I went to a few other salons in the area before trying Entourage. It is now the my regular salon. Very happy with Angie and her team for the great service and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this long time locals business in the village.

I absolutely love going to this salon. Everyone there is super friendly and they really care about you while youre there. I see Christina and she is AMAZING! She takes her time to make my hair perfect and Ive never been disappointed. Shes super sweet and personable too. So happy to have found this salon!

I LOVE MY HAIR! I saw Bre this morning and I love my hair! She did highlights and a toner, I have super fine hair. She added some light layers to give me a little texture. My hair felt super healthy after leaving Entourage.

This place is fantastic!!! I recently moved into the area and called to make an appointment. The receptionist was so friendly!! When I walked into the salon for the first time, I was greeted with a smile and a glass of water, which was refilled throughout my visit. Everyone there - both clients and staff - were so friendly and relaxed!! The ambience here is the best Ive experienced in any salon! I am definitely planning on being a loyal customer, and I encourage others to do the same!

I love this Salon because you get quality without the stuck-up feeling at some other salon’s. The salon is run by sisters and everyone who works their is professional, yet ladied-back, caring and friendly. Marti (one of the owners) has been my colorist (I have long, blonde hair and get blonde highlights) for about 3 years now and she is awesome! She is talkative when you want to talk and quiet when you just want to relax. She also gives the best scalp massage when shampooing your hair. She has also always been consistent in the quality of highlights she does on me and has never fried my hair, which happened at several other salons. My husband also gets his hair cut from her and it always looks great. Lastly, Jasmine at the front desk is so wonderful! I have been so disappointed in front desk people at other establishments (salons, Doctor’s offices, etc.) in the past, who are rude and clueless, but she is actually very on top of things and really nice!If your looking for a salon in Carlsbad, I’d definitely recommend it! :)

I recently moved to Carlsbad and initially went to a different salon. Disappointed with the service there, I made an appointment at Entourage Salon. I am so pleased I made the switch!Crystal was so nice when I was booking the appointment, and I dont think Ive ever loved a haircut as much as I love Martis design. She took the time to give me some great styling tips that are making SUCH a difference in my morning routine. I even got fabulous restaurant recommendations and a general contractor referral from my appointment.Really nice people. Great customer service. A wonderful sense of community. I found my new local salon!

I came in for a mens cut, I have longer hair than the common male. Going to a barber is out of the question. I was scheduled with Molly last minute. She dusted my end and kept the length. Every one was very nice, I will refer my wife here.

Ernesto is amazing. He is hilarious, charming, warm, and so passionate about what he does. Straight up, the day he started cutting my hair, the compliments started pouring in and have not ceased. Ernesto Ernesto Ernesto!

The ladies here are so awesome. I have super thick curly hair and have always been worried about how it will come out . Angie knows her stuff and I love my hair again. She is always honest when I come in with crazy new ideas and lets me know up front if it will work with my hair type and face. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years now and tell all my friends to give them a call.

Meghan is great! She really knows her stuff and does a great job with my color. Awesome job too on the Brazilian hair straightening! Shes really a pleasure to be around and time passes quickly. So glad I found her when I moved here.

Can not recommend Molly at Entourage Salon highly enough. Did exactly what I asked, that is exceptional. The subtle changes to my style, with the best highlights, gave me confidence. Great stylist, colorist, and she is intuitive. Excited for my next appt, thank you Molly!

I have been looking for a new salon, I am new in the area. I called Entourage in Carlsbad to see about coming in for a high-light & trim. I saw they had a good rating on yelp. I needed to get a touch up on my color before Sunday & knew it may have been difficult. I believe I spoke with one of the owners, and they went above & beyond to squeeze me in on Saturday! Not only was my color on point, but everyone who works there made me feel so welcomed! Thanks ladies

Friendly salon where they really care that you are happy with your services. Both Angie and Martie are great with cutting and shaping curly hair. So thankful to finally find a place that understands curly hair.

Two weeks ago I booked a color and cut for Dec. 27th at noon. I got to the salon at 11:40 (a little early) and it was closed. A sign on the door said they would be closed for the holiday Dec. 25-27 and reopen on the 28. Pre appointment I called two separate times, once to book my appointment and once to confirm my appointment. Plus, I received a text confirmation of my appointment, yet no one was there when I showed up. Very disappointed. Once at the shop, I waited 30 minutes and called multiple times. I tried to email, but their email form online didnt work.UPDATE:Even after leaving a voicemail on their machine about the situation, I never received a call back. And then, instead of fixing the miscommunication and trying to accommodate me at a different time, they respond to my review in a unprofessional manner. It is disappointing that the costumer service is so poor when the location was so convenient.

Wonderful service and always so upbeat! From the phone call to make the appt. to the service while you are there - everything is excellent. The ladies are always cheerful and the environment welcoming and always so clean. I recommend the mini pedi for the woman on the go. It may be quick but does not lack in quality. Thanks again, Amy
