Extremely caring and pleasant staff. You can tell they genuinely care about giving you receiving the best possible treatment and experience. I highly recommend this dental office. I would not recommend this place to anyone who does not have time for several visits, who would like to pay a reasonable price, and who expects understanding staff and dentists.First, I was lied to on the phone when scheduling the appointment. I was told it was for a checkup and cleaning which is commonplace in every practice I’ve been to. The price of almost $275 seemed reasonable for a check up, cleaning, and X-rays, unfortunately, that’s not what I got.My husband accompanied me to the dentist because I have had some terrible experiences which can lead to anxiety and panic attacks. When I asked if he could go back to the exam room with me I was told no due to COVID. This was very interesting to me since the FRONT DESK ATTENDANT WAS NOT EVEN WEARING A MASK. I was also told that this $275 visit would not include a cleaning like I was told. It was literally for X-rays and for the dentist to look at my teeth for the 10-15 minutes an exam usually takes.Then I was told that because I displayed signs of anxiety I would not be able to be seen by the dentist. Mind you, my anxiety manifests itself in my eyes tearing up and shaky hands. I was not screaming at staff. I did not need to be held down. I was not uncontrollably sobbing. I wasn’t doing anything that would keep the doctor from seeing me. It’s embarrassing enough being an adult with anxiety about the dentist. It’s absolutely humiliating to have the dentist be completely judgmental and inconsiderate.I would not recommend this place to anyone who has a busy work schedule and cannot do several visits or anyone who likes a staff that will treat you like a human.

Dr Ragu and his staff are simply the best! Friendly, caring, honest and great at what they do, my family gives them the highest recommendation...even my 95 year old mom!

This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to in my whole life.dr. Raghu is super friendly and sweet he understands when youre nervous hes just great I will never go anywhere else. My kids go there and they love them as well,theyre super nice and gentle with them. The dentist and his staff are just excellent.

I had a scaling and root planning and was very nervous. Hate going to the dentist but Dr. Ragunanthan did great. Made me less stressed and nothing hurt.

I received a phone call to make an appointment the lady who answered was extremely rude the entire call and when I asked for a higher up or a manager she dodged the question multiple times and when I asked why she was being rude she threatened to deny me service out right I have never seen such a display of unprofessionalism in my entire career of management the lady I talk to her name was Cheryl I haven’t even gone there yet I feel like it’s the most dodgiest Dentist everLike I get it you got stuff going on you’re outside life but don’t take it out on customers unprofessional

Dr Ragu......is absolutely fabulous, same goes for the whole staff. From kindness at the front desk to humor in the chair, I would certainly recommend this practice to anyone. Dr and staff get appointments in quickly, and certainly make sure the patient has ample time with them to ask any questions and discuss concerns. Also, as far as any sort of painful procedure, Dr Ragu knocks it out of the park with his knowledge on anesthetics, and care for the patient, leaving his patients walking out happy and pain free from the start.

After finding out what insurance I have they Said they werent taking any new patients.

Dr. Troxler is a very gentle dentist and has always been very pleasant and nice. Of all the dentists Ive seen in my life he is my favorite!

Dr.Jeremy Troxler was very rude and nasty I wouldnt refer anyone to him today i got up out of his chair an walked out of their office I never wanted to see him in the first place thought i was making an appointment with the Dr pictured on this website.Hes was very unprofessional stated to me that he had other patients to see an that we were wasting time explaining to me the procedures that i needed to have done.Im pretty sure thats what he gets paid to do if u make an appointment with this office i would prefer to see Dr.Raganathun if I were you seriously.
