I don’t recommend this dentistry because of Dr. Basem. He is dishonest, greedy and should have his license canceled.Reason:My wife was complaining about pain in one of her side tooth. Dr. checked but couldn’t find anything. He suggested the tooth must get a root canal because it COULD have cracked from inside. Seriously, you want to do root canal on assumption. And, pulled the benefits and insurance sent the estimates. We were not convinced. We thought we should take advise from another doctor, and glad we did.Another doctor ran multiple tests and found the root cause. The root cause was wisdom tooth. Because of this wisdom tooth my wife was feeling pain in another tooth, this is known as reference pain and this was supposed to be removed not root canal the other GOOD one. Those tests were simple, it took just 5 mins. He used some compressed cool gas/liquid kind of thing and put that on wisdom tooth and my wife felt more pain.Dr. Basem did not do any effort in making sure what could be the problem, he just wanted to take money by crook. If we would have gone with this doctor, my wife would have lost one good tooth ( and we all know that we can never get the original tooth doesn’t matter how much we have), we would have lost money (on root canal procedure) and problem still unsolved.

Dr. Al-Taani removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth. Going in I was extremely scared since I wasnt getting anesthesia. Ive heard stories of others removal procedures that didnt go so well. Dr. Al-Taani and his staff were so nice and reassuring. The procedure itself didnt take more than 30min. I didnt feel a bit of pain during the extraction, I still whimpered from fear of the aftermath and blood but I had nothing to worry about, because even the healing process wasnt that painful. I had little to no swelling, the bleeding stopped within a day and a half. Its been two weeks already and I have full function of my mouth. I was able to eat some solid foods after a week. Today he did fillings and that procedure went well too. Before Dr. Al-Taani my grandpa did all my teeth work, unfortunately he isnt with us today, Im happy I was able to find Dr. Al-Taani in my grandpas stead.

Phenomenal husband and wife team! They provide top notch quality with professional expertise. They explain clearly what needs to be done and why.We strongly recommend them to the point that we moved out of Canton but we still use their services.I believe they accept most insurance plans as well.

Dr Altanni was very rude during my first visit to A+ Dentistry. This dentist does not respect his patients. He said you keep looking at the X-rays like you haven’t seen them before. They have looked the same since the 1940s. He told me that l am overweight. The dental hygienist was very impatient during my dental X-rays and my neck was sore after because she kept moving the machine up and down while my chin was resting on the machine. The secretary said l was eligible for a full dental cleaning. Then when l received my dental cleaning. I only received a partial cleaning when l had originally asked for a full dental cleaning. They said schedule another appointment for the rest of the dental cleaning. They want to bill twice rather than do the full dental cleaning in one setting. It seems like this dentist just cares about money rather than patient care. This was not a good experience at all and l would never go back to this dentist again. I do not recommend this dentist.

I hadnt been to the dentist in many years, i was very nervous about the whole ordeal. From the front desk to the hygienist and the doctor,everyone made me feel comfortable and they all did a great job. Very pleased with the service they provided and i would recommend A+Dentistry to all my friends and family!!

Had two wonderful experiences at this dentistry office. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.Although I do not feel comfortable getting work done on my teeth, the Dr. was very clear, thorough and important of all, gentle! I had to get a molar tooth pulled, he and his dental assistant made a typically unpleasant experience, very tolerable! Dr Karam is an official and superb cosmetic doctor! Right when I sat down in the office for a consultation for a smile makeover I was nervous, but I knew that I was in good hands. Dr. Karam is very thorough as she provided a scope of options to improve and change my smile. She was so patient with me as I can be so indecisive. When I finally chose the options of veneers, she walked me through the entire process of picking a shade, shape and size to minor imperfections that I wanted changed (which was about 3-4 weeks). She made sure I was very comfortable every step of the way and answered my every question and concern. I love the vibe in the office, from the dental assistants, to other staff members they are very nice and accommodating to all ages. Diverse staff also. Every time I go I feel welcomed and included!I also highly recommend for general dental work as I got general teeth cleaning, wisdom teeth removal and more done with this office and might I say I dont have the best insurance in the world and I was still extremely content that they accepted my insurance.

