Absolutely terrible customer service! I still can not believe my nails look this bad and no one cared to fix them. I paid so much to have a poor quality and terrible service. I got handed a book for pedicures and was unable to read through them before It was taken out of my hands and picked for me. My nails look like I painted them at home. She used a nail file to remove the paint she had gotten on my wrist.. please tell me how she accidentally painted my wrist while painting my nails.. I WILL NOT be back. This is an embarrassment of a place. Quality has really gone down in the years. Used to love this place years ago. It’s a shame*UPDATE!!! The owners response absolutely shows how terrible this place is!!! “Give credit where credit is due” I promise you it is your location that is terrible! This review and every other negative review is correct. You also don’t “have my name on the books” because no one asked for my name when I arrived. That’s how much you know what is going on with your establishment. Super disappointed how you guys continue to show how terrible you are. You will get credit for being terrible because that is what this place is!!

This salon is friendly and wonderful. I’ve enjoyed (for years) nail service from many of the techs and they all do a great job and it easily lasts till my next appt in 2-3 wks. On the rare occasion that I chip or break a nail they’ll fix it quickly. The salon is very clean and attractive with a zillion polish colors for gel or acrylic manicures, really great pedi chairs, and the location is convenient for shopping. Can’t miss.

Very disappointed. I used to frequent this salon. Went in for a Mani/pedi. My feet needed some TLC... Fair to mediocre pedicure at best Polish was best part :-(Then the manicure... She polished my cuticles!! Sad excuse for a manicure.I dont usually do poor reviews, normally its raving about service/experience, but this just left me extremely disappointed and will need to redo my nails in three days.

I absolutely love this place!! Merry almost always does my nails and toes and does a fantastic job! I’ve had several other nail techs and have always been very pleased. I finally got out today and visited the salon. As always the salon was clean and courteous. They have extra precautions in place and provide a safe environment while still ensuring a relaxing visit.

Not welcoming... they dont even start a conversation with you while doing your nails, thats the first nail place I go to where I see that. Then when its time to pay, they just grab the card, swipe, and hand you the receipt... no thank you for coming ... and they did a terrible job in my nails, its like they gave me the people that was still in practice, thats how plain and terrible my nail looked. ... and for that, I didnt give any tips 🤔Update(4/7/21) So now (a month and half later) Ive been asked by the owner ...to make sure my prior review was for the right location....I dont know what kind of books you looked up to see if I was on but I know exactly which location I was at and this review is for the right location ....(publix plaza) near me cause yall only 8mns from me and I thought that place would have been my new location to do my nail, and since then Ive already found 2 different places closer, cheaper and with nicer attitude than that place.

I love this salon! They’re super efficient and have the best employees. Judy at the front desk is thorough and will call to remind you of your appointment. And Tammy is THE BEST TECH! She can literally do anything and whatever you ask for, it comes out fabulous! Highly recommended!

I have been coming here intermittently for several years and my mom and grandma have come regularly for the last 4 years. We have all had wonderful experiences and everyone is so nice. They have been so kind and accommodating in helping my mother, who has Alzheimer’s as well as limited vision, and my grandmother who is very hard of hearing. They also always are kind enough to make sure I don’t need to race over to help out with anything for my mom or grandma when I come to get my nails done with them. Judy (and formerly Emily) who manages the salon is fantastic. She is always so helpful and wonderful with appointments and ensuring we are with people my mom is familiar with. Amy, Vi, Yen, Brandon, and a few others who have done my nails have all been terrific. Very thorough and do a terrific job. Everyone else is very nice and seems to do a great job as well. Highly recommend!

I come to Nail Art & Co. Every 2 weeks for a fill and Pedicure. Service is phenomenal and the staff is so friendly. Over time, I have had the pleasure of getting to know some of the staff. Brandon, Liz, V, & Judy are a few in particular who, I feel, go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Everything is always fresh/clean and if I am ever unhappy with something, everyone is quick and helpful to mend th issue. I look forward to my visits and highly recommend!

2 strikes, you’re out!Have been going to this nail salon for a year, was so happy to have found a place close to home.Twice in a row, I was screwed.Last month, I had called a week in advance, scheduled with the nail tech I wanted. Get to the salon, they had overbooked me with someone else. Was told to wait 40 minutes, how could that be if I have an appointment? Rescheduled it for the following day.Now this month AGAIN, now this time they didn’t even have me down for my appointment at all in their book. Not a sorry or anything! Was just told to wait AGAIN. No! I’m done waiting you guys, went and gave a new salon my business!Never coming back again.Beware ladies!

