I highly recommend this place. Ive been to this place for years, they changed hands a couple years ago and now everyone is super friendly and willing to help their patients. I was just in for a complication with my tooth and Dr. Zaki was amazing. He really cared for my situation and was even willing to take time out of his busy schedule to do 2 procedures instead of the one I made the appointment for. His assistant, Rovi was also very friendly and helpful. Shawna, at the front desk was even kind enough to help me with my budget. Jessica at the front desk was also very welcoming. I appreciated everyone who made my experience here wonderful and comfortable.

I have only been to this office once so far for a consultation and I was extremely pleased. Jessica (I believe she is the receptionist/ biller) was extremely friendly, helpful, understanding, and caring. I had never met someone so willing to help me through this very traumatic time. I havent had any work completed yet however from my initial visit I was put right at ease (which is difficult for me because of past dental experiences which have caused me to HATE going to the dentist) I have no doubt they actually care and will do everything in their power to help me out. Thank you for being so wonderful.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a dentist. They told me they were able to extract a baby tooth that was impacted, but they were not able to extract it properly. The dentist ignored me when I told him I could feel it and it was causing me pain as he was pulling it. He said there were roots left of my tooth in my gum and started cutting into my gums without doing further x-rays to make sure what he was doing or explaining anything to me. He argued with me when I told him he was hurting me. I asked him what he was doing when he started cutting into my gums and he told me not to worry about it. Cut me up for nothing as he still couldn’t get the roots of my tooth out. Gave me stitches and referred me somewhere else. Had absolutely no clue what he was doing. He should never have pulled the tooth in the first place if he was unable to do it safely.

Assisted a family member some time ago on a visit here. Was assisted by Alam/Alan and he was quite helpful in giving her best practice tips and suggestions on better oral care and health. He invited us to return to this location. We sure will. Thanks Sir!!!

I highly recommend Smile Zone Dental. I had a teeth cleaning and the dental hygienist Karen was awesome. She was very through and took her time with my cleaning. She was very patient and answered all my questions. Great experience!!

I had not been to a dentist in a long while. When I finally went, I went here. I was extremely nervous because I didn’t know the condition my teeth were in. I also have fairly bad anxiety. All of the staff was very kind and kept me calm. They asked how I was doing many times to be sure I was alright.Unlike most dentists with a TV in the room, they ask their patients what they want to watch. They did everything in their power to be sure I was comfortable because they understand how stressful appointments can be on patients; Especially if the patient needs serious dental work.I needed a large number of fillings in my teeth. They informed me what caused the cavities between my teeth. They even showed me a more effective way to floss compared to what I had been doing. With their suggestions, instructions, and support, my mouth is much healthier than it has been in years. Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable and could answer any question I asked without hesitation.Lastly, they are very affordable. I struggled to find a dentist who takes my insurance. I came to find out they take my insurance and offer payment plans for people who can’t afford it. They put their patients before everything else.

As of right now I have no complaints. My visit this afternoon was entirely pleasant. The staff are kind, understanding, and super helpful. The dentist was also super nice and didnt make me feel uncomfortable at all. Its nice to have FINALLY found an office super close to home that actually accepts my insurance.

Had my 6mth cleaning with the pandemic. Prompt and quick service as soon as I came in had my temp. checked and filled out a questionnaire. Clean and prompt service. Didnt have to wait in the waiting room I was taken right back to my room. My dental hygienist always makes me feel comfortable and I enjoy coming to the dentist every 6mths. Always have a great experience here. I will keep coming back!

I had such a wonderful experience at Smile Zone Dental, from the dental assistant to the hygienist and dentist. My hygienist really made my experience excellent! She was gentle and very professional, also explained all my questions throughly and took her time with my cleaning and educated me on electric tooth brushes and teeth whitening. She was compassionate and caring with the cleaning and even the X rays, I was very comfortable. The Dentist was professional and didn’t push any treatments on me for anything I wouldn’t need. I actually can’t wait to go back and get another cleaning from the friendly office staff, and a check up!

