Purchased a halo processor it blew up on my clients head! The liability alone and they done answer the phone I called about 25 times. Scam company never ever order from them ! If you email them you get short answer back and they don’t call back or email back until after your warranty is over scam! ! 795.00 wasted!

The idea of setting up a beauty parlor came to me in June last year. But I was so doubtful about my chances of succeeding that I shelved my plans for three months. The biggest obstacle had been the fact that I had limited capital. So, I was talking to a distant cousin of mine in Carlsbad, and I mentioned to her my salon idea and also how I felt constrained. That’s when SalonPro Equipment came up. She pointed out that they have a reputation for selling quality equipment at reasonable prices. So, I checked them out and decided to trust them. In September, I went and bought the essential equipment. They offered high-grade gear and their customer service was excellent. My business is doing well. I thought to come back and say thanks to SalonPro Equipment!

Love my salon pro color processor! its been the most useful tool and best investment Ive ever made for my salon. If you dont have one your missing out on a lot of lost time and money

BUYER BEWARE....I’m having the same experience other have had with ordering from this place. Almost to a T. I order on 6/12 on their website and it said shipped by 6/21. It’s now 7/8 and the item still hasn’t shipped. I’ve tried calling at least 50 times, literally and nobody ever answers, not a single time. Email communication is very very spotty. And when I did reach someone they told me the same story I see they’ve told others, that the item will go out at the end of the week. That was two weeks ago. I’ve also been promised a manager to call me by a supervisor and that never happened. Don’t order from this place if you want your item quickly. If you have two months or more to wait then go for it.

BUYER BEWARE! SalonPro always states the equipment is ON BACKORDER with a promised ship date in 3 weeks. Its NOT true. They know the actual ship date is 6 weeks or more away and fear losing the sale. When I inquire, Sherry answers its going to ship by the end of the week. Except, she has said that 3 or more times. Now, she said new ship date is end of January. However, STILL on their website the ship date if order is placed for the Halo Orbiting dryers TODAY - 3 weeks. I look every week and its always 3 weeks. Clearly not true.

I like SalonPro the customer service is good. Product is fair. Had a minor issue with my product SalonPro took care of it right away this is a good company who provides good customer service. I would recommend this company.

I’ve ordered the rotating heat dryer 6/9 and it’s almost August and still haven’t received any tracking information I tried calling and canceling my order no answer and I’ve emailed no answer , it’s a good price advertised but nothing ever comes so it’s definitely not worth the investment
