I take both of my kids, 5yrs and just under 2yrs and I am so happy with Nia Family Dentistry. ALL of the staff are incredibly sweet and so good with the kids. They never have an issue clarifying or answering any of my questions (something I have had issues with at other pediatric dentists). I definitely recommend bringing your kids to this practice.

Dentist appointments don’t always play out smoothly but this past Tuesday was fantastic. The assistant Citlali and Dr. Dixit took such great care of my granddaughter that she loves the dentist now. No tears just bright smiles all the way home.

Our family relocated from Colorado and we were in search of a new pediatric office. They were all so sweet and caring to my boys. We thought it was going to be difficult to find an office we like with a reasonable self pay price. We are beyond thrilled we found Nia!

This is the 2nd cleaning my 3yr old twins had, both times the staff was very friendly and kept the boys calm and relaxed throughout the appointment. I definitely would recommend to any parent.

It was our first time visiting the dentist for my five year old. Our experience was great, Ms. Holland did great with my son she made it easy for him and he was comfortable the whole time. She does know how to work with kids base on my observation with my child 🥰 and Dr. Laura was nice and sweet to us. Over all the Staff who helped us all around was a great experience for us! Horrible dentist they. They actually told me they accepted my insurance then months later bill me. They tried to overcharge me also to the point I had to get my insurance company and them in a call together. Once insurance explained to them they were wrong they got mad and hung up the phone. Would never deal with them even the new dentist was like what did they do to her tooth. I would not recommend them unless u like shabby work and being ripped off.

Nia Dentistry are very professional, friendly and have a warm welcoming staff. They are always so sweet and kind to all my children. We have been coming here since my children were infants. I’d choose no other place and highly recommend this place!

If you are trying to make an appointment with doctor Azi Nia then just look elsewhere. After doing a fair amount of research, Dr. Azi Nia was recommended by my local moms group, I have taken my son there twice. The first time I set up an appointment with her last year was told the long waiting time for the appointment, which I didn’t mind as I have heard very good things about her. The appointment was 3/4 months out. I took my son in, after checking in and going in, another doctor came in that wasn’t Dr. Nia and was told she was in the office but she was busy taking care of another patient so she ended up checking on my son. Very disappointed , but I gave it another try. Beginning this year I called to set up another appointment for my son, still months out for the appointment with Dr. Nia and I was okay and I was very very clear about my experience about the previous time over the phone. I get there and same exactly experience, after doing a cleaning service, they had us wait about 30 minutes in the room and then was told “Dr. Nia is doing treatment to another patient, and we don’t know how long it could take” so they sent another doctor.Now I understand things happens, but this is a very unorganized business and seems that they just get in patients to collect money.Very disappointed, and we definitely aren’t going back.

The environment is very clean and friendly. The staff is warm, friendly and polite. This is the perfect place to be. My child loves this place. His face lights up the minute walk through those doors. Highly recommend this place. Please continue to provide excellent care. Thank you!

Best kids dentist hands down, been with them for 4 years they treat us like family. Although we live 2 hours away we will continue making the trip since we love them so much.

I am very dissatisfied. My daughter has been attending there for 4 years. I had her braces put on at 14. It cost me thousands etc.My upset is that I paid for new retainers. It was less then 4 days that she had them. She put it in her book bad and in the case. When she opened it she noticed that it was damaged.The retainer was DEFECTIVE. They refused to replace it, nor would they offer any discount for them, even though their product lasted only 3 days! I can not recommend them.

My first time visit I was very pleased with my daughter’s appointment. The entire staff was very patient with my daughter throughout her appointment. Dr. Azi was so sweet and energetic! The entire staff was very calming and made me feel better throughout the appointment. My daughter NEVER does well at any appointments!!!

From the front desk staff, to the tech, to the dentist, this place was AMAZING! Attentive, educational, so super friendly! Nia Pediatrics is the best dental care ever. Not only are they so kind, they are so quick and have changed my whole smile into something i love. Dr. Azi and Dr. Nia are the absolute best, thank you for making me so confident in my smile!!

