Ive been going to this place for atleat 18 years. Miss Morrison really messed me up and it wasnt my business to know that her child is seeing a counselor she found out of the yellow pages. I havent developed a rapport with any of the doctors over this time because they dont care. Virgil is the only person they have going for them and hes better than any doctor in the building. I told my physiotherapist about my experience and she advised me to find a new doctor. I will never step foot back into this place

Dr. Todd spends quality time with each patient, and a nurse I understand and want that in a practitioner. Her staff has it running smoothly. Her practice has grown with the addition of 2 Nurse Practitioners who complement Dr. Todd. Drs/PA are made to assess patients in very little time.I had a tele med visit today and it was thorough and I felt very cared for.

Worst doctor office you can go to! Doctors seen ok but office Personnel are the worst! Can’t or won’t do their jobs! No help! Liars! Say they do something but don’t! If you can see another doctors group I would highly recommend it! Save yourself a lot of trouble!

Was a patron of this medical office for many years. Since being absorbed by Northside it has morphed into your average (at best) lackluster operation. Not a symphony of well oiled parts, more of a dysfunctional Left-Hand being polar opposite or oblivious to the Right-Hand. I will try to find a smaller, more cohesive office. Wish me luck, compassionate & competent practices are golden unicorns these days.

DOCTORS MAY BE OK, BUT BUSINESS OFFICE: NOT SO MUCH. It has been over three months since a visit and they STILL have not properly applied insurance discounts nor payments. They continue to send statements for a ridiculous amount and ignore my proof of contract Medicare & Medicaid cost and discounts as well as proof of payment thereof.Maybe this has something to do with education level of office personnel.Maybe has to do with attitude. Either one is unacceptable.RUN dont WALK to another medical facility.

Dr Lakisaha Blair-watson, is an incompetent physician, no bed side manner, lackes the skills even to treat a fairly under control Dietetic, yet has the gal to claim she can both on printed material and website. I WOULD STEER CLEAR of her. It is sad in this world that people like her are allowed to practice.Its sad , now ther rest of the staff at Medical associates were great, so its sad they have such a bad apple in the group.So I would if you need a good Physician avoid this group. It truly makes me sad to have to post this but hopefully it will keep other from making the same mistake I did, and believing just because someone has a medical degree they are fit to help others

On hold on 20 minutes on Tuesday and no one answered, on hold today for 5 minutes and no one answered. Why dont they let the people sitting at the lab desk answer the phone. They appear to have time to talk to other employees walking by and each other. I am trying to find out why no one has called about my husbands medication. Phone service is bad and the office manager needs to fix it today.

Attempt to refill a prescription has been difficult, getting a response from my PCP has taken 2 days... a simple process.. and the staff , nurses have been rude and condescending with no concern for patient needs.. I will have to call again tomorrow just to try and get a simple prescription sent.. very sad.. this gives nurses and doctors a bad image, but not all are this incompetent.

Apparently, this medical group only wants to make your medical care streamlined and beneficial if you have the “right” kind of medical insurance. First they wouldn’t file claims on my behalf which is fine, I could pay as a cash patient and file on my own. Now, they won’t draw my labs on premises and want me to go to the hospital for them. No explanation outside of that’s their policy now.Great patient care guys!!! Not

I have had great experiences with this practice. My mom is a patient of Dr. Morris and we love her. Dad sees Dr. Bruni and was very impressed with him. We have not had any long wait times, but understand that sometimes it can’t be avoided. Would highly recommend both of these physicians!

I have nothing but high praises for this facility. It is like a one-stop shop for most of my medical needs. My doctor is Catherine Morris. She is outstanding & one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She explains everything to me thoroughly. I am also very impressed that whenever I call, I can ALWAYS get a real nurse on the phone. If I need medical advice from Dr. Morris, the nurses get back to me very quickly with a response from her. My husband also uses Dr. Morris as his Primary doctor & he is very impressed & pleased with her.

My wife has been seeing Dr Label for sometime, her medicine was running out so she notified pharmacy well in advance so they could contact doctor to get prescription renewed. A week by and found out the pharmacy had attempted to contact them up to four times with no response, my wife called them the next Monday they gave no response as to why they hadnt contacted pharmacy and then told her that everytime they tried to send it they would get a busy signal. Come to found out they had problems with their phone line but still not trying to do anything about getting a prescription to the pharmacy, just making excuses. On Tuesday my wife talks to them and they say they will have a hard copy we can pick up, my wife tells them that I will pick it up between 11 and 12. I get there it is not up front and they go back to check on it they tell me everyone is at lunch and wont be back until 12:45. I told them this was unacceptable and explain to them my wife was out of her medicine and all the time that nobody was doing anything to resolve it. Finally they come out and tell me they are going to call in and Im thinking why didnt you do this yesterday? They call me wife and tell her the same and all they could say was they were sorry.Well Dr Label and staff guess what you just lost a patient!!! The handling of this was the most unprofessional and uncaring care that a patient should not have to experience. So my advice to anyone do not go here.

