It was my first visit with Dr. Shredder. She explained everything to me about why I was there. Her staff was also very nice and friendly. Definitely the kind of Dr. office you want to go to when you need it.

I really like Dr. Shreder & her staff. They are kind & informative & listen to my concerns.

Getting in touch with the office is not easy. They need to work on this. I don’t mind automated check ins but there are certain things that are not covered and require a representative. All doctors and practitioners are very good and is a big part of the reason I drive further to see them.

Dr Shreder is a nice doctor, however, the staff is less than helpful. Called about a follow up from the ER doctor and Dr Shreder is not available for another week. Staff could have told me yesterday she wasn’t actually available for another week!

I recently moved to the Carmel area, so was looking for a new doctor, which is typically a little stressful. But I am so grateful to have found Dr Shreder and this practice. Everyone is very professional and friendly, and Dr Shreder was just great: professional yet warm, and most importantly, she really did listen to what I was saying. I feel very well taken care of.

I cannot express enough, how happy I am with my doctor visit . Everyone was helpful, patient, kind and knowledgeable. The receptionist didn’t ware me out with a bunch of embarrassing questions. He knows his job very well and he’s very kind and respectful. Mary was super friendly, kind and has a warm welcoming smile. Really good at her job!! She drew my blood and I barely felt the pinch...Thank you!!! I hate needles:-/ I absolutely love Dr Shreder. I came with some major issues. Dr Shreder made me feel better just by talking to me. She wasn’t in a rush to finish. Just sat and heard me out. I’m so glad she was chosen to be my Doctor. I’m 51 years old and have never been treated so awesome by a medical care staff in my lifetime.
