My wife goes there she loves the people their it is a great place to have a facial and relax with the people who cares for her she is a totally different person when she is finish I love this place so much been going for years we are so proud of everyone there. We are so sorry to hear about the salon my wife been going there for years sorry hope everyone is doing well with this stupid corona virus one day we hope everything will change keep believing tell God he is listening hope everyone is doing well😭😭😭😢😒

Ive been going to Stacy for eye lash extensions for many years. She does an amazing job, I highly recommend her!

Not too happy with results. Eyelash extension was the beauty treatment I decided to review for this place and Im sad to say that, honestly, I didnt even want to go back for my refill, (which wasnt even remembered that I had already purchased from Groupon, & had been solicited for payment when refill was completed.) My right eye wasnt completed and even when i made a specific point about finishing the corners of this eye before refill, the bare couple of lashes put there fell out same night. I tipped Stacey $80 my first initial appointment. I tried several times (yes 3 or more) to get a hold of salon prior to refill appt. because I really needed to reschedule & got only an inappropriate call back from someone other than the person I was trying to reach. Never got called back again even after the 2+ other times I called after, & then I was lied to and told that her phone wasnt working mysteriously....although it seemed to work just fine during my appt. as she answered it/checked it both times it rang @ high volume.. (I had called repeatedly same day). Whole point was to review a place that gets a lot of hype for eyelash extensions. I got the extensions with the idea that Id not have to spend time with mascara etc... Well I DO still have to anyway to fill in huge gap at the end of my right eye. I will not be going back i found a better place in Escondido... sorry Carlsbad you may be more expensive to live but so far even my pedicures cant be beat out in Escondido, I get way better, more professional services everywhere but Carlsbad it seems, and people arent as shabby & rude in other either. Just because the price of everything is higher doesnt mean there is a higher class of people. Ive gotten treated way better in the ghetto, & get WAY better skilled services!