I have visited this place a few times before. Mostly they are indifferent to guest service. Consistently talking in some foreign language, never paying attention to the guest. I only get pedicures so can not speak to manicures. I never see licenses posted as required. Todays visit, the entire time, the two technicians spoke with each other while not even paying attention to tempature, both of us were nearly scalded. The massage part was uncomfortable to say the least. When done, the lady could not speak good English, asked if I wanted to charge $50 to my card. I said yes, then was told could not add a tip. Their loss I suppose, when I asked her to just void it, she pointed to her boss and said she couldnt. It cost them nothing for a void. I will most likely not go back and can not recommend the place. The work itself was fine, not good, just fine.

I LOVE THIS PLACE.I was told not to go here because of their pricing, but let me tell you, you get what you pay for. Honestly, they arent much more expensive compared to other places and the detail and quality are through the roof. I started here in October for my wedding nails and have been coming regularly since.Ive seen two guys in the front and Liz who sits in the back, all three are great. I have very small nail beds and my sets easily last a month - one set I had on for 5 weeks. They grow out but they dont lift which is nice!The staff is friendly, the salon is clean, the atmosphere is just pleasant. Book an appointment though, theyre generally pretty busy :)

I have been going here for 3 years for waxing. The last 3 times I went in to have my eyebrows waxed. The waxer ripped off my skin. Now its less then a week before Christmas and I have a swollen right eye and the skin is missing from above both my eyes. I will never come here again. They should get better wax. Its a shame, I really liked it there. I have pictures to prove it.I tried to speak to someone yesterday about it when I was there. I was simply told that this doesnt happen at their salon.

Came in with an appointment for dip. They got all my nails done in under 20 minutes. I could have done better myself. The quality of work is poor at best. I am leaving with stained fingers and embarrassed for people to see my 40.00 manicure. The place is dusty and dirty. I do not recommend

This place is my favorite. Its always clean, the staff is real friendly and they always do a stellar job on my nails. I usually go with Judy (shes got such an eye for detail) but any time I have gone to another tech they still do a great job. Its always pretty busy in there so I definitely recommend making an appointment!

Well let’s just say I don’t recommend them at all. The lady I dealt with when I walked in was very polite and nice. She had a guy do my nails. Sorry I didn’t get his name. He did a good job but not worth what I paid. I liked them so I didn’t complain but then this morning I noticed fungus growing underneath one of my nails. Just had them done 10 days ago. I was furious. I picked at the acrylic to get it off and filed it to get air to the spot so it can breathe and heal. Now I’m putting green tea oil on it. Basically just threw 60.00 out the window. So please beware. Since I moved to Cape Coral I haven’t found a decent place to go.

I’ve been here before about a year ago and I have to say they did a great job before so that’s why I chose to return again yesterday because I have a celebration coming up and I wanted my nails to look their best. Well, I called in advance and was told over the phone that their full set acrylics started at $32 w/o gel nail polish and that’s what I agreed to do. There was a $5 charge because of the shape I wanted for my nails but that’s fine. At the end of getting my nails done my total was $52 and I was confused but thought maybe there’s a reason but I had to leave and didn’t have time to question it. I did the math later on and realized I was overcharged and called them back to talk about the mistake. I was told to return with my receipt so I did when I could and the lady at the front desk told me the reason it cost so much was because I chose gel (which is starting $52 with gel) and that’s not what I said. She left and came back with the nail tech who did my nails and he was yelling and talking very loud to the point the receptionist had to tell him to quiet down. I asked them to show me what was gel and they did and the color nail polish I chose wasn’t a gel nail polish but they insisted that it was. It says on the wall “black is gel, clear is not” and I know what I chose. My intention wasn’t to receive a full refund but to get partial of my money back because she knew and he knew what I wanted. He told me if I wanted it repainted he would charge me extra so I waved my white flag and left with no apologies from staff and just a very rude vibe from those that “helped” me. They simply walked away from me with no solutions and I just had to leave. I was very disappointed in what happened and truly felt taken advantage of with my money and no one seemed to care at all. I never raised my voice once, I came in politely just trying to get answers for the mistake that was made and in return I get yelled at, embarrassed in front of the whole salon and a “oh well, your loss” attitude thrown my way. This is a PSA to anyone who considers going here, check over your receipt before you leave and watch out for their attitudes!

I have been coming to Nail Art for two years. Yen is an excellent tech who always does a great job. The staff is warm and friendly. After many poor experiences in other salons, I am so glad to have found Nail Art.

This one star review is because of management. I had my nails filled on 8/2/16. Within a week they already needed another fill because the nail tech didnt fill to my cuticles. I called them on 8/9/16 and sent them a picture showing how they needed filled in just a week.They set an appointment for 8/17/16 as I was out of town for business and promised to fix it.Just left their shop. They wanted to charge me full price for their error.Mike who did the fill this time did an excellent job, but I wont be coming back to this business.As a business owner, if I make a mistake I fix it, and if I promise to fix it I do so at my expense not the expense of my customer. This builds brand loyalty. I wish they had the same business ethics.

