I have been to several nursing homes to visit friends, but have never been as impressed as my visit to Green House. The buildings make you feel like you are at a home and not a facility. In addition, the staff made it very easy and comfortable to visit with my friend.

The concept at Green House of small home cottages with Memory Care too was the best thing we could have wished for my Sister. Thank you to all of you who helped in this transition. I sleep better knowing she is safe evey day.

Green House Cottages of Carmel is by far the best of the best. Most of the current administrative staff started near the first of this year and have been through a tough transition with COVID restrictions and staffing challenges, but the changes Im seeing are incredible. These cottages truly feel like home thanks to the Shahbaz (CNAs) and Nurses who are all fantastic!

My great aunt was put into care at Green House of Carmel. It was like a hotel with nurses. She had the best care and the staff is awesome! I highly recommend this place to anyone whos is looking for the best care you can get!

A unique setting that feels like you’re in a custom home. The large dining room table and open kitchen makes it feel special.

How do you thank the people who have struggled and fought for more than 13 months to keep COVID away from their residents? Exhaustion surely has set in, but still they fight to protect the most vulnerable. They only have had 5 cases since this all began. Many families complain about the visiting hours and restrictions. We pray to God every day that our Grandmother is safe and free from this virus! KEEP IT UP GREEN HOUSE. If the other families dont like what you do they can move out their family at any time!

Not as advertised. We were promised the Green House model and believed the advertising but the owners and management do not live up to the promises.

Gina is a fantastic representation of Green House Cottages and their strong reputation. Their rehabilitation is a very intimate setting that makes you feel like youre at a bed & breakfast, as opposed to a healthcare community.

Wow! Our experience at Green House Cottages was fantastic! My father was there for 6 weeks of rehabilitation. The staff was enthusiastic, professional, encouraging, patient, and kind. The unique cottage, family-style model was very social and positive, which allowed my father to keep his spirits up, while focusing on his 5 day a week physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. The therapists, nurses, and staff provided a warm and friendly environment and offered our family excellent communication with his health challenges and progress. I am so grateful for the excellent care that my father received and I highly recommend this rehabilitation facility.

My father was in The Cottages for several months and we felt like we won the lottery. The staff was kind and good hearted, he got attention and was well cared for, fed home cooked meals, and appreciated for who he was before his stroke. My family cannot recommend them highly enough.

When my Mother ended up in the hospital and we found ourselves in need of immediate skilled nursing care, Green House Cottages made the process incredibly simple. Gina answered all of our questions and met with us multiple times. My Mother benefitted greatly from the physical therapy and felt comfortable and safe during her stay.

My mother is a resident. The staff are great and the facilities are too. She was able to keep her dog with her and it made the transition much easier for her. Id recommend it to anyone seeking a place for a loved one.

As an Elder Care Specialist I frequently refer clients to Green House Cottages for skilled rehab and long term care. The staff are exceptional and the healthcare model is greatly appreciated. The professional clinical services are provided in a residential space that honors the needs of a medical model while providing a home-like environment for the residents. The Administrator, Admissions Director, Social Service staff, Nurse Managers, therapist and Shahbaz staff make this community a reliable resource for seniors in our community. The multidisciplinary approach to care conferencing, care planning and actual care provided, is ideal and much needed in our community. THANK YOU to all the staff for raising the bar in elder care.

Nurses are always in another cottage or on Facetime. CNAs constantly sitting and watching TV and calling it an activity. Sorry but my mom doesnt watch BET. Feel a little betrayed coming here...
