I know it was her Friday on a Thursday. I knew I was healthy and it would be a easy exam. I dont know how she was able to check my heart rate or any other vitals as fast as she went through her exam.I felt rushed... Not sure if I would see her again😷..

I’ve seen Dr. Lackerman for a couple of years for annual exams and referrals. I’ve found her to be very diligent— she spent considerable time tracking down an error in my chart that had been entered by a previous physician, which would have prevented me from getting a vaccine. She trusted me when I told her it was incorrect and looked into it. She’s also given me a good allergist referral. Note that she only works three or four days a week in the office, but she is very upfront with new patients about that. I was reminded multiple times by a reception and by Dr. Lackerman herself at my first appointment. I have not found this to be an issue, and if I ever need to see her on one of her off days, she said one of her partners would see me. And anyway, if I ever had something urgent come up, I would just go to urgent care. But she’s been very responsive over IU’s patient portal email system.

No experience and without interest in her patients. Cannot work with your schedule, only available when convenient. Wants you to check in every 3 months if on prescriptions.Refused to send my labs to a doctors office that requested them. Never responded to requests through her nurse, just assumed her office and lack of care was acceptable.Now I have to find a primary doctor and redo my lab work since my insurance requires referrals. She does not follow up on physicals, nor care if you are due. Very limited intelligence.If you are not well, find a different doctor. She thinks she is God.

Very attentive and listened to my concerns and calmed me down when I was nervous! 10/10!
