Dental Hygienist was efficient, quiet, and did not use the machine that does not get along with me - it was a good experience today!!

Had an emergency the team worked diligently to help me out. I really appreciate them going out of their way for me. Really feels like a caring place.

Dr. Nikas full time patient. Blew a cap. Showed up without an appointment expecting to ma nke one. I was worked in and as usual my dental repair was perfect.

I’ve been Dr Suzette Nikas’ patient since moving to Carmel in 2006. She is a ROCKSTAR! She has saved more than a few of my and my husband’s decayed teeth.Dr. Nikas uses state of the art modern equipment. For instance, she uses a painless wand to numb you... (instead of an archaic & painful 12” long needle to jab into the roof of your mouth/gums).As an added bonus, all of the ppl who work at Hazel Dell Dentistry are delightful! They are all welcoming and caring and happy ppl! They make sure your needs are met and you are comfortable. I can’t say enough great things about the whole bunch of them! They are one big happy and close bunch. One can tell they care about each other and are a close group of co-workers and friends.Generally in any business, one can tell how much an employee likes their job and/or boss by the way they interact with patients/customers and (in my experience) by watching their body language. Most of Dr. Nikas’ staff (Hygienists, Technicians, & Administrative) have all been there as long as I have been a patient, which to me speaks volumes about the working environment.The front lobby/waiting area & dental suites are decorated nicely and aesthetically pleasing to eye. The patient area is open, airy & modern, & is divided into suites with a wall between each suite. AND they play great music!I recommend Dr. Nikas & her practice, Hazel Dell Dentistry to everyone I meet who mentions they need a dentist.I’d give 10 stars if I could to this ROCKSTAR Dentist, her staff, and her practice overall!

Ive been seeing Dr. Nikas for over 25 years. Shes the best dentist ever. Im a registered nurse so I have some knowledge of what a good practice should look like. I love that she always has the latest technology. Her shots really dont hurt! The office is always sparkling clean. Its been open in that location for years and years and looks brand new. Shes always been willing to work with me on insurance/ payment issues. I called at 6 am this morning with a toothache and was seen and treated at 9:30 am. I highly recommend her. If I move out of state I will try to arrange to keep seeing Dr. Nikas if I can. Shes that good.

Weve been happy here for 12 years now! She uses a wand for numbing injections; no more painful needles! She works with you to make a plan of care; giving you options, costs and how it works with your insurance. Short term.vs. long term options. Staff is so sweet and easy to work with. Cant say enough about this DDS!

This provider Suzette Nikas is mostly into collecting fees and will not treat patients without adequate insurance coverage. The sub par composite fillings all dropped out within a couple years. She even drilled on a tooth that needed no wok. Dont be fooled by the niceties and idle small talk. .Stay away!

She has been taking care of our family for the last 13 years since we moved to Carmel.She does great work and the environment in the office is service oriented and friendly.A testimony for her work was when my son went into the military and the dentist commented on the great work she did on my son.They said, “whoever worked on your teeth is a great dentist!”Would highly recommend her.Marty

I happened across Hazel Dell Dentistry 10+ years ago and I have to say, Im fortunate to found Dr. Nikas and her staff. Not only has the entire staff always gone out of their way to accommodate me and my schedule, but more importantly, I always feel that my needs are the most important aspect of our professional relationship. I never have to worry about receiving advice that is anything but in my best interest and well being.In addition to twice yearly check-ups and cleanings, Dr. Nikas has whitened my teeth, performed root canals, installed crowns.... But the best decision that Ive ever made with respect to my dental health is when Dr. Nikas suggested it would be in my best interest to have dental implants. I had 5 dental implants for done by Hazel Dell Dentistry and it has been fantastic. No issues with the risk of crowns cracking or coming off. i dont even notice I have dental implants and whats most satisfying, is that Im continually receiving compliments on my teeth.Thank you, Dr. Nikas. My husband’s dentist had retired and he hadn’t made the switch to Dr. Nikas’s practice when his front capped tooth came off at 5:30 pm! I phoned Dr. Nikas’s office hoping someone was still there and sure enough Dr. Nikas answered and had him come immediately over. My husband said she was fantastic and so knowledgeable. She was able to repair his tooth and he couldn’t have been happier! She stayed late to accommodate his emergency and we are so grateful! The staff are always professional and friendly. If you’re looking for a wonderful dentist, you will be pleased with Dr. Nikas.

I have been a patient for several years. I had limited dental care as a child.I came to Dr. Nikas with many dental issues and she has been remarkable. She is creative, thinks outside the box, has the eye of an artist and the integrity and respect for her profession that you dont often experience.The office is bright, colorful, cheery. The staff always cheerful and helpful. Another aspect I love is how clean and sanitary the whole operation is. Without going into details, she faced a lot of problems with my dental care. I have to say she has more than pleased me and never, not even once have I experienced any pain. I just hope she never retires!!Go check it out for yourself, youll be glad you did.

Dr. Nikas is the absolute best dentist Ive ever had in my 30yrs...and the whole team is awesome! I must say, I believe the absolute nicest people in Indiana work there. And Joy is a complete joy! Ive never been happy to go to the dentist, but I dont mind going there one bit.