I would have gave them 5 stars however, their wait time for an emergency dental surgery is almost a year out in the hospital setting. So if you’re wanting to have anything done that requires your child to be in a hospital setting, don’t go here. If it wasn’t for this I would have been very satisfied. Not only was the dental hygienist and the other ladies very very sweet, we came from a bad situation and really loved seeing smiling faces. The doctor on the other hand wasn’t as great, or patient as the hygienist was toward my daughter. What can you do, not everybody is a bowl of Cheerios in the morning.

From every experience we have had everyone is very professional and welcoming. Miss Tony is awesome she is patient, she answers EVERY question my daughter has and explains to her everything that is being done.

This was our first visit. The staff is extremely friendly and my kids loved the dentist. So glad we were referred here. We will definitely be back

Dr. Azi is phenomenal! She is by far the best dentist that I have ever experienced in my life. She makes the children so comfortable, and she really has a way with them. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know with children. I cannot give this place enough stars!

I brought my son to the Hollyspring location for a cleaning and everything was excellent! The front office was clean and smelled amazing. Dr. Dixit and Dr. Nia were both very information at his appointment. Look forward to starting braces with Dr. Nia next week!

Wonderful staff and they do a wonderful job of educating both the parents and patient. This has been great experience for my daughter she is not fearful of the dentist or orthodontist anymore.

My grand daughter loves seeing everyone at Nia! Shes been seen since she was a tiny mite and now that shes going on 9 and goes every 6 months she has never feared going to the dentist thanks to their friendly fun way of dealing with children! We love coming to Nia! My children are always so excited to come see Dr. Justin. This was our first appointment during the pandemic so I was a little concern how everything would go but they blew me away! They are taking all types of precautions to ensure the safely of their patients. The check in process was so smooth and easy from the car. The office is always so clean and smells good! They got my children back right away! I was able to enjoy some free time while I waited in the car. Once my daughter, Emma, was done with her cleaning and orthodontics consultation, Kristal came and got me. Kristal was amazing and we are so excited to start braces next week!

The Canton location is the best. Doc verified everything to her standards before extraction including medication which made me sit back n trust her to do her job!! Thanks Dr Laura.The Facebook messenger is very effective after hours Sara was amazing helped us get the prescription on time and she was very responsive...Good job team.Only thing was the ladies at the front some are very unwelcoming 😞 at least the one who checked me in looked like she was having a bad day.

Nia location in Canton is always amazing. My daughter is four and she is always comfortable coming in and it feels like the only patient there every time we have gone in. Yanira has always been the one to help us when we have come in and has been such a wonderful people person and great with my daughter! Definitely recommend this location. And hopefully you get the same helper.

Dr Azi was the kindest woman! She was very knowledgeable & fit us in very timely for a procedure for our 8 month old.

I have been bringing both of my kids here for the last 3 years. We absolutely love the office and all of the staff. Dr Nia and Dr Oz are fabulous with the kids. My daughter is autistic and they take their time with her and explain everything before touching her. We drive almost an hour an a half to get here.

They are very nice and explain everything in detail so you completely understand what is happening. They are very good with the kids as well.

I feel so happy to have found this dentist for my son, super nice and welcoming staff. I have been trying for my son to finish the dentist work he needs for the last couple of months and his previous dentist office which his been going forever couldn’t do it, my son would get extremely nervous, impatient and they wouldn’t let me go with him FYI (I will never go back to Perimiter Dentistry sandy springs) Dr Nia and I did not get her name were amazing with my son today. I love this dentist office the staff is amazing, theyre always friendly and happy to accommodate my schedule or work me in when I need. They even went out of their way to fit my oldest daughter in at the last minute. I wouldnt use another dentist office for my children, this place is the absolute best. I called earlier this morning because my son had a bump on his gum line. Our dentist could not get my son in until Labor weekend! The lady that took my call was so sweet and understanding. She could tell that I was very upset and frustrated. She told me to go ahead and come in. Dr. Justin and Yanira were so sweet and caring! We had to extracted the baby tooth same day! I was so scared because this would of been his first time getting treatment done. Dr. Justin was so kind to my son. Yanira give my son a tooth neckless for the tooth fairy! Will be coming back with my family.

