Dr. Horsely is hands-down the best doctor I’ve even been to in my 45 years of life. I’ve been seeing him for the past 6 years and because of the time he spends to listen and how much he clearly cares about your wellness, he now sees my whole family, including my parents. He is patient, professional, thorough and kind.I think it’s important to remember that if and when you are waiting longer than expected for your visit, it is because he is treating other patients with the same thoughtfulness and consideration he shows with you. I’d much rather wait for that level of care than see a doctor who rushes me out the door, which is much too common these days.

Ive been to the office to see Dr. Horsley twice now. Both times the staff has been very friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Horsley is great. Hes very patient and spent as much time with me as I needed. He answered every question I had and never looked rushed. Hes definitely my primary doctor for now on.

Dr. Horsley is one of the best doctors! He will spend time with you, educates you, and makes an effort to make a difference in your well-being. He does not give up and will really support you through it all. He is undestanding and truly cares for his patients. I wholeheartedly believe that he is what medicine should be in America. Definitely a doctor for the right reasons. I 10/10 would recommend him to friends and family!

Dr Horsley is amazing. The most patient and thorough doctor I’ve seen. He takes the time he needs with each patient, but that might mean he’ll run late sometimes. But I’d rather wait 20 minutes and have a doctor that listens than one who’s on time and hurries me out the door.

Id highly recommend Dr. Horsley to a friend or family member. Every time I see him, I never feel like hes rushing to get out of the room and he carefully considers what youre telling him and clearly articulates what the options are and what he would recommend. Great doctor.

I’m only giving a 4 because of the staff that answers the phone when making an appointment. They make you feel like you are a bother. I just called to make an appointment and I was told Dr. Horsley wasn’t available until next week so I would have to see someone else. I said I’d wait until next week and take whatever was available. I was then asked “well when next week?” So I replied “when is Dr. Horsley available?” I felt it was easier to know when Dr. Horsley was available and work around his schedule then to just start giving dates and times I was available. Dr. Horsley is a great doctor it is too bad the experience of getting an appointment is horrible.

Dr. Horsley was great! He was very attentive to my concerns. Staff was very friendly as well. I would highly recommend this Dr.

They’re reception staff is inflexible and unwelcoming. Love Dr Horsley but considering leaving solely because of ladies who answer phone!

Dr. Horsley is great but the front office sucks. My husband has waited days for a simple call back question and has had to make actual appointments just to get an answer from the doctor. Plus the girl answering the phones is rude. Again we really like Dr. Horsley if you can get past his office staff.

I have found that his staff is always polite and he is extremely generous with his time.

Absolutely the worst doctor/patient experience Ive ever had. The staff is totally inept and unresponsive. Ive had nothing but issues with this office since I first visited them in 2016. Only choose these people if you want a continuing quagmire of miscommunication and billing issues that will never get resolved because no one there has any initiative or desire to assist. Less than 1 star if possible.

Waited almost an hour in the exam room for the Dr. He came in, asked some questions listened to me and said I could do this but it probably wont work. Turned out to be pneumonia, and I only confirmed that after I had to specifically ask for a chest x-ray because I sounded clear and he didnt think I needed one. Prescribed antibiotics and after the first dose I started feeling worse so I called the office. 3 days later and still no call back from the Dr. This has been the worst Drs office experience Ive ever had.

Dr. Horsley spends time with each patient to access needs and doesnt rush through each appointment.
