I went in not expecting to leave as happy as I did because I usually get disappointed with the haircuts I’ve gotten in the past, but she completely changed my mind on everything. I left ecstatic and in love with my new hair! The haircut she did on me is absolutely amazing, I’ve never felt prettier. She took her time and double checked her work which I appreciated. Raquel was a huge help as well and I love the curls she did on my hair and for giving me great tips on how to curl my own hair. I would definitely return, this whole experience was amazing, thank you for helping me feel beautiful.

Katie is so pleasant to be around and you can tell she is an artist. I felt very confident asking for a whole new style on our first appointment! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing haircut and/or style.

This was such a great experience!! I was getting my haircut on vacation and i didn’t have an appointment. Everyone was super friendly and happy to be there. It was the first time I cut my hair in YEARS and they were super supportive and gave off great energy! Korey was super nice and has a great handle on curly hair! ABSOLUTE KING! They made me feel and look really beautiful!! Love my hair cut!

Great service, love that I can shop for clothes and get my hair done. Katie has a relaxed & chill vibe. Couldn’t be happier with my color and cut. Love that she didn’t try to sell me hair products like some salons do. She communicated well and I’ve already have my next visit scheduled.

My experience here was exceptional. Centrally located the hair salon is classy with top notch services. My hairdresser Teagan managed to give me the best haircut and styling for a head full of curls. I’m convinced she could do anything! I highly recommend!!!!

If you’ve struggled with not getting the hair cut you wanted, Katie does not disappoint. I can not rave enough about this salon, everyone was so nice and it’s set up so cute. I met with Katie and let me tell you, she works wonders with a blade. I haven’t had my hair cut in probably two years, long story short I haven’t been able to find anyone I trusted to cut my hair correctly but finding Katie has stopped my search. I’ll be moving sadly but I’m hoping to talk my husband into making a trip out here every few months so I can still go to Katie. Figures crossed he’ll agree.

I no longer live in Carlsbad. I choose to get my hair done less often, due to traveling. Im someone who used to get my hair done every two months. Id rather go less often, and wait until I see Korey. Hes incredibly talented, and so much fun! My hair loves Korey! =)

I saw Teagan to get my hair color corrected at Jayden Presleigh, the salon. Teagan listened to what I wanted and was able to pull off a miracle level edit on my hair to get it looking marvelous. Teagan is kind and thoughtful and I highly recommend.

This salon has no regard for their customers. I booked an appointment and unfortunately was sick the day of my coloring. I was charged the full amount with no choice to rebook. I was not allowed to come in for my treatment for fear of getting a stylist sick and I was told they would keep the full amount. The receptionist was rude and the whole experience was poor. Do not recommend. Bad business.
