Worst dental care I have ever received. They pulled my tooth and was only given Tylenol to help with the horrible pain my mouth that would not stop bleeding for hours and hours after. I called several times to be ignored by the doctor as I was in tears from my mouth. I ended up needing to go to an emergency dentist who couldn’t believe the way they blew it off when I have a bleeding disorder. Seriously no reason I should of had to deal with the pain or the bleeding.Also, the rude lady at the front desk had a problem with my one year old daughter reading a book quietly on the floor she told the doctor that her and my babysitter needed to wait outside because now she was going to have clean up the waiting room. They took over an hour to pull a tooth that took 15 minutes. They had my child wait in the car. The worst care I have ever gotten my whole family will never longer be patients there.

Beware of deception with this Dental office. My family went here for a year before we received a bill that the insurance company wasnt paying anything and was denying all claims from a dentist that was not in network. His office never sent a bill, continued to schedule us and delayed all communications regarding billing. Attempted to offer to pay out of pocket for the 1st appointment for each of us and although Sedon admits to this being his on his office and lack of staff, he continued to inflate the number he felt fair after a year of never receiving a bill.

Clean office, pleasant staff, and awesome dentists -- I love going. I had just moved here, and lost a filling. They worked me in, even though I had never been there before, and took excellent care of my tooth. I wouldnt go anywhere else! I have been very pleased with every visit here.

My sister went into get her minor cavity filled by Dr. Len and somehow he didnt look at xrays before fixing her cavities?! My sisters ear was numb and the following day she had fluid coming out of the ear for a couple days and since then, she hasnt been able to even brush the tooth that he apparently tried to fix because everytime she tries to brush or floss it, she is in a lot of pain. Really scares me. Will never be going back.

I love this doctor hes the best ever he gave me hope hes very good I will not go nowhere else !

Have a hard time getting through to the office, the phone constantly rings. Needed to get my own referral due to two of the Drs Dr Sedon gave me was out of network and the third was a 4 month wait. When gave the name of the dr I found to the young lady at the desk of Dr Sedons office told me an issue they have had in the past with the dr I told her that I am ok with it, she said she would get the referral sent over. I went to the Dr I found to find out they did not send anything over, and I lost a days pay. When I talked to Dr Sedon about this issue he did not care that I wasted my time and lost wages said it wasnt his problem and said he will not referral to this dr. He has a couple in Akron and Cleveland if I wanted to travel.