My family had our first appointments this month and we could not say enough of good things about this practice. Everyone was very informative and patient. It was a smooth process from beginning to end. The hygienist carol was super gentle and friendly. Would recommend to everyone.

We LOVE this place! We met Ms Stephanie at Old Rope Mill a couple years ago and she invited us to come by for a complimentary checkup for my then h old daughter, and we saw her again out having breakfast and she remembered us and was so friendly, and when we bought our home we discovered that Nia was right by us so we came and it was such a positive experience. She was amazing with my kids and made us all feel welcome and comfortable. Today we came for my son to have a small filling and Ms Daphne assisted the doctor and my son was calm and did great. They finished quickly and for that I’m grateful. We’re so glad to have found this place to bring our kids.

We love Nia Pediatric Dentistry! The staff is very friendly and my 3-year-old is always excited to go see the dentist. My 1-year-old just had her first visit and did great! Stephanie, our hygienist, always helps my kids feel comfortable, explains what shes going to do and involves them in the process (letting them explore the tools, help mix toothpaste, etc.). She makes sure we always have a positive experience and I appreciate her so much. As a practice they provide great guidance and advice for parents as well. Were so glad we found this office!

My son has seen Dr. Nia for several years for dentistry. Today he saw Dr. Nia the orthodontist to measure for Invisalign. Consistent with his dental care, the orthodontic staff was friendly, professional, punctual, and informed. They made the decision for braces affordable and easy.

This was by far an amazing experience for my children. I have 2 kids who absolutely do not like getting their teeth cleaned. When we walked in we were greeted by a super friendly staff and a kid friendly/clean waiting room. After a short wait the kids were taken back for x-rays and cleanings. Again, the staff went above and beyond during their cleanings. Dr. Justin was phenomenal with each kid and put them at ease. Thank you Dr. Justin for creating an exceptional visit for my two kids!

The people that work at Nia are amazing! We started coming to them when my son was 18 months old. I was dreading the appointment but was blown away with how gentle and kid friendly they were. I took my 2 year old to Nia Dentistry for his first dentists appointment. I was blown away by their friendliness and cheery attitudes. I had fears of my son growing anxiety about the dentist from an early age, but I believe as long as we attend Nia Dentistry there is no need to worry about that.Andrea, the dental assistant, was such a bright and happy person with lots of helpful information for keeping up with my sons teeth, the dentist, Dr. Echols was very quick to come into the room (you know it gets annoying waiting hours for doctors/dentists to come into the room) and he was also very warm and welcoming. My son was hardly even upset the entire time we had his teeth checked. They were great! Once we were ready to check out, Erin was also amazing and sweet and did a wonderful job getting us squared away.Thank you Nia Dentistry for the terrific, kid friendly environment that youve created. I look forward to my sons next appointment, and would highly recommend this office to anyone!

I was not as pleased this time. We were not told before hand that we would have to wear a mask or that the parent has to wait in the car after the child goes back. Some of the kids had to wait in their car until they were ready for them. It wouldnt have been so bad but it was 94° outside and a.c. wasnt working very well. Had I been told when they called to confirm I could have driven another vehicle. So be prepared to wear masks and sit In your car.

Anslee had her first appointment here today and everything was great. They explained everything to her. She had a great experience! They are taking all precautions against COVID19 too and for that were very grateful! From the front desk, to the tech, to the hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was kind and informative. 10 stars!

Once again the good folks @ Nia have not disappointed!! My 5 yr old son went in for his first cavity (talk about having a sweet tooth!) and everything was great. The check-in was quick and easy, plus all the distractions for my children helped me be free to talk business. Once we got back to the room Dr. Justin and his assistant were the icing on this dental cake (sugar free of course). Their rapport with my son calmed his fear of what was about to happen and left me at ease that he was in good hands. Great place overall!

