After a frustrating experience at another eye doctor in Canton, I came to Elite Eyecare to get glasses for my 7-year-old son. I was very impressed with their kids glasses selection. Jason made sure that we found a pair of glasses that not only fit well but that my son also loved - even going the extra mile to find additional colors for a particular frame so that he could have blue glasses! Beyond that, he also worked to take care of an insurance issue that came up after we placed the order, and made sure that the glasses still arrived before the start of the school year.We are very impressed with the customer service and expertise at Elite Eyecare. My husband and I will be returning soon for exams and new glasses.

Transferred to this location from another Canton eye doctor and I am glad I did. Every thing from appointments to the visit to the after care was excellent. Jason and his staff are very knowledgeable go the extra mile to make sure their customers are well taken care of.

Not satisfied. High prices and refused to send lenses back to be corrected when they had the progressive lenses starting above my line of sight. He just completely disfigured the nose-piece to get them to work saying they have to be ground starting at that point which is not true. (they dont stand by their quality when they make a mistake!)

Worst customer service ever!! The counter receptionist is extremely rude for a place that looks to be falling apart on the inside. The building is just as nasty as the service. No acknowledgement when you walk through the door. The optometrist was decent at best. Just stay away.

Elite Eye Care of Canton is AMAZING!!! It’s convenient and close to home, the people are so helpful and I like that they don’t treat you like a box chain store. They take their time making sure you feel comfortable with your purchase. I WON’T go anywhere else!

I was in the store and I received such wonderful service from their sales associate Keri at the canton, mi location. She was very knowledgeable about the eye glasses. As well as helpful, im a stroke patient, walking with a cane. Keri was very thoughtful enough to bring what I needed to me. With that kind of service I will always return.

I have tried many other eye care places before and I have never received the exceptional personal service I did from Jason at Elite. He was knowledgeable, professional and truly cared about meeting all my eye care needs. I will never go anywhere else again!

I’ve been going to the Canton location for many years and I’m finally fed up with the negative attitude and unprofessionalism of the staff. There has only be one employee that has been helpful to me in my 10 years of going there. The rest do not care about you or your business, nor will they be helpful regarding any of your orders. I’m upset I didn’t leave them earlier.

When I went to elite , they treat me with respect and they explain the bargains they have on eyeglasses. They are very caring. And helpful with the customer.

2019, my frames were stolen by this store. They did not search for my frame whatsoever - I was told the frame was lost in the store and there is no reimbursement resolution.Aside from having my property stolen, I have also received a multitude of harassment and hostility from the customer service of these workers and their owner - who made me travel all the way to Garden City just to flake on my appointment with her. She never was available for months until I had to give up. It isnt a matter of service but rather the ownership of the store. Whats wrong with the store is the ownership and the training for representatives to provide proper and ethical service to their customers.Edits - response to comments from owner - My complaint IS about the theft of your store stealing my frames, it has nothing to do with whether or not I choose to purchase frames from your store. It is a theft of my OWN frame - this is my complaint.

Horrible customer service. Degraded my younger sister and I by exclaiming the frames weren’t good for her face. Also commented on how we couldn’t afford the frames outside of the ones covered by insurance. Was in tears by the end of the appointment. Switch to garden city location so much better!!!

Very disappointed with my experience with Elite Eye Care. I was given incorrect information and the staff tried apologizing for it but the woman on the phone sounded annoyed. She wanted me to book an appointment for next month. I decided I wanted to try somewhere new so I mentioned that and she then hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone. Stay away!Edit- I just spoke to the owner who was very apologetic and tried to right the situation. I appreciate her giving me a call and she was generous in her offer but I will still be taking my business elsewhere.

Customer services horrendous. not happy with the glasses made wasted money recut the lens with the same anti glare and still get a blue streak at night. Thank God my insurance worked with me and I had knew frames and lens made at another eye care center at no charge. Nicole was rude the place as gone down hill. Never will I go again. Live and learn. This was not Canton it was Garden City stay far away they have lost it Elite Eye Care.

Extremely slow receiving glasses orderedHave had brand new lenses actually leak fluid INSIDE the lens, 2 week setback -Optometrist wrote an extremely inaccurate prescription which killed ANOTHER 2 weeks. Fortuitously had a previous prescription to go byVERY VERY limited selectionBeing nice and polite only goes so far

I went there on July 3rd 2018 and it is by far the best eye Dr Ive ever been to. Helpful polite staff. Very professional neatly organized place. 2 thumbs up

The staff is extremely helpful. There is a woman, I think her name is Sarah, well I gotta say she is the best at making really helpful suggestions & gently guiding you into exactly the perfect frame for your face. Believe me this place goes above and beyond in my opinion!!

They dont follow their own hours that are listed on their website and on their phone system. I arrived at 5:20 to pick up glasses and the building is closed. Supposed to be open till 7pm today. Very unprofessional and a waste of time! Drove 30 min for nothing absolutely ridiculous!

Things have deteriorated over the years. Elite has failed to fill an eyeglass order from May11th. Different answer every time I call.

Eye doctor was excellent but office staff was less then friendly - acted as if I was a bother to have to help, Wife called to confirm appointment time and was told wrong time because they didnt check the appointment book, therefore I was 15 minutes late.

Walked in the store and had to listen to horribly racist comments from a store employee. Unprofessional.

Gave me the wrong prescription 4 times refused to take the time to get my prescription correct... Tried to SCAM me over $500 for one pair of glasses

Stopped to have two pairs of glasses straightened and I cant believe how helpful and friendly they were. I would recommend Elite Eye Care to anyone.

Such a rubbish customer service by staffs ..I been waiting for my brother glasses and given rubbish answer every time ..already paid money by us and insurance company ..more than 20 days ..tomorrow I am going for my refund ...than will never come back to your store ..not happy .. before the time there telephone services says close now .. now time is 5:30 pm and time for closing is 6 pm ...rubbish