Mike was amazing as always! His nails are perfectly shaped and they last. I never have lifting from his work. He actually spends time on you. The salon is clean and always friendly.

Not impressed. Most of my nails were crooked and lifted at the cuticle. My biggest issue is how they will post their prices and then AT THE VERY END they will add $5 for shaping $15 for gel. Just be upfront and honest about all of your charges! Tell people that gel cost extra! Tell them that dip cost extra too!

Great experience the pedicure was very relaxing and the place was very clean and didnt smell overpowering of polish like most salons!

Price was fair but I would spend a little more and go somewhere else. My tech was nice but everyone else was pretty rude. You get what you pay for in terms of product and service quality, plus a little attitude and ungratefulness as a paying customer. Upside..place was pretty clean and they serve wine.

I know this may not matter to 90% of the customers or people searching reviews. This workers of this salon are rude and not attentive at all to new customers. Went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The polish they had used was old and clumpy and they never attempted the pedicure. The worker just wrote up my receipt and then escorted me to the register. Being that the job she had done on my hands were bad, and she did not listen when I asked that she not grind the polish off of my nails. I just paid (no tip) and went to another nail salon.

2 year costumer .. today was uncomfortable I couldn’t get a fill from the lady I usually love getting my nails done by so I hesistantly got my nails done by another tech. I kept telling her I work in 2 and a half hours as she wasn’t giving me a new set she was manually applying the acrylic which I didn’t ask for and it was very timely then proceeded to take forever and I kept politely saying this never takes this long and I’m sorry when you have your nails done as much as I have you know who is good and who isn’t I even heard them answer the phone and say every tech does great work just come on in and we will set you up with someone WRONG the good techs need to go somewhere else because the lady tried to charge me 37 dollars for walking out with CLEAR nails because after an hour and a half we had still no color on ! Absolutely no reason for that as I told her I had to work ! Full set acrylics are listed for 32 and she tried to charge 37 because she covered my nails with clear gel I’m sorry but with my job the nails will be stained by the end of the night and I didn’t ask for build up acrylic I wanted the fake tips and my color quick and fast like I always get and they usually do it no problem they tried to get more money out of me knowing I was walking out with unfinished nails completely tried to snake me and I left unhappy about nail art and co where I LOVE to go ! I tossed them 40 dollars and went on about my day they aren’t going to make me feel like the bad guy once again ! They also have a new sign on the door which explains how they do not do refunds due to the ARTISTIC NATURE OF THEIR JOB... meaning if they have this note posted several people are walking out unhappy ... ummm I see no artistry in trying to hustle dollars out of hard workers! Not coming back and telling all my co workers and friends which is about 25loyal customers not to go back ! So disappointed

Called ahead and reserved several chairs. When we arrived, we were late but the staff went out of their way to provide pedicures. All of the staff were professional and we were not rushed. The equipment was clean and all staff members were friendly. We all enjoyed our treatments and will return!

I got a French gel mani and pedi for my wedding, and my nails look incredible! I loved my experience at the salon, they even fit me in without an appointment during a very busy morning. The two guys who did my nails were so kind and friendly, and the ladies who were getting their nails done next to me were great company. This place is awesome, their services are stellar, and they attract great customers too!

The nail artist didnt push my cuticles back before putting on my set so they look horrible and cheap after just a couple of days. I look like I havent had a fill in weeks instead of just six days...I will never come to this salon again. If you come here, make sure that the tech pushes back your cuticles!

I have been coming to this salon for 3 1/2 years. I always try to be flexible because things happen. Recently they have overbooked and I was asked to come in at a different time, so i did to help out. Then i was going to be a bit late, 10mins, and asked to just cancel my pedicure and just polish instead. When I arrived at the salon my tech had started another client and when I asked why was told that because I was late they moved on. The tech has been late up to 15mins before for my appointments so I said, oh, so you can be late but when I ask to adjust my appointment you just ignore me. She did end up taking me but with an attitude. I also had a different person polish my nails. I have treated my tech very well over the 3 1/2 years, but Im done being nice. I have been passed off to other techs in the past, changed my appointments because of mistakes, been cancelled at the last minute and offered no other time slot or another tech. I think there should be loyalty to long time customers. Time to move to another salon. And yes, they do talk to each bbn other the when time during the your service in vietnamese and it is very uncomfortable.

