I have been a customer for about seven years. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. One of my most memorable experiences is when I was sent home with multiple frames to see them in different lighting and to get opinions. That about sums up their customer service. Dr. Harris is excellent too!!

Woman at the front desk was very rude. I previously paid for an appointment to get a prescription from them, and they would not give it to me or another doctor. To my understanding, withholding/not releasing a prescription to the patient is illegal. (I recorded this entire conversation.)I needed to get contacts asap, but they told me I could only get them from them, which I cant do because Im currently away from home - so she made it impossible.I dont recommend this place at all.I would go to Carlisle Vision Care instead.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The optometrist was very thorough and took her time during the exam. Then, when selecting glasses there was a good selection, but the prices were fantastic, and I even got them in 4 days! I found my new eye doctor.

Dr. Harris and staff are kind, caring and very accommodating.

Now run by Dr. Harris who has been a great replacement for Dr. Vincett after his retirement.