Just took my almost 2 year old for his first dental visit and i absolutely LOVE Nia. It’s a family practice, which i love also. Stephanie, the assistant, was more than patient and amazing with my son. Thank y’all so much for taking care of my baby! can’t wait to bring little brother once he gets teeth. Great experience. Have always had children’s dentist try to get me to spend money on things I didn’t feel like my kids needed. Here it was quick, easy, but still personal.

This facility was clean and the staff was professional and most were friendly. My son had to go in for a tooth extraction and he was nervous, as most kids would be, because this was the first time hes ever had to experience laughing gas or having his tooth pulled. The dental assistant called us back and told my son to get on the scale, so he taps it (because the one at home is like that) and then proceeds to step on it. She shortly tells him You dont have to tap it, just step on it. I remember thinking that was a little intense, but I let it go. She then told him he wiggled on it too much and needed to not move and just to step on it, when it didnt read correctly the first time. Then, we get into the room where she tells him to get in the chair. He climbs in, lays his head back and she plops the nose thing on him to begin sedating him. She didnt explain what she was doing, what he was breathing in, what it would make him feel...nothing. I had to ask her what it was for and how would it make him feel so that he would feel more comfortable. She then explained it like it was no big deal and he should know how its done. This continued as she used different tools for the procedure--nothing was explained, it was just done to him, which made him very uncomfortable. Her chairside manner, in my opinion, is completely unacceptable for children. She was knowledgeable and knew what she was doing, however, she never explained anything without my prompting and did not put him at ease. Several people came in and out of the room while we were in there, without introduction or acknowledgement that we were in there. Finally, the dentist comes in and I had no idea he was even the dentist. He didnt introduce himself to me or to my son. Ive seen all the good reviews, but its just not what we experienced, unfortunately. Again, the place was clean, the front office staff was friendly, the procedure was performed efficiently, but I did not appreciate the chairside manner, especially for this being his first time for a bigger procedure.

I have twin boys, age 6, both Autism. I was worried about starting a new dentist especially when one doesnt do well with major changes. They women were fantastic, they didnt get bothered by my sons walking into their space while I did the paperwork. They assured me he was fine. Moments like this always make me tense up. Then off to the cleanings and x Rays. Both did great. The women were all patient with them and not 1 meltdown, I was actually able to sit and watch for a change. Best visit ever. Very kid friendly environment. Love our new place.

Dr. Justin extracted a baby tooth that would not come out for my 7 year old daughter. She was super nervous and would not even let them put the nitrous mask on her. She had no idea that he had given her a numbing shot or even that the tooth had been pulled. Everyone from the office staff, dental assistants, and Dr. Justin were amazing!!

I have been coming here for the past 4 years for my cleanings, treatment and orthodontics. The staff is just beyond incredible all around! They make me feel welcome and at home. Unfortunately, I didn’t wear my retainers as told to and here I am back again with braces with Dr. Nia. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my smile!

My daughter has A LOT of anxiety about every aspect of the dentist! Every person here is incredibly patient and respectful, understanding that her fear is real. They do a great job of narrating every step with my daughter so that she knows exactly what to expect which helps tremendously!

I took my daughter in for a consultation for braces and left with a new dentist & her braces on. Nia makes you feel like they truly care about you from the time you walk in the door all the way up to the follow up & after care. Im not easy to sell and for the most part I am a pretty skeptical person but Nia made us feel so at home that now were wishing the whole family could go there and not just the minors lol!

We used to see Dr Azi, who is mostly in the East Cobb office now. We thought she was fantastic!Dr Justin is the new dentist, and I cant say enough good stuff about him! He has a calming presence and is knowledgeable. If there is something he doesnt know (in particular about a childs health), he will take time and look it up. He listened to my concerns, and I felt like the kids were in great hands.The staff is always great!

Wonderful staff, super patient and sweet with my two girls aged 2&4! Ms. Stephanie is as sweet as can be. My girls were nervous but she made them feel so comfortable and they were wonderful for their cleanings. Will definitely return and send all of my friends and family here.

The doctors and staff are always so wonderful. They always take the time to explain things clearly and to answer questions without ever making us feel rushed. Great quality work, caring people, and a comfortable office. I won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.
