The nurse who drew my labs was incredible! I barely felt the needle and she was done before I knew it. She was also very knowledgeable about the cost of the tests and helped me with some confusion I had about billing. I also thought it was pretty easy to find the lab location (thanks to the hospital lobby greeter). Making an appointment and checking in was also smooth, and I only had to wait a few minutes to be taken back.

Great signage to find the lab, great kiosk to id myself and tell the staff who I am, nice employee experience. Very well done on all fronts!
