An hour and 40 minutes later… a simple immunization. The staff was slow, sat in the waiting room 45 minutes. Then another 55 to get the shot. Dr. Robertson… never introduced himself, no smile or personality. He’s already retired apparently. Used to a much more enthusiastic group who seem alive.

I have been seening Dr Robertson for 8 years, best I have seen at listening, addressing and solving issues. Only issue I have is that we only live in the area half the time; wish he would have a practice in Florida as well.

I sent my wife to see the doctor because her back pain has become debilitating. She looked up exercises that could possibly help and had been doing them a few months to no avail. Every website weve checked her symptoms on have suggested she seek immediate medical care. Dr. Robertson sent her away with nothing more than printed papers of the same exercises she had been doing for months. No x-ray, no MRI. We are waiting for our new insurance to start to find a doctor who actually cares to find answers as to why patients are in constant pain and can barely attend to their activities of daily living, not send them walking without x-ray or MRI orders. This doctor is not responsible in my eyes.

We have been with Dr. Robertson for just under 2 decades. His bedside manner is quiet and reserved, but I know he will listen to my concerns and issues and I trust him to help find solutions or refer me to the necessary specialists.