I’ve been a patient here for 9 years even though it wasn’t always at the current location. One thing that hasn’t changed is the quality of my cleanings. Karen is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She is sensitive of my needs/fears and very accommodating. The doctors are professional and do not try to sell me on anything that I absolutely don’t need and will advise if waiting another 6 months is a viable option. I do not have insurance so take advantage of the insurance that they offer.

This place is flat out AMAZING! The second that you walk into the office you can feel the positive energy filled with amazing employees who work very hard and are some of the nicest people I’ve encountered in years! They are quick to get you in to see the dentist, especially if you’re having an emergency problem then they’ll do everything that they can do to ensure that you’re not suffering from tooth pain as they know how painful that is to deal with an emergency tooth problem. This is my go to dentistry for as long as possible! Thank you to the kind, thoughtful, generous, caring, helpful employees who make this dentist office one that you want to go to! I felt embarrassed about my situation as I was crying and hyperventilating and they were judgement free while making me feel better by reassuring me that it’s nothing that they haven’t seen before! All around great! The dentists and hygienist Karen always go out of their way to ensure Im comfortable and satisfied with their work. Office manager Julia is always very friendly and helpful reviewing my insurance coverage and flexible scheduling appointments. Office is always clean and neat. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ekbatani (Dr. E) has done an extraction and has filled a few cavities of mine. She not only does exceptional work but goes above and beyond in making sure I feel completely comfortable during any procedure. She is so kind, gentle, and always lets me know what she’s doing so that I don’t get any surprises.The entire office staff, assistants, and hygienist are always super friendly and helpful as well in making sure I have a great experience here. My first time coming here, Julie was great at explaining what I need done and laying out all my options for me. They show me what is important that I get done and don’t try telling me I need unnecessary things just for the money like some places that I’ve been to. So happy I found them. They do a great job at my wisdom teeth and cleaning. I’m naturally really tense for any teeth pulling but they helped me through it. 100% they always do such a good job at what they do and the front desk people are always so nice !

I hadnt been to the dentist in 3 years before yesterday. Mainly due to my mothers lack of taking me, but also because Ive always been extremely scared of dentists. My aunt recommended this place to me when I moved in with her. The office staff was extremely kind, and the dentists are really gentle and caring as well. When I came in, I was crying because I was so scared. They helped me calm down and feel as comfortable as possible and even made me laugh. Dr. Ekabetani (i think thats how you spell her name) is the new dentist there. She made sure that I felt no pain what so ever and constantly asked me if I was okay throughout the whole fillings procedure (i had 3 done). Thank you so much for being so kind, helpful, and caring. I highly recommend this dentist office if youre located in the area!

This office was recently bought out by another doctor. The office is now renamed from Brite Dental to Smile Zone Dental. It has become amazing since its been remodeled and under the new management/doctor. Its a very clean office, with caring and friendly staff.The hygienist is very gentle and thorough, and Doctor E. is very knowledgeable and caring.I feel I am finally in the right hands again. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. I was very impressed how they are handling the covid-19 issue. They added new precautionary measures in and made me feel very comfortable with being there and getting my teeth cleaned. Everytime I have gone there they are quick and efficient. I’ve had an exceptional experience every time I’ve visited. Dr. E was very knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. Huge improvement from my previous dentist.

Alam and Dr. Knio did a great job on my Bridge Prep today. I have also had other procedures done in the office and everyone is great! The in house doctors make sure I am comfortable and have an enjoyable visit each time; highly recommended.

Dr. E was a joy to be around. She diagnosed an ongoing issue that 3 other dentists I had tried couldnt fix and she was very patient in explaining the procedure and educating me the entire time. Its hard to find people with this passion in the industry nowadays. Definitely recommend this clinic.

What a horrible place! Staff is more worried about getting out of there after last patient then quality care for the patient. Daughter had second option from her old dentist and he only found 3 instead of 8 that needed treated. And 2 of those 3 werent even on the list of 8. Save your money and find a trustworthy dentist.

This office accounting department is in desperate need of overhaul. After a year and 3 months I was contacted about an outstanding bill. Having gone to other appointments here, I should of been told then and not randomly a year 3 mouths plus later. They had plenty of chances to notify and get this out standing debt settled.