Called in pain from a infected tooth that needed to be extracted , they got me in quickly and took care of the issue no problem made sure i was comfortable and didnt feel any pain. Only interested interested in insurance money and unwilling to work with patients. He will only take care of what he can charge your insurance. Pulled 2 of my teeth that could have been saved, then laughed to his assistant about it. Continued to call other employees in the room to look at the size of the root. Humiliated!!!!!

I would highly recommend this office! The dentists are highly trustworthy, they make you feel very comfortable and make sure you get high quality of dental care. My husband experienced severe tooth pain, and even in their busy schedule they accommodated him and made sure he was relieved from his excruciating pain. From the front desk to the dental staff and the dentists everyone was very friendly and created an excellent environment for all their patients, also strictly following the precautionary protocols for covid-19.

Had a broken tooth, called end of the day, they fit me right in before closing mind you it’s Labor Day weekend and I’d have been in pain until Tuesday, if they didn’t see me. Did a root canal faster and better then any dentist I’ve been to previously! I also noticed they didn’t hurt my mouth or lips at all as I usually end up with sore cracked lips. Dr. Altaani was not only gentle and empathetic, but funny, talkative, and down to earth, made me feel at ease, if I wasn’t about to have a root canal we could have just hung out because he was cool. Highly recommend seeing him if you have any tooth pain!!!

We saw Dr. Al-Taani for the first time for an extraction. My boyfriend needed to be seen ASAP due to an infection. They were quick to get him in (scheduled for the next day) and the receptionist was very helpful. Dr. Al-Taani was professional and took the time to get to know us and answered any questions. He was prompt with the procedure, careful and explained as he went. His Dental Assistant Mohi was knowledgable and supportive, and did his best to ease the nerves which made a difference. The dental assistant during the initial visit (didnt catch her name) was extremely sweet and helpful as well. Overall, a great experience!

It was a great experience! The facility was neat & clean with up-to-date technology. From front desk to assistants, everyone was professional yet personable. I was seen by Dr. Alrousan, she listened to my concerns and did a thorough exam on me. My fillings were taken care of on the same day, which I went to the office for. In my 53 years on earth of going to a dentist, THIS is the place I actually like to go to! Both dentists are SO nice and very reassuring. They listen to your concerns and answer any and all questions you have very clearly and honestly!The staff is friendly, and everyone says hi to you 😊 I especially like their reminder texts and emails, so I dont forget my upcoming appointments. Lets not forget to mention they understand that our time is valuable too so theres hardly any wait before being called back to be seen.Im having 7 tooth implants and its honestly not a horrible experience! Lol They take all precautions for sterility and the BEST PART is they really know how to give you the shots so they dont hurt!I always have the utmost confidence that Im receiving the BEST dental care around when I walk in their door! Finding this place was very lucky. I cannot express that enough. It’s really hard to find a good dental practice these days considering how many are out there. Most I’ve been to try to do extra or sell something to me I don’t need to keep a healthy mouth. Today was my first visit and it def won’t be my last. Staff was great and welcoming when I arrived. Summary: Rude, greedy, dishonest and incompetent all at the same time. Not a great combination for a dentist.Incompetent: I took my dad to Dr. Alrousan to adjust his upper denture. She said she has to do a relining to fix it: she charged $400 without making any difference. Then instead of apologizing she simply said the next step is to send it to the lab to do another round of relining just so she can charge more. Finally, we ended up having to take my dad to a different dentist who solved the problem right away.Incompetent and disrespectful: We did the lower partial dentures with her. When taking the impression, they took so long that the material got stuck to my dads teeth and then they ended applying so much force to pull it out that he was in extreme pain for almost a week. Did she even apologize for her incompetence and suffering he caused my dad? Not even once.Greedy and dishonest: The morning of taking the impression she claimed my dad needs a deep cleaning urgently and without it she cannot proceed with taking the impression just so she can charge more. Later, we ran this by another dentist and turned out even in the extreme case where there is a lot of swelling, they need at least 2 weeks for the gum to go back to normal and doing cleaning right before taking the impression is only to serve their own pocket.Incompetence: She was so rude that after getting the denture we decided not to even bother to go back for adjustment and just took my dad to a new dentist to adjust it for him.Petty and disrespectful: We had been making payments on every single visit and only during one of those visits I had forgotten my wallet at home and even though I had another appointment with them the very next day, they did not let us leave the office until I called my wife and got them the credit card number over the phone.The only positive thing about this practice is that they were accommodating in expediting the process since my dad had an upcoming travel. That was nice of them, but considering all the other negative things I mentioned above, my advice is to stay away from this place.

