Terrible service, they are so rude in the Pharmacy! Never a nice experience. Recommend you get new employees that are nice to patients. When we are sick, the last thing we need is RUDE service. If I could give a ZERO I would have!

Unbelievably bad. Service is almost nonexistent and slow, as in glacially slow. Good luck trying to get a human on the phone. My wife appeared in person to request a renewal on a prescription and was told it would be ready the next day. When she returned the next day she was told that the medication was out of stock. No estimate as to when it might arrive. I could go on and tell you about her experience on her previous visit, but you get the drift. There will be no next time.

Before releasing my prescription to the pharmacy to fill I always ask if they have it on hand. They always say yes and tell me to come back in 1 HOUR. I return in 2 hours and still they tell me it will be ready in 1 HOUR. I return the next day and they then inform me they are out of this prescription. Why would I return to this establishment to do business. I wait in line for 30 plus minutes to get to speak to anyone and no luck getting a true answer from them. Dont use the pharmacy! They are always hiring new employees and I am sure the employees leave due to how the customers treat them! Dont blame them I blame the pharmacist! Poor management will cause poor reviews and hopefully warn others to not do business with such a badly ran business.

Where is the “zero” star? Rude, disrespectful. They would not refund the amount I paid for an incorrect prescription.

Ironic that I havent even been able to go in for my epilepsy meds (I cant drive because I have epilepsy, so the drive-thru isnt an option) because they have had a broken light that flashes as bad as a strobe light at the pharmacy. No matter how many times I complain, they dismiss it.

SLOW drive thru.Update: Its actually managed to get SLOWER. Its taking 15-20 minutes per vehicle. Unbelievable.

This place is a joke! They call sayingnmeds are ready then drive all the way to the pharmacy and they’re not even started on them! Or if you call in a a prescription; they’ll say a certain time, then you show up and still have to wait another hour!! It’s ridiculous!! And this happens every month!!

This pharmacy my husband has used for years ... Ppl there are kind of rude and sometimes make you wait for awhile.

There always getting prescriptions wrong or saying there ready when there not had to wait two weeks for pain meds and now theyve got into the habit of hanging up on you after you spend thirty minutes on hold