This is a long review, so I decided to give a heads up first....to all the Negative Nellies out there...Take the time to talk to your tech, before you get started. Remember, nails take maintenance every 2wks, not 3 or 4wks. Appointments are a must, for me anyway. Take care of your Tech, (TIP THEM) they spend time on you, especially if you like the work.If theres a problem talk about it then, not later. Also you need to find a Tech you like look around, talk to Regular Clients. Its like your hair stylist, you dont go in blind. Find one you like and continue with them.Ive been coming to Nail Art for 7yrs. Ive been to all 3 salons. Ive been going to the Santa Barbara & Verterans location for the last 4yrs. I absolutely love my tech, Tammy. She knows my hands and feet better than I do, lol. I take my Mama monthly, and shes always so gentle with her. Whenever my granddaughters are in town they get Mani-Pedi too! Yesterday I wanted a change, so I told Tammy to do something different, and she did!! I feel like a bride, perfect timing for my Anniversary this week. Thank you Tammy!!!Also Judy did one of my granddaughters polish changes, and she wanted a palm tree, and she did amazing, Thank You Judy!!!My other granddaughter needed a pedicure, and was treated like a queen! So Thank you to her tech!!!I would highly recommend this Salon to anyone, especially Tammy!!!

I have recently moved from Minnesota and as always started the daunting task of finding a new nail salon. Ive tried a couple others here in Cape Coral and they were ok but if you are looking for a person to do your nails that is not only fast, but a perfectionist, go see Jonathan at Nail Art & Co. I can honestly say that I have never been this impressed. Their prices are very reasonable and the salon is beautiful. I have found my salon!!

Bottom line it was okay, color selection was okay, massage chairs were okay, polish job was okay, massage with pedicure just okay. The most important thing is always that a place is clean, and this place was. But the place was average and clean so theres that.

I made an appointment and I was seated as soon as I arrived. They were very friendly and professional and my nails look great! Only thing I didnt like was that acrylic nails were listed as $30 but I was charged $42Otherwise, perfect!

I always come to this nail salon but my last visit was horrible . I got the lady who is at the first table. I got a full set acrylic and you can still see the first coat by my cuticles . Also she made my finger bleed and it hurt so bad when she was pushing my cuticles down. I forgot her name but I highly don’t recommend her. Also she was on the phone while she was doing my nails and seemed distracted by the guy talking to her . I will never go back there after dealing with her.

To be honest, not that very satisfied. The ladies were nice but the one i had didnt speak much which was fine but Ima take a wild guess and assume she is new. The nails are not worth what i paid. Lets just say ive paid less for better. It literally feels and looks like she piled nail polish over polish and the design is so messy, compare to what i had shown her. It wasnt a very complicated design either. I didnt even get acrylic it was just gel on my natural nails, i honestly believe i overpaid.

Moved here two years ago, and went every three weeks for a fill, pedi and eye brows. they were always a bit more expensive then other places but in the beginning it was worth it. but as time went on the quality of work was less then good, my toe nails were constantly in pain from ingrown nails (which i never had an issue with before) my eye brows were uneven, and once they were so bad i had to wait 2 months to let them grow back in so they could be reshaped... and seemed prices were constantly changing, nails were lifting and breaking, and were uneven in thickness of acrylic....employees just speak to each other only talk to you to upsell you.... the final straw was when they charged me 92.00 for a fill with gel polish (and one glitter nail, that i always get) and a pedi (Regular pedi. i never did the special ones)... when i questioned it all she kept saying was you got glitter over and over (mind you they already ran my card, i didnt think to ask how much since it was alway around 40.00 depending what exactly i had done) then another employee said , no problem. we take 5 dolllar offi told them to keep their money and started going somewhere else. the new place is consitant, friendly, very reasonable prices, not as pretty as this salon, but no more ingrown nails, my eye brows match and nails havent lifted or broke in 10 months. they are upfront about pricing and are fair.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over two years. My last two visits my gel coat and color have chipped and peeled off working 4-5 days. Paying the price you do, this should not happen. My last visit I told them and they said they switched gel that does not need light. Julie told me to call if this happens, I did and they are unable to redo them. They have lost my business!!!!

The staff speaks Vietnamese in front of patrons- so you dont know what they are saying to each other. The pedicure was okay, but felt rushed- they didnt spend much time massaging my feet which is the best part in my opinion. The lady who gave me a pedi was friendly, but I notice the rest of the staff didnt make much eye contact or conversation with my friends or the other people having pedicures. They rushed us out of the chairs, it was not a relaxing or friendly environment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointed. Staff tried to sell me various things during my whole pedi and tried to change my decisions constantly so I would pay more. My mother’s nails cracked after two days and she paid 50-60 dollars for her mani. Happened twice. When she came back to tell them they talked back at her and told her she had to pay extra to fix them again since ”she came back too late and we’re not sure if we can believe her”. I’m never going back!

Most amazing nails Ive ever had !! They were one of the few places I found do to ombre nails for my wedding day and they were perfect. Pricey but you get what you pay for.