The best dental experience ever! I was very nervous and concerned to see the dentist during the coronavirus pandemic but this office was super nice and clean. All the staff were wearing full PPEs properly and respected the healthcare guidelines. I had an appointment for 4:50pm but I ran over time at work. So I called to see if I could still come and they were very accommodating. I felt very welcomed. I was seen by Dr. Altaani for my first exam and fillings. He was very knowledgeable and polite! He answered all my questions and referred me to Dr. Alrousan for a cosmetic consultation who in turns was very friendly and extremely passionate about her patients. She addressed all the issues and provided suggestions for improvements. The hygienist Jihen “Jiji” was beyond amazing. She did my Scaling and root planning (deep cleaning) and was very gentle, caring and professional. She explained all what she was doing and I didn’t feel any pokes on my gum and that’s what made my experience more enjoyable. I highly recommend this office And I will definitely go back.

This is the best place to go to hands down!!! I am a college kid with 2 jobs while attending school, so my seclude and budget isnt good what so ever. He worked with me on my timing and budget to deliver me the best service I have ever encountered. He was so professional, friendly, honest, and very clear. He is happy to explain everything to you and he is such a good dentist. I got my root canal and crown done there, and i had prior experience because I did both those procedures on my other tooth somewhere else and truly this experience topped my last by so much. He even took care of the mistake the prior doctor did by not even filling up and taking care of my other tooth. After all that, he even called me after the work was done just to see how Im doing.5 Stars all day.

I first seen them at the begining of January and was amazed at how wonderful this dental office worked. I had trouble getting into my old dentist to get a couple root canals and cleaning done. I called and got in right away and after waiting 2 years trying to get into my old dentist to get dental work done, A+ Dentistry got me in and taken care of me right away. on top of it all everyone Ive seen in A+ dentistry have been super friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone.

I absolutely LOVE A+ Dentistry! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt at home. Every single person in the office was so kind and helpful!I had oral surgery in May of 2017 and have been unable to get a good fit on a full set of dentures ..... going back in for adjustments over and over...they even re-made 3 sets of dentures and still couldnt get them right!! They guaranteed their dentures for 7 years ......what good is that when after 7 months they gave up and told me Id have to find another dentist, they did all they could? Every time they made a new set..they got worse..not better!Well, Im so glad they did because I called my insurance company and got a list of dentists in my network. I called a few on the list and when I called A+, they went out of their way to get me in and taken care of promptly...even coming in on their days off! My nightmare with dentures is OVER!!!My husband was so impressed by my reaction to A+, he decided to go and have work done on his teeth.....needing 2 fillings and a wisdom tooth pulled! He was AMAZED at how quickly ( less than 5 minutes) the Dr. had the wisdom tooth out!This husband/wife team are a Godsend to the Dentistry world! They are wonderful!!!I will highly recommend them to everyone I know!!!!

My first visit with Dr Altaani I was very apprehensive and I had dental anxiety. He took the time to calm all my fears and concerns from past experiences with other dentist not being able to numb me. The staff at A+ Dentistry was nothing short of amazing. They were very professional. They do something that most other dental places dont do and that is they take pictures of your teeth (other than X-ray). These pictures that they take shows the patient where the problem areas are. I was truly impressed that they had this kind of technology. My cleaning went painlessly even though I hadnt gone to a dentist in over a year.

