Dr. Worthington and her team are excellent at their jobs and friendly along the way! My toddler is very shy and even more so during COVID. They were very patient while she warmed up. They managed to get a good look at her teeth and give her a good tooth brushing, which I was expecting to be an impossible feat.I needed fillings and Dr. Worthington made sure I was comfortable at every step and walked me through everything she was doing.

I had an excellent experience with Carmel Family Dentistry. I started from my first phone call to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I called later in the afternoon, when the staff was gone, and though the call could have easily be sent to voice mail, Dr. Worthington herself answered the call and was attentive and helpful. I was impressed with the customer care and knew I had made the right choice for my new dentist. COVID hit and my appointment was delayed for quite sometime but the office kept the lines of communication open. My appointment was this week and and, while it may sound strange to say a dentist appointment was great, it was! Very carefully thought out safety measures were in place. Holly was my hygienist an was the best Ive ever seen. Effective but so very gentle! And, Dr. Worthington took the time to get to know me a bit before my efficient but thorough exam. Kudos to the entire team!

I just had my first appointment at Carmel Family Dentistry after being with the same dentist for the prior 20 years and it was INCREDIBLE. The initial phone call, with scheduling, getting insurance info, etc - was all great. The first appointment was smooth. My hygienist was great and my teeth felt so clean. Dr. Worthington was also incredible. I appreciated all of the time she took with me answering my questions, showing me my x-rays, etc. I would highly recommend this dentist.

Carmel Family Dentistry is the BEST. We have been coming to Dr. Worthington since we moved to Indiana and she is always attentive and great to work with. We have been going to Dr. Worthington for several years now and have always had a great experience. Today was no exception, my 6 year old needed a small 2 min. procedure to seal a tooth and the dr spent at least 10 min explaining every step of the process to her and making sure she felt comfortable before she did anything. I was very impressed.

I recently had my first visit at Carmel Family Dentistry. My hygienist, Taylor, was very friendly and did a fantastic job on my cleaning. Dr. Worthington was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining any issues I was having. All of the other staff members were kind and welcoming as well. The office was very clean and looked to be freshly remodeled! It made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I am already looking forward to my next visit!!!

As someone who works in public health, the health screen at the door, hand sanitizer, masks, and increased PPE put me at ease during both my cleaning and procedure. Incredibly rude receptionist. I stood at the desk and she refused to acknowledge my presence. I simply wanted to say we had arrived for an appointment. Finally, after i sat down she decided to speak to me. I am very thankful this is not my dental office. If it was it would be the last time i came here. Horrible public relations! The next customer was greeted immediately, so Im pretty sure it was just me. Still rude to treat anyone this way!

Dr Worthington is an exceptional dentist! After seeing her for my own dental care, I decided to switch my two kids to her from our prior pediatric dentist due to difference in office staff & care, and my kids both had a wonderful experience. She is kind and caring, she is professional, and she is very talented and practical. I am a physician myself and I know that it takes a lot to have the right combination of knowledge/skill and also the right attitude and empathy with patients. My husband and I both go to Dr Worthington and are exceptionally happy with her skills, her attitude and care.I decided to take my young boys there recently. They had previously been going to a very expensive pediatric dentist with video games and all the glitz. However, I was not happy with their treatment. When my son went in for a filling he was screaming and crying, they had to hold him down and almost did not do the procedure...I took him in yesterday and Dr Worthington was able to coax him into getting all 3 of his fillings filled and he did not even use the gas!! He was in a great mood just 10 minutes after leaving and had a very very positive experience!Dr Worthington is a great person and awesome dentist!