Dr. William Early treated me with kindness and patience. I really felt important. His staff responded to me with professionalism and sincerity. I highly recommend his practice. My appointment was at 2pm I was seen at 2:05pm. 5 stars!

Excellent every time. Dr. Early is very caring and thorough. He always calls personally to give me the updates on any test. He is very encouraging and easy to speak with. I have been going to him as my primary care physician for 4 years now.

Wanda Coleman and Yvonne Atkins are extremely unprofessional, rude and impolite! My daughter had an appointment time of 10:45 and we called because we were running late. We were told to be there by11:00 My daughter walked in at 11:00 was seated by Wanda. Then out comes Yvonne saying that she had put my daughter in as a no-show because she had checked in at 11:06 but Cathy said 11:03. Clearly someone is being dishonest because my daughter walked in at 11:00. Clearly, these ladies have personal issues with me and has decided to take it out on my daughter. And they have caller ID and knew l was calling from my car and hung up on me. I watched it all from the car. Dr. Blair-Watson is an incredible doctor but that front desk houses the nastiest people in a professional setting EVER! After my treatment is complete I’m never walking a foot into this office ever again!! I’ll wait for Dr. Blair-Watson to practice elsewhere!

LAB tech, Latasha, is wonderful! I get apprehensive around needles but she greeted me warmly and drew 3 viles of blood before I knew she’d started. I’ve never been able to say this but it was an enjoyable lab visit. What a pleasant surprise!

I have been seeing Dr. Turner for many years off and on. Off only because of insurance changes. He has always taken amazing care of me and my family. Was so glad when my insurance changed and I could go back to him. He really cares about his patience! He still sees some of my adult children as well. He was their doctor all through their growing up.I really like that he has the desire to get to the root of an issue instead of just giving a prescription or just blowing you off as if what you are dealing with is not big deal. I would recommend him and his nurses to ANYONE!

Everyone I interacted with at Medical Associates today was friendly and helpful. Insurance change has brought me back to MA and Im very happy to have Dr. Casey Turner as my Primary Care Physician again. Dr Turner is the best doctor I have ever had.

Sorry for the super long post, but here was my experience & it was very detailed: I wouldnt rate any stars if given an option.I went 2 weeks ago for the first time to see Dr Nonna Livits, after just moving here from out of town. I was not impressed from the moment I walked in the office. I was given my paperwork to fill out & I sat down to fill it out. I could hear someone being trained behind me & heard them talking about me right before they called me up to get my insurance card & license. I told them just a minute because I was just in the middle of writing something... They then called me again, only a little more rudely.I got to the room, the nurse got my medical history from me, asked me every question from the questionnaire I spent 15 min filling out, which annoyed me. She left, then Dr. Livits came in 10 min later. I had a lot of things I needed to cover with her since I just moved to town & needed to handle some things... She asked me about my medications & then asked me a very personal question about why I wasnt talking something specific & became very judgemental when I answered her. I definitely didnt appreciate that with someone I dont know.Then, we briefly spoke about a consult to a couple of specialists before she then turned to my weight. I am a bit over weight, but didnt think it was appropriate to focus so much of the appointment on my weight when I never brought it up...I found this rude & again very judgemental.She then ordered blood work & insisted on running my cholesterol. I went to the lab for my blood work. The lab tech was rude. I didnt plan to have blood drawn so I didnt drink anything that morning. I let her know that I was a hard stick & didnt drink water... She then told me in a condescending time that I should always come in prepared for blood work. They only focused on giving me my cholesterol results & not the original reason Dr. Livits pulled blood.I had my follow-up today... They had no idea why I was being seen for my follow-up appointment. Dr. Livits again brought up my weight, which wasnt why I was there. So irritating! I plan to look for a new PCP.

This place is a joke. Nurses rarely answer the nurse help line and my doctor diagnosed me with a cold when I actually had the flu. Get a second opinion! Also the wait times are longer than average here. My time is valuable, I have a job, I will not wait an hour plus like the last three times Ive been here. Time for a new doctor.