I went to A+ Dentistry today as a new patient on an emergency basis. I called Saturday and they were able to get me in first thing this morning at 9:30. I went in with a fractured tooth due to fillings that needed to be replaced. I was prepared, and totally thought I was going to need an extraction. ANY OTHER dentist would have pulled the tooth and repaired the other fillings. Dr. Al-Taani took the time, compassion and patience to re-build my back teeth with fillings until I can afford a crown. He made sure that I knew exactly what was going on the entire time and went SO FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND for me today that I cried when I saw my new teeth. Julie was amazing as well, calm, compassionate and knowledgeable. I am so thankful for A+ Dentistry that they have a customer for life!!

10/10 will always recommend. I have a highly irrational fear of needles and dentists in general. Every single person here made me feel great and at ease at all times. They made sure I was numb and didnt feel any pain and the only interruption we had was so they could supply a UofM group with toothbrushes for a care package for homeless vets! Never have I had a better dental experience!

As a dental professional, I still get nervous when someone gets into my mouth. Especially those I work with. Mimi is an awesome hygienist, she passionate about what she does and she cares for her patients. She also worked with my daughter. Three is a hard age to work with and both Mimi and Dr. Altaani were able to gain her trust and let them work with her. Great team of people to work with, if you want exceptional care.

I was scared to get that done, as I have been to multiple other dental offices before and all made it sound like a big thing to get done, including suggesting that I need to go to an oral surgeon or getting them done under general anesthesia!!! Finally, when I went to see Dr. Alrousan, who was very professional with greart bed side manners, explained how she can simply do it at her office with only local and that if I want to, I can get them done all at once. She made it sound easy, and it was actually very easy!!! I dont think I was in the office for more than an hour getting all 4 wisdom teeth out! The whole experience was pleasant and completely pain free. She explained everything at length and explained the heeling process- which so far has been, contrary to what I thought- fine! I would recommend this place highly to a family member or a friend! Go there, you wont regret it! The staff is also very friendly and the office is very clean!

I moved to Michigan and needed to find a great dentist. Since I have a rather complex set of partial dentures, I needed a dentist that was skilled in prosthodontics. I was extremely pleased when I found Dr. Karam Alrousan of A+ Dentistry. In my 56 years of living with partial dentures (over 10 sets of partial dentures), I have never had a dentist with her skills in prosthodontics. Since I am an honors graduate of the University of Michigan (BSEE and MSEE), I was pleased to see that she is a professor there, which further gives credence to the A-Plus nature of this dentistry.Upon my first visit with her at her Canton office I was even further impressed by the: cleanliness; state-of-the-art technology in X-Ray and computer aided design; and, her friendliness, compassion, and professionalism as well as that of the staff. It was clear that I made the right decision.After the cleaning and X-Ray of my teeth, Dr. Alrousan fixed some cavities with gentle and painless care. She suggested a complete overhaul of the configuration of my teeth and mouth, which included two new crowns and an increase in the upper and lower jaw distance. This allowed a new set of partial dentures that would be more durable due to the structural benefits of this new design. I was pleased to have a discussion about this design with Dr. Basem Al-Taani, who further impressed me with the fact that his is also an engineer.After a lot of procedures completed by Dr. Alrousan, in a professional and compassionate manner (she also hums nice music while working), she installed the new partial dentures and made some minor adjustments. I have had these for several weeks and they fit perfectly.I summary, I am extremely pleased this dentistry and Dr. Alrousan. I highly recommend A+ Dentistry!

