I was very surprised when i found out the girl who was helping me was the manager. The manager Lexy was extremely rude. I came in for my 4:30 appointment only to be waiting until 5 to get waxed. For some reason my form was not on file so I waited for her to talk to the wax specialist about another appointment and she loudly talks to the other girl behind the counter saying “and i thought I would be leaving early” and laughed at us. I will not be coming back to this location and I am very disgusted by the poor attitudes and service.

So I’m usually not the type to leave reviews but I had the best wax experience!! Taylor made me feel so comfortable and she did an AMAZING JOB. I have gone back 3 times since and will not go to anyone else!

The staff is very patient and knowledgeable what they are doing. The installation is confortable.

I wax my eyebrows, on a regular basis, at European Wax Center. The aestheticians are knowledgeable and professional. They explain what they are going to do before they begin waxing. They answer your questions, too. Their service is great! I recommend them!

It was my first time getting a wax done and Eden made sure I was very comfortable and I greatly appreciate that because I was nervous. Everyone was very nice and I’d highly recommend this store for any first timers💕

Called today to schedule an appointment, the receptionist put me on hold forever, when I called again she said its going to be just 2 seconds and put me on another long hold, never even offered to call back, very poorly trained staff...

The waxer was good! The girls at the front are super nice until you dont buy a package. Then they push you out the door and act smug and pushy.

I am new to the area and went to the European Wax Center at Bressi Ranch for the 1st time. I was impressed by how clean and organized the place was. But I was even more impressed by the skills and professionalism of Kendall, who happened to be the aesthetician attending to me. I would never go anywhere else again for any waxing need. I am hooked!

Baby girl Ashlynn, who was running the front desk like a boss was fabulous! We had two clients come in while I was waiting. One lost her cool the other was there for the social aspect of getting out of the house. Ashlynn treated them both with a professionalism decorum and class. I was impressed. I was a complete newbie and she guided me through the process and interpreted my needs♥️Kendall was my personal skin specialist and oh my goodness! Oh, my goodness! I just had to say it twice. I am a convert. This woman is a superstar and has convinced me I never want to use other products again! I don’t really go for exclamation points in every day communications but in this case!!!! In 2013 I went to the European wax place and got the back of my arms waxed shortly after I got very painful papules almost looked like acne but itched soo bad this lasted a month of horrible pain. I went to a Derm and got it swabbed it was a staph infection I took antibiotics after antibiotics now they dont even work. This turned into chronic folliculittis and scaring which has lasted over 3 and half years. I wanted to sue so bad!!! This is horrible to live like I wish I never set foot into that place I even came in to tell the girl and she had no compassion . I let the idea of filling a lawsuit go. I paid a lot of money and resulted in my misery. Be careful. Stop hiring careless employees that double dip so this doesnt happens to anyone else
