resources on TV commercials and pay for janitors to clean the surfaces of the waiting room, clean the floor, wipe down chairs.... I placed a paperclip behind a chair, one behind the hall door and one behind the toilet. Two weeks later they were still there. They failed the basic cleaning test.

I have been to several of the quest facilities in Carmichael the one on Jameson Court is the worst wait times and service. They sent me home with specimen har and poor verbal instructions. I had to drive over to one of the Coyle locations to get proper instructions. Service there is far better.

As someone with extreme needle anxiety, this place has the most comforting and understanding medical staff I have ever seen. A very special shout-out to Shannon, who guided me through a nerve-wracking blood draw and made it one of the quickest and most pain-free experiences I have ever had with a needle.

Lady on front desk, so rude and not professional, i did checked in early for my appointment, and she discussed this with her another co-worker , and said: i will not get him early, why he schedule his appointment, he can just do a walk in.Fist of all this is not your business why im early , second if your appointment person checked in you HAVE to process his order.this is a fist time i have horrible experience at Quest this morning

For 3 years in a row they do our company health stats which determine how much higher premium base on pass or fail on normal ranges. Each year now me and my husband keep failing their blood pressure machine. I have used my home machine, my dentist just the day before and my doctor 3 days later for my full physical. All 3 other sources always show me under 128/75-80 quest always shows me at 158/100 which is very high and a fail medically. They need new machines at this office and take manually as confirmation. I will go to another lab from now on as Quests broken/worn out machines is again costing me another $100 added to my already $450 premium!

We showed up at 6:50am on Saturday morning and there were already 20 people in front of us. They got me and my husband in and out in an hour! They were all very professional. The phlembotomist said that they really staff up on Saturdays and the wait for walk in is usually shorter on Saturdays. If we ever need labs done on a Saturday we will come back here. The phlebotomist recommended drinking water before getting blood drawn, even if fasting.

Horrible service. They direct everyone to go to the tablet to sign in before they do anything & to have a seat until called. I had a timed test & waited a hour before I was called just for them to tell me they couldn’t complete it because it’s a 1 hour test & they close in a hour. Absolutely ridiculous! I fasted overnight for this test & they told me there was nothing they could do.

I am unable to give a review based on customer service, how would I know Ive been there three (3) times prior to their posted closing time of 5:30pm and they have been long gone so my 1 star is based on the fact that they can not hold their end of the bargain and stay at work until it is actually closing time! Which by the way is really screwing me up.

The front desk employee Kris is extremely rude. I work in the healthcare field. I know what its like to be under pressure with a lot of people in the waiting room. That doesnt excuse rude behavior. When I walked in the door I was not acknowledged and stood in front of her for about five minutes before I finally asked if I could just drop off my specimen. After about 5 more minutes she finally asked one of her employees to help myself and another woman that was waiting to which the employee replied sure because I dont feel like doing anything. The two stars are because we always receive results on time. The experience overall was unprofessional.

This place is so unorganized. Sign says they open at 6:30 AM. Employees dont even arrive till 6:30 AM & dont open door sometimes until 5-10 minutes later. Then spend time doing what looks like paperwork that couldve been done the night before, while patients stand there trying to log in on only 1 computer. Employees attitude is terrible. Give you the impression they hate their jobs. Management needs to get a clue.

This location is ok but trying to make an appointment is beyond frustrating and irritating!!! There is no live person to talk to and the automated system is a complete failure!! It doesnt register your responses and then hangs up on you. Even the customer service line does NOT help and at no time can you talk with a live person!! Everything tells you to go to their website. This is the WORST company ever!!

This place always takes FOREVER, the wait time is rediculous. They have messed up on my labs multiple times and Ive has one of the techs miss and fish for a vain too. The staff seems very incompetent and not all there at times just sitting around doing nothing. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house but I try to avoid coming here if I can. LITERALLY JUST AFTER I WROTE THOS REVIEW THE GUY MISSED MY VEIN! I EVEN ASKED HIM BECAUSE JE SEEMED NERVOUS IF HE WAS OK AND CONFIDENT HE COULD GET MY VEIN AND HE STILL MISSED!!!! Im never coming back to this place again. What a joke. This place needs a entire new staff I will be making a formal complaint
