Facilities are everything you need, yet still get away from it all. Great place for church groups to reserve for events and retreats. While surrounded by the forest, you will be able to study, fellowship, dine, play, relax, worship and praise God. Activities include horseshoes, a gym with basketball and volleyball, hiking, and campfire. Separate mens and womens open dorms are barracks style. Heaters are available for cold nights.

Can’t recommend enough!! 6 friends and I stayed here for 2 nights in order to do the Guadalupe Peak hike. It’s over an hour drive to the hike but totally worth it. The facilities are great and the staff is even greater. Sharon, one of the owners of the camp, was so accommodating and communicative throughout the booking process and our stay at the camp. The house we stayed at at had our private room as well as a nice public kitchen and living room. Would highly recommend over camping or staying in Carlsbad. Very affordable as well!!

Great camp atmosphere, wonderful people managing the place! Have loved it since I was 8 years old. Blessed to be able to attend camps there, away from the chaos of town.

Great camp for church camp, reunions, or more. We had tons of fun, enjoyed the gym, playground, games and tetherball, fantastic food, and good facilities. Great hiking nearby, including Sitting Bull Falls.

This is a great place to have a Christian retreat! Beautiful location in the mountains with great folks to fellowship with. Jesus is exalted at GCC.

There is always great hiking, activities, and great people. The presence of the Lord is great there too!!!!!

This is home. I grew up on this camp. My parents, Rusty and Bev Smith, managed the camp from February of 1977 until April of 2016. I see pictures and still get that feeling of home.I made a multitude of friends because of this camp. Friendships that may have been distanced over years, miles and having a family of my own, but still bring a smile to my face when I think of people like Reno Walker(Rest in Peace my friend), Billy Cox, Tim and Matt Cook, Clint Stephenson, Doug and Marci Partin, Hank Lamb, Don Fankhouser, and many others. To this day if ever I happen to run into an old camp friend stories and laughter are soon to follow. God blessed me with the opportunity to be raised at this beautiful place, and I am so happy to see that his message continues to be spread using the place I still call...home.
