Great place. Good parking. Friendly staff. No owls.Staff are not big fans of salt water taffy. No evidence of owls outside: nests or “owl balls.” Some crows. I could only conduct a limited survey of the interior. HIPPA! No live owls observed inside, owl calls heard while inside.Very prompt and thorough service. Hygienist hands not too big. No discussions of owls during cleaning - I didn’t have to ask, she just knew “don’t bring up owls.”Takes county insurance. No owl figurines or pictures.Much like eBay, I hope they leave a review for my teeth.

The dental team is very professional. They reviewed my status and came up with a short term solution. Dr. John is taking an engineering approach of reviewing the data and possibilities for a more long term solution. As a new patient, I found the staff very friendly and efficient.

Dr. Ash and his staff are amazing. They are very kind and attentive and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and in no pain when doing any dental procedures. New to town, we sought out Dr. Ash and his team for a second opinion on our 5 year old’s cavity diagnosis. We were able to get an appointment immediately. Instead of an aggressive plan for sedation through the hospital and extraction of multiple teeth (treatment plan of the former practice), Dr. Ash gave us choices and recommended a plan had our son’s best interest at the center. As a mom, I felt welcomed and heard. More importantly, our son had an enjoyable trip to the dentist! After our experience with Dr. Ash and his team, I made appointments for the whole family. Went in for a cleaning. Nancy is the most diligent hygienist! I really appreciated the time she took on my teeth. They asked if I was having any problems and I mentioned that it hurt to bite down on one of my back molars. They took immediate care and sure enough x-rays showed a problem area. Ive been a long time patient and its because of the great care I receive.

Im new to town and needed to get a new dentist went here and it wasnt to bad but when the payment came into play. They told me they called my insurance and that my insurance had no record of me. Which is a lie. So ash family dental gave me a bill for about $750. So long story short after got it all worked out. My insurance company told me that they have zero record of them even calling. Dont recommend ash family dental if they cant even make a phone call after I gave them all that they needed

Got my wisdom teeth out today, they were great as far as I know. I have no memory after my second dose of medicine but that is perfect. Paula talked with me & helped me be calm before hand as well. I called in today, after having some excruciating pain in a lower mohler, I called around to quite a few dentists in stark county to find a new one, and quick. Everybody was rude, short, or unwilling it seemed to get me seen today last minute for a quick emergency situation. I called down to Ash Family, and they were very polite on the phone, told me they could fit me on the schedule in a few hours so I left work and made my way there. Ive had many traumatic, extremely painful visits with various other dentist over the past few years. People with trash manners, unprofessional, list goes on. Brian ash and some of his staff today were very nice, honest, kind people, I couldnt have asked for a greater experience, I explained my situation to them and how Im feeling and they took great care of me with a super sensitive infected tooth. Literally oral pain is the worst possible pain to deal with and they found my solution, and I plan on working along with the Ash family on a game plan to get my teeth, smile, and health better than before. Huge thank you and shout out to you guys, you made my day today, and I finally feel comfortable going back in December for my next appointment. Having a phobia of going to the dentist is tough, and Im telling all of you google reviewers, If your like me, and are deathly afraid of dental work. With COVID running a muck, my usual 6 month cleaning was postponed from April until September so I was so looking forward to my visit, more than usual actually. The Staff at Dr. Ashs office is always so professional, courteous and friendly. My Hygienist had me cracking up and made me feel at ease as she cleaned my teeth. If you are new to the area and are looking for a Dentist, you cannot go wrong with Dr. Ash and his staff, if you have a choice... pick Nancy to be your Hygienist, you will not be disappointed.

Many people loathe a trip to the dentist; we actually look forward to it. (Sheesh! in fairness, the lure of a free toothbrush and those cute mini tubes of toothpaste are pretty irresistible!) Jon Ash and his team have a service culture that creates a visit into an experience. Okay...it is not Disney World, it is still the dentist, but you feel truly cared for by everyone throughout the visit. Its the small things; The front desk greets you by name and wait time (even during a global pandemic) is minimal! Once youre in the chair, care is delivered efficiently and enthusiastically. There are amenities to help calm those with dental jitters such as weighted warming blankets, headphones, bird feeders strategically placed outside the window at the foot of the chair, special sunglasses (my fav!) to minimize the bright work light, the right music playing (I was cleaned and polished to a great 80s mix!) and oh---did I mention the very best in modern dentistry. But wait, theres more! (said in an infomercial tone). Jon personally follows up with a call to make sure your procedure was satisfactory. In addition to family, numerous colleagues and neighbors have followed my recommendation to the ever popular, Hey, anyone know of a good dentist? Honorable mention; the practice is named Best Dental Practice in local ranking surveys. For these reasons, they truly earn the 5 star rating. Lisa Waite

Everyone that works there goes above and beyond to make your experience awesome and painless! I have had a few fillings and my wisdom teeth extraction here and on the same days of the office visits in the evenings I received a phone call from Dr Brian Ash himself checking on me and to see if I needed anything.The whole office is awesome.
