In May of 2020, I visited Dr. DeLee because I was suffering from an overactive thyroid. Although I explained that my symptoms were likely the result of a muscle relaxant and/or iodine supplement that I had taken recently, Dr. DeLee never considered my suggestion or made any attempt to uncover the true cause of my illness. Instead of helping me find a quality solution, he prescribed three different medications without giving me any guidance or following up with me to recheck my hormone levels. Several months later, I experienced new physical symptoms that still havent gone away despite quitting the meds almost a year ago. Now Ill need to find a competent specialist who can properly diagnose my problem and provide the treatment that I should have received in the first place.Update: After receiving my new lab results last week, I found out that I developed subclinical hypothyroidism from the methimazole that Dr. DeLee prescribed for me. If he had monitored my TSH levels instead of just assuming that the medication was working properly, I wouldve known to discontinue the methimazole before it severely affected my health.

Would not recommend this office. They do not have a direct way to reach office. You constantly have to play phone tag because if you want to speak to someone you HAVE to leave a message in triage. The Dr. I saw didnt try to help me at all or give me any suggestions. The Dr I saw is a minimalist that didnt do anything but tell me Im healthy but didnt address my concerns whatsoever. The office didnt schedule routine follow-ups like most offices do. I dont even remember them asking for insurance information. Horrible. I was hoping to avoid going to carmel due to distance. But looks like that will be best option. I would say this is a last resort not somewhere for primary care.

Waited 40 minutes before I found out I wouldnt be getting blood work done same day. So much for fasting for the past 12 hours.

Some of these reviews are very old. Ive seen Dr. Fisk who just moved into the space, and he is an excellent doctor. Any review that is more than a few months old, I wouldnt take to heart. They do wonderful work, and I have never waited or had an issue getting in to see someone there.
