I got an appointment the next day. I arrived a little early and they took me right in and scheduled surgery in 5 days. I am very pleased.

Everyone was super friendly! The receptionist snorted when she laughed...I felt at home!

Retina Associates was able to get me in same day for a retina tear. Everyone in the office was very nice. Dr. Adams was very thorough in his examination of my eyes and able to repair the retina tear same day. Dr. Adams was very nice and understanding during the procedure. I definitely recommend Retina Associates of Cleveland.

Dr Nothnagel is our Gold Standard for doctors. He and his staff are the very best based on our experience which includes three retina surgeries, other procedures , and numerous exams. We have referred several friends that have been equally impressed.

When I went to the doctors this afternoon, I was a bit frightened. I told Dr Nothnagel and his assistants how I felt. They explained step by step what was being done and it went fine. He is a very kind man as well as an excellent doctor.

The doctors at Ohio Retina Association have has been working with me since 2012 to keep diabetes from getting the best of eyes. Laser and shots to my eyes have stabilized my eyes reducing the fluids in the eyes keep them from continuing to deteriorate. I am even confident to drive even at night.

Attentive, courteous and knowledgeable!

Benn here two hours and have only had intake and scans. Still waiting. No one introduces self , tells you what they are doing , what comes next or if your done. Excuse me the scan girl said she was going to take scans. 2 hrs 50 min.

Was told that the first 2 shots were samples but to my surprise they lied to me and billed my insurance and now I owe a lot of money. Called and they gave me a number to a hospital when they submitted the bill. Dont like lies and being run around.

While the staff is great, and explained everything well the amount of time you will spend in the waiting room is absolutely rediculous. We are never here less then 3 hours it seems like!
