Dr. Dillingham is amazing, can’t say enough good things about him! The front office staff, though, is not great. They are curt and not very friendly. It makes you dread having to call the office for anything at all.

The one-star reviews for Dr Dillingham here are unfair as all of them reflect opinions of his front office staff and not the quality of care Dr. Dillingham provides. Dr. D really takes the time to get to know his patients holistically. Hes patient and inquisitive. I always feel like he listens and cares about my opinion regarding my care. Im happy to recommend him to any family or friends.

I cant say enough positive things about Dr. Dillingham, Dr. Mick and the other doctors at this practice, but their front office receptionist is so rude, confrontational and unhelpful. Consistently. Its a horrible experience every time you call for an appointment, checkin, need anything from the office.I feel badly that such great caring doctors are represented so poorly.

My wife and I absolutely love Dr. Dillingham. His approach to find the root cause of the problem rather than medicate the symptoms really is invaluable for our health. I haven’t had any issues with the front office or the staff, they have always been very warm and welcome to both my wife and myself.

Called 10 times first time was 30 minute hold then they couldn’t get to me because it was to late at that point then the 11nth time i said hang on because I had to someone speak to me and two seconds later the girl hangs up on me

Very poor office management. The office created 3 accounts in my name with 3 different medical record numbers due to multiple misspellings of my name. This created problems with insurance. When I filled out paperwork to get a copy of my medical records to appeal a claim (the office did not send supporting documentation as to why the MD ordered a procedure and refused to do so when I requested it), twice Nyra Buckner lost my paperwork. I filled out a third request and needless to say, she was very impatient. Dr. Dillinghams services were fair at best but I cannot return to this office due to its incompetent management.