AVOID!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! You couldnt find worse medical care. There are much better physicians in canton to go to that actually provide good care.I saw Dr. Morris she seemed to be in a rush. The appointment lasted about 10 minutes and in that time she proceeded to tell me that I should not be on the medicines that I was on. She then told me that those medications are not meant for what I am taking them for. After this I told her that these decisions were made by a highly respected Endocrinologist and I spoke with him at length about the treatment plan before it began. Dr. Morris then got very defensive and told me that he was wrong and that she was going to treat it a different way that I didnt need a specialist. The treatment plan she introduced I shared with my previous Endo, he basically said she was a quack and to give her his information to contact him immediately, which she would not do. Apparently what she was trying to do is extremely dangerous, and she was completely wrong about my medications. The next day I brought her all of my records and treatment plans because they wouldnt request them from my doctor. If I had gone along with her recommendations the damage would have been irreversible. So needless to say I turned it down and told her I would find a new physician. I tried to leave a complaint with the office manager for over a month to no avail. He would not return my calls. I finally got him on the phone and he told me to shut up and that she was some world renowned doctor. On top of all this they sent my detailed medical bill to a family member that used to also go to this facility, addressed to them with my name and all of my information on it. I just hope they didnt also send my information to some stranger. I have since filed a complaint with the medical board and a HIPAA violation complaint. This doesnt even include the unorganized, disrespectful, uncaring office personnel. I dont know what happened to this place but it used to be wonderful care provided by brilliant medical professionals but is now a joke.

I only give it one star because I think Dr. Early seems like a pretty smart guy, although he is arrogant and acts as if hes better than anyone else. A lot of people are like that though right? My son has had stomach problems and I feel like they are just half treating it, never a full explanation on why the meds or what they do, I have to count on the internet for that. Dr. Earlys in office nurse is awesome, but the women on the nurses line are some of the most unprofessional rude women Ive ever had the courtesy of dealing with. Yes, I am an anxious mother who just wants her kid to feel better, and Im a finance person, not a doctor so I count on them to guide me, but our family feels as though this practice is too busy and not staffed to the professional capacity to provide care even for my adult children. I got a personal phone call from Dr. Early, just to tell me he would not write a note for my son, the nurse could have told me that in one of the ten phone calls I had to make in the last 48 hours to them, but each time its something different they have to do, and the way they speak to you makes you feel like you are bothering them and if you dont understand it, youre treated like a moron. I really had high hopes as the referral for him was a credible source, but life is to short to be treated like a nobody by the people you count on to take care of you. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common theme in health care now and days, understaffed and overcharge everyone. BTW, each visit hes had to wait no less than one and a half hours to see the doctor, so dont let these reviews about 5 minute service fool you. Its all a big lie...

Dr. Blairs staff dropped the ball on communication, lied about it and then called me the day of my appointment to male me reschedule. Her staff also lied about my medical records to me. Then Dr. Blair proceeded to raise her voice at me and talk down to me. I wouldnt recommend them to treat a rat.

Was very disappointed when I went to see Dr Bruni, I had some bad blood work and it was done in September and I just went for a approval for surgery and he just told me about it yesterday, just think if I hadnt gone back for 6 months, I would not known about trying to improve on some much needed blood tests, what has happened to the medical professional, too many patients and not enough communication with patients.

Had not been to Medical Associates in several years. I was surprised to be greeted by an unfriendly staff. I waited for over an hour to see the doctor for an 8:00 appointment. When the bill arrived I was shocked to see they were billing me for over $400, just for the office visit.Medical Associates of NG is not the same office they were three years ago! The original doctors sold the practice to Northside Hospital and now say they are no longer a doctors office, but an outpatient clinic for Northside. It seems they code patients with insurance with a higher code to make up for government changes to the insurance industry. In my opinion their billing practice borderlines on theft.

This practice is not very patient friendly.....I was referred to Dr. Rossrucker from my PCP for sleep. I have had insomnia for over 20 yrs and take Ambien 10mg. He didnt feel comfortable prescribing that so he sent me to her. She didnt want to either, she wanted a 2 week sleep log, which was fine I complied with that. She also told me that I need to do cognative behavoral therapy for sleep. That I should take meds to knock me out (uh thats the point) she told me to take the alarm clock out of the room, think sleepy thoughts. What a load of bull. I am very aware of CBT, my son is autistic. I have tried everything. Just my new PCP didnt want to give me the meds I need. Then she wanted a resting metabolic rate test, so I did that. then she wanted an at home sleep study, done. After doing the resting metabolic rate test, she sent me a letter stating I need to take in 800 calories to lose weight. First of all, I did not go to her to lose weight. Second of all, she never got to know me. Had she asked questions, she would have found out that I have a plate in my neck, suffer from chronic constant pain, severe migraines, have had a hysterectomy and many other issues that contribute to my insomnia. I dont take narcotics, I just want to sleep. I did everything she asked. On my visit to review the results of the sleep study, she said everything is fine, I could have told her that. She said, you just have insomnia. she named two medications that she suggested I try, rozeram (she didnt even know how to spell it or pronounce it which tells me she knows squat) and Sonata. I asked her if she was going to prescribe either one. she said no, I dont prescribe medicines for sleep. My family members and friends have not had good experiences. Well that just made me mad. After all that, she wasted my time, and money. Seriously.??? she said to do another sleep log and come back in 3 months.....yea right. I will not be back. As a doctor she took an oath to first do no harm well she did me harm, by trying to impose her personal beliefs on me. She did not try to get to know me as her patient.Do not see this practice. I will be filing a complaint with the Georgia Medical Board.
