Called and made an inquiry for my parent as a private pay client. Was told there were openings. Left my number - no call back. Called again more than once. Sent emails, no response from Administrator. Also asked about Assisted Living Waiver for future-my parent is on the waiting list with a one year expected wait time. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Perhaps it’s because I asked about the Assisted Living Waiver in the future which would mean less revenue for them long term. Regardless, not responding is unprofessional.
I heard so many good things about this facility, u guys are awesome, God bless you for taking care of our seniors.

I was there at the request of the staff and administration and residents, to provide weekly Christian services to the residents. The staff and residents are always cordial and receptive.
Well managed facility with people who care
There is a comment posted to Google Review about Walnut House Assisted Living. The review is unrelated to Walnut House; we are an assisted living facility, not a SNF. Firstly, we are not staffed with CNAs; we use care aides and Med Techs. Second, every employee must pass a DOJ background check and even a misdemeanor disqualifies them from employment. We have never had an employee by that name, any resident by the listed names and we do not have an HR department to contact. We are a small, family-owned and quiet business. It is terrible to see our facility presented in such a hateful, and above all, incorrect way. We send our condolences to those affected by the situation recited by the previous comment; we all know how hard it is to lose a loved one. We sincerely hope the community does not take such slander and apply it to our facility.
2 stars because they are always under staffed and my Grandma never receives her meds in a timely manner and for that reason (among others) their driving her crazy.