I love Dr. Basem Al-Taani at A+ Dental!!! I was searching everywhere for a dentist to get me out of the pain that one of my teeth was putting me in but all of my previous dentists turned me away because if my dental insurance. Dr. Basem Al-Taani accepted me since I was in a lot of pain, despite my limited dental insurance and he gave me a discount! He fixed my tooth and I havent been in pain since! It warms my heart to see that there are still people that still cares and will help you. He is amazing and I HIGHLY recommend A+ Dental! ❤️❤️❤️

My fear of dentist kept me from seriously needed dental work for the greater part of 12 Years. I learned to eat with loosening teeth, aches and pains in my top and lower jaw, and constant infections that kept me sick. Until I called A+Dentistry. Wich in my personal opinion was the best choice I could have ever made. First off......The young lady that answered the phone was amazingly comforting.she instantly recognized the fear in my voice. and with a calming tone and perfectly placed words.talked me into helping myself by allowing them to do there job. The lead prosthodontist was this amazingly gentle highly intelligent woman that was definitely there for a reason. She listened to me, was extremely gentle and professional. But made me feel like I was the only patient in the building.The dentist at A+Dentistry are remarkable and the staff is just as amazing. The tall scary man with big hands is intemadating but beliave me he knows his stuff as well.And now because of the group that I call a family at A+Dentistry I no longer have crippling fear of any dentists office. I would like to give a future comparison but I dont plan on visiting any other office other than A+Dentistry.........thanks.

My mouth was a mess with bad teeth and missing teeth when I went to A+, I had tried to get a Partial for my upper molars from other dentist and I have such an over bite my bottom front teeth would push them out, the dentist gave up early without trying other Solutions, But when I seen Dr. Karam Alrousan she Immediately started looking for a solution for me! She made it for me with no problem. I can’t stress enough how happy I am to be able to eat and chew and have a mouth full of teeth! Thank you so much Karam. I have my dentist for life. As someone who works with Dr Alrousan a lot and watches her do all kinds of procedures from fillings to extractions and dentures, I felt very confident in her work. Well today I was the patient in the chair and she placed 2 implants for me! Going in I was very nervous but also felt comfort because she was the one doing the work. Numbing was better than I expected and throughout the whole procedure she asked me if I was doing alright. I didnt feel a thing! She was so awesome and everything went so smooth. Definitely see her for your prosthodontic needs!! Dentures, implants, partials anything you can think of!!

My experience was wonderful at A+ Dentistry. Everone who works there is so nice and really make you feel comfortable. They do GREAT work, they really take the time to make sure that youre happy with your results. I had a full set of dentures that had to be done because I broke 3 teeth on my old ones and I like the new ones even better! They didnt make me feel embarrassed at all. I WILL be referring everyone I know to A+. Also will be bringing my children there from now on. A+s work is definitely A+😀

If I could give 10 Stars to this place I would! This was the best Dental experience of my life! A few years ago I had a traumatic dental experience where the dentists went too far down on a root canal. Not only did I lose my tooth but my face swell up badly and I had severe anxiety about Dentists after that. Today I had an amazing dental experience. I didn’t want to leave the Office LoL. I started with a cleaning with Kim who had been a hygienists for over 36 years and boy did it show! My teeth have never looked so white and her knowledge, professionalism and bed-side manner were impeccable!!! I absolutely loved our conversation as well. I had a front tooth (#9) that was gray. It had a cavity and I’m sure I banged it up a bit while playing sports. Dr. Karam Alrousan got me an appointment immediately due to a cancellation and she fixed the tooth for me. Honest to God my tooth now looks better than it did before!! I looked a bit arrogant staring at my smile for a long time in shock at the amazing outcome! Dr. Karam was knowledgeable (training another undergraduate in fact), she was so sweet, gentle, kind and considerate. For a short while a few years back I worked as a Dental Assistant and I can tell you in my humble opinion it seemed like she followed every step and went above and beyond for me! Maysa assisted, she made me laugh. Danielle up front did a great job getting my insurance through quickly. Dr. Karam Alrousan is by far the best Dentist that I have ever been too! You will feel right at home in this beautiful and super clean office!! Thank you to all of you who made me realize that going to the Dentist doesn’t have to be a nightmare! I loved my visit!
