I am giving this 3 stars ONLY because the understaffed crew was very nice and professional while seeming to be under duress. BUT This place was really sketchy and dirty. It freaked me out that they were going to take my blood. The waiting room had no one supervising it, so no one was cleaning it between clients. The floor had old wrappers and papers strewn on it. The check in kiosks were very dirty and had residue from something adhesive that had been removed but the residue had attracted dirt. The kiosk directions and onscreen directions were vague, but that’s minor to all the other ugh situations. To their credit, they did have a big container of hand sanitizer there which I wished I could have bathed in. After getting my blood drawn, they told me I had to give a urine sample, so the guy who was fixing the door lock there (that no one knew if they could sign off on) gave me explicit instructions on how to correctly open the bathroom door. I told them to come get me after 5 minutes if I didn’t exit. I did and I hope everyone after me knows how toopen that door.

Worst experience ever. My fertility doctor emailed me labs to get done and show to have my blood drawn. Mind you Ive done it this way before at the akron location and never had issues. This time they refused to draw blood, said they needed actual paper. I asked if they could print it off for me. The lady said they didnt have a wifi printer. I said I could send it through email. She said they were not allowed. I had a breakdown. I was irate. Never was this stated to me. Otherwise I wouldnt have wasted my own time! When its about my fertility. They told me I could go to office max and come back. If I didnt have a time frame I would do that. I yelled this is my last chance and you guys cant help. A lady came in and said Im gonna have to ask you to leave if you cant calm down. I said well I have to leave anyway, you cant help me Ive never met such selfish, rude, non helpful nurses in my life. Find a new profession. Or at least state in your quest diagnostic policies you need actual paper in 2021 and dont do things digitally or help patients.

My dr sent me there for a blood test yesterday. I asked when I left how long until the results would be in. The lady was nasty & snapped, 24 hrs! Well, were at 28 hrs & my dr still doesnt have them! Guess you have to be getting a drug test for quick results!

Maybe dont list your hours as open until 4:30 if you arent going to actually do any orders after 4. Asked to wear a mask in the facility but they couldnt provide me with one and I dont carry them with me anymore. Employee was very rude to both me and the senior citizens that had walked in right before me. She pushed a paper in their face and said they needed to download the app and make an appointment and come back another day even though the doctors upstairs had just asked them to go today. Neither of them even had a smartphone and when they tried to mention that the woman slammed the door to the back in their face.

I went to Quest diagnostics on Hills and Dales in Canton, Ohio. I have been going to this location for almost 20 yrs due to its proximity to my doctors office.Today was the worst experience I have ever had. Janelle was rude, condescending, and incompetent. I had never been treated this poorly before, so I asked if she was new. She said she had been working for this company for 14 years. She stuck the needle in and proceeded to move it around looking for the vein. Finally she gave up.

Very rude. I had a question so I tried to ask the lady behind the glass and she looked right at me and ignored me so I knocked on the window and they got super mad and threw the door open and asked what I wanted very rudely. I was bringing my grandmother to get bloodwork and unfortunately she did not have a mask so I asked for one for her and they rudely told me they wouldnt give me one for her. I work in healthcare and we have been told that anyone who does not have a mask or would like one gets one. Very unprofessional. Dont require masks if your unwilling to give them to people who may not have one.

They are rude. Treat you like a number. Purposely withdrew blood from a vein near a tendon to inflict discomfort. Go.somewhere else!!!

Their billing department is a JOKE. Their account numbers are 9 digit long. I accidentally added a number to make 10. Since the payment was ELECTRONIC pay that Quest set up with Huntington, the payment SHOULD have of been rejected. But they have a new system and dont know how to use it apparently.

I was there Friday and personnel was not friendly. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. On Tuesday Aultman Oncology had did not receive the results!! I will contact insurance to complain as well. Never going back!!
